This store carries so many beautiful wallpapers. The featured ones were stunning Japanese themed papers: cranes, wood, a variety of different flowers and trees as well as other natural textures. They're as beautiful as some brocade materials/silks I've seen. I didn't have the chance to discuss pricing but this was my very first visit here and I feel like until I know the dimensions of the space that I'd like to cover, pricing kinda doesn't matter just yet. I've never left a review like this in my entire life but feel the urge to after being spoken to in such a condescending way. Came to this store as a new costumer to simply look through some books. We've wallpapered 3 rooms in our home through well-known designers so wallpaper and pricing isn't new to us. The sales associate immediately asked if we could even afford what we were looking for and warned us that pricing at his store is "premium" + continued to show us an invoice he sent to another customer! We were shooed away within 5 minutes when we hadn't even shared our budget (that isn't small) or really had a chance to look through any of his books! We completely understand being upfront with customers, and setting expectations, but this was condescending from the moment we stepped into the store. read more

I wish I'd read the other posts about the owners refusal to take back IN STOCK paper after 14 days. I called on day 16 before I drive across town to the store to ensure I could return the $100 double roll they told me I should buy to "be safe." The woman said the owner is a stickler and won't give refunds. I drive there specially for this project because I've found nice paper there for three other projects. I've spent at least 1000 there. I'm 53 yo and this is my first ever negative review I'm giving to a store. I support small business, but please, please, PLEASE look elsewhere for your wallpaper needs! We ordered five double rolls of wallpaper, but when our professional wallpaper installer went to put it on the wall, it was clear the rolls were from different dye lots. I'm not sure what's worse, that the owner Charles wouldn't exchange it for us, or the rude, condescending manner he spoke to me in. It was SHOCKING! I called the Wallpaper installer and put him on the phone with the Charles, who consequently hung up on him! I've since been told his previous wallpaper business went belly up after he hired unlicensed and bonded installers. It may be too late for us, BUT SAVE YOURSELF!! read more

I am so happy with the service and selection here. I went to a different store first for wallpaper in the valley & the service was so lacking it prompted me to come here. I was greeted immediately and both the employees working were so personable and helpful -particularly Genevieve. I explained what I needed for my commercial business and she had a great sense of design & offered super suggestions. This is where to go for small jobs or large. The wallpaper store I've visited first in the valley didn't even look up when I walked in the door & Despite the fact that I had called them two times in advance and ask them to please pull designs in the style and color I was looking for they looked at me like they never even had the conversation when I walked in to hours later that day. They stuck me in the library filled with look books which are basically thousands and thousands of designs. I walked out empty-handed and decided that in there this is not where I want to do business I am so grateful I found the wallpaper company I will recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Drove there on recommendation from a decorator. Store was empty except for the 2 women behind the computers, I said hello first to a lukewarm reception. They asked if I was looking for anything specific and I told them I had a sample and was looking to see if they had anything I liked better since they have so many wallpaper choices. They did not offer to help. Neither one got up from their computers in any attempt to help. One barked at me that I was looking at heavy vinyl. She gave us advice on how to install the grasscloth and was extremely helpful and personable. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Large assortment for papers, however they oversell the paper needed and won't stand behind returning what wasn't needed or used. Get your own professional installer, as their quotes are much higher than the rest. read more
