I was visiting Phoenix from LA over Thanksgiving and happened to come across this store in my…read moresearch for a couch. I was impressed with the store when I walked in as they have cool, contemporary and unique home items. I liked the fact that their showroom was similar to what I could find in Santa Monica or Venice, but they were much more reasonably priced. I fell in love with a couch, and with the sale they were having I was able to get it for 50% off. The best part of the store though was the customer service. Jason was very attentive and helpful. When I requested if they ship to LA, he didn't hesitate and got on the phone right away to try to work it for me. I had been talking to other stores in Phoenix and none of them were willing to set up a shipment. Not only did Jason get the shipment arranged, but he did it really cheaply! I was able to get it in my home in LA, in less than a week, for a shipping cost of only $117! Jason then called me the next week to ensure that my sofa had arrived and to tell me that he had personally wrapped/packed the sofa. It arrived on time, looks great and was great quality. Thanks so much!

The delivery of the items that we purchased off the floor was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately we cannot claim the rest of the items purchased and ordered was the same experience. We were informed that a console table was delivered from the manufacturer as well as the bar stools. We had some consignment items we needed to deliver to the consignment shop so we asked to come by to pick up our purchases instead of paying a delivery fee. The store is 45 minutes away with no traffic. We coordinated our rental truck to deliver and pick up only to be told the console table really wasn't there, Thingz had been asking for full payment because they said it was ready for delivery, and the bar stools were not available for pickup as they were somewhere into warehouse. According to Thingz policy 24 hours were asked if you were going to pickup your items. That 24 hours had been met. We were told they were sorry and they would deliver the bar stools at no cost. We canceled the console order as they couldn't give me any indication of when it would be shipped. It had been 6 weeks already. They delivered the bar stools only to have one of the stools not match. We were given the option to have the floor model delivered since it matched the new stools. They delivered the floor model knowing there was a red stain on the stool. We were disappointed in the quality of the floor model. They ordered new cushions to replace the soiled stool. I received a phone call letting me know that the new cushions were available and we would get a phone call to schedule a time to replace the cushions. A month later, no phone call to schedule the replacement as promised. We ended up bringing the stool in and they replaced the cushion at the store. Our experience at Thingz was they over promise and definitely under delivered in their customer service department. Across the months that this took place we had asked through email or phone calls to speak to manager or the owner and they never communicated with us. The "customer service" person was very delayed in communication and did not follow through with what was happening with our orders. Very disappointed at what appears to be a quality store.

I have been in the market for a replacement of my RH sofa that I have been unhappy with since the day it was delivered, and am so happy I discovered this amazing gem! From the minute I stepped in the showroom, the team's professionalism and passion for quality furniture was apparent. The showroom itself is stunning, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. I could not be more thrilled with how my sofa turned out and it immediately became the centerpiece of our home, everyone who comes over asks where it's from. Thank you Kreiss!

Very disappointing experience with Kreiss. I purchased a sofa based on a fabric swatch that was…read moreclearly a darker color. I specifically told the salesperson I needed a dark sofa because I have a black cat. When the sofa was delivered, it was noticeably lighter than the swatch used to sell it. When I raised the issue and provided a photo , Kreiss first said the swatch was positioned differently in the weave. After I provided more photos showing the same discrepancy from multiple angles, they said the difference was just "normal dye lot variation." The contract also contains extensive fine-print terms that appear to limit customer protections and discourage refusing delivery--none of which were explained during the purchase. When I tried to raise the issue and withheld the remaining balance to encourage a discussion, I was told I should have requested an "approval cutting" and was threatened with legal action and attorneys' fees. There were also delivery delays and poor communication despite my requests for advance notice. I ultimately paid the balance, but I'm now stuck with an expensive sofa that does not match the swatch used during the sale. Based on my experience, buyers should review Kreiss's contract terms very carefully before purchasing.
