The technicians worked with us to orient the stone to suit our vision and it turned out perfectly. We had an entire kitchen island and counter tops replaced and Bathroom vanity in 3 pieces. Craftsman ship was wonderful. Problem was during removal of old stone caused scratching to some of the cabinet and Sheetrock tearing and marring that needed repairing. They recommended a contractor which we hired re remodel Master Bath. He did a wonderful job and fixed issues with Stonetech's dismantling of old tops. Have great respect for StoneTech and people they recommend.

He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.
