Same Day Garage Door is an A+ company. They reached out and offered to do the work I needed... that day. They apologized for their trainee on the phone. That wasn't the best part though. Trevor came by and gave my system a complete look and realized I didn't actually need a replacement of my logic board (which he also ran out, got one of and then came to my place with). I'd been told by two other companies I needed a new logic board. Turns out the wire that needed to be reconnected went inside a little clip and he was done with that in under 2 minutes. They only charged me the standard trip fee instead of the original quote (which was 4 times that). Needless to say I'm very pleased. Trevor was extremely cordial, thorough and friendly. He could've been much less than that (and understandably so) since I was not necessarily being nice to their trainee, who I found frustrating when I dealt with her. Nope, he was extremely nice and professional and completely won me over. Treated me with kindness and politeness. I was just wowed. We had called Same Day Garage Door to complete a service on our doors a few years ago, and we were very satisfied with the work. Now, one of our Garage Door openers started to "beep" about every 30-seconds. So, we called them out to replace the battery and stop the beeping. Again, we were impressed with the positive attitude, the knowledge, and the professionalism of Anthony, the service tech. I was equally impressed with the customer service of the office staff. Both springs broke on my 9 year old garage door. I called at 10:40 am, Jeff arrived at noon and was finished by 1:00 pm. He replaced both springs with a higher quality product, all bearings and seals replaced and installed new ball bearing rollers. The track was misaligned and badly out of adjustment. Jeff was able to realign the roller tracks and lubricate everything so door runs smooth and quiet, at least 40db quieter than it was. Had a great experience with Derrick and Same Day Garage Service. Our garage door came down on an open van back door and caused some damage but worked. The strain on the system caused the belt to break but still worked. I called Same Day Garage and Derrick came right out. They gave me a great quote that was way less than anticipated but it was a custom size. Although a new door needed to be ordered, Derrick insisted on coming back the next morning to replace that opener that worked but he was not comfortable that it was safe. A few weeks later my door was ready to install. They not only came out but the owner stopped by and made some suggestions about panel placement to make sure the completed job looked balanced. Jordan was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done- they break down all the pricing in an estimate. Her two car garage door is oversized and years back (about 7) we had used a different company which had sold her an underpowered opener for the size (1/2 hp). The door had never closed correctly. We were presented with multiple options that were fair and clearly explained. The work was fast, clean and so solid - beyond happy. We also ordered a new door from them we were so happy with their work and they worked with us to find an option in our budget. Guy came out and said they couldn't fix our garage door opener. But could replace it for $1400. And when asked why so expensive he said because they only use lift master professional series with a camera and smart capabilities. I then asked if they had any other cheaper option that are nonprofessional like the one I have on their now that broke after 14 years, and he said no. They only have that one option. WTF. When asked about the warranty on that professional unit he said 3 years. LOL. So I paid the guy the $70 service fee for coming out but I'm super pissed because nothing got fixed and the only option for new opener is super expensive. I feel completely conned. When you search garage openers there are tons around $150 but this company has not one single other option. I'm sure this company can fix a garage but beware that if they can't fix your problem their only option to replace it is extremely expensive. My advice after dealing with this company is to ask about their options for replacing opener in the event it cannot be repaired. Because my wife and I most certainly would not have used this company if we knew their only option to replace the opener was gonna cost us $1400. Crazy read more

I contacted this company after another one gave me a quote for repair that was outrageous - approximately $2000 for a standard double garage door that had come of the track and bent part of the track. Bernard came out early the next days (I contacted them at 4pm), quoted me $337 to fix the track, remount the brackets, and service the door. He got the work done quickly and efficiently and even had to replace one bracket that the first company walked away with when I rejected their bid. read more
