I am extremely satisfied with his work performed throughout the house whether it is a faucet that needs a change to new door that needs to be installed. The cost is transparent and straight forward. Often times when you think of a handyman, you equate it to a professional quality that is less impressive versus a contractor but this can't be further from the truth with Shawn and his team. The quality of their work is extremely good and because they are busy, you might need to be patient for them to get back but I'm glad we got connected. Absolutely worthless. I messaged this company the end of May to get an estimate. He was scheduling to come out June 9, I texted that day to confirm a time which then he informed me he was sick. I asked to reschedule- waited 9 days to hear back and nothing until I sent a text telling him I was going to put my experience on Yelp. Get this! He was available the SAME day to look at the project and give me an estimate. That is just Amazing! Edit- It's funny how fast he can respond to reviews but not to reschedule appointments. Shawn responded to my request very quickly and was very timely and professional. The day before, I'd had some painting done and the painters didn't know how to hook the tv back up. I wasn't able to do it either because the tv is mounted on the wall and there was no way to do it without taking the tv down.
