They were curious where we were and liked the patterns but weren't misbehaving at all. I hired Decker to come out to install expensive wallpaper on one of my projects. I've used him in…read morethe past and trusted him and his work. Unfortunately this project didn't have the same outcome. Decker and his assistant cut two panels too short and tried to splice in the bottom pieces. I asked Decker to explain the cuts and splicing and his response was that he couldn't do anything about it and told me to call another installer. The crazy part of this whole situation is that we had enough material left over for him to reinstall the panels but he refused to come back and fix the mistake. He then proceeded to block my number and took zero responsibility for the mistake. I would think twice before hiring Williams Wallcovering for your install.
