I'm genuinely surprised this location isn't rated five stars, because the team was outstanding. I live in Los Angeles and stopped by RH while visiting Arizona, and Representative Haley Schultz was an absolute delight to work with. She was professional, funny, and honest, which made the entire experience amazing. She walked me through several living room options and I ended up purchasing 7 pieces despite having zero intention of shopping that day. Now I'm redoing my entire living room. She was incredible, and I'll be traveling back to Arizona specifically to work with her on my next project. read more

I am a RH Fan! No, really, our home is a mini representation of RH! This is a very enjoyable store. It's located in the Gallery at Scottsdale Quarter. This makes it a nice stop if you are visiting Scottsdale and want to check out the newest RH collections but also get out, get some fresh air, walk around a bit, get in some high end shopping or grab a bit to eat, a cocktails or a specialty coffee. The staff are both friendly and helpful welcoming shoppers as they enter. 3 floors of high quality products and don't forget to sit on the cloud couch - heaven itself. The good is that the furniture is very beautiful. Now, whoever is managing the deliveries is not doing a good job. Not enough personal sent with the truck on the day of the delivery. Furniture are very heavy and to deliver a full truck to a new address with only two guys is not enough. Management need to be more organized. Well, the store is strikingly beautiful, the attitude of some of the staff is dowright unPleasant. as soon as we walked in the store, someone approached and looked at us from top to bottom, which I thought was really unnecessary and actually kind of rude. The store is so beautiful. It looks more like a resort or museum than actual store. The store sits on three levels and offers enough of almost everything to furnish a home bedroom, living room, bathroom even patio. I I can't imagine what the prices are like and actually refuse to pay a membership in order to afford the lower prices. read more

We were turned onto and fell in love with RH after we purchased some matching twin beds for our daughters second hand. Heavy duty and solid! It is hard to find quality like that these days in local commercial furniture dealers. We are now looking for an entry way piece, coffee table and sofa table or console. Beautiful showroom. You do have to pick your pieces wisely! Not all items from furniture to linens are made the same depending what you buy. I enjoy trends, but I am looking for something very transitional and timeless in this price point. We were lucky and worked with a very friendly sales lady who was helping us along with kindly doing a return for another customer as well. I can't wait for our pieces to arrive. There will be a wait, but she had mentioned more than likely it will be earlier they way other simular orders were filled. They do offer a design service. Very disappointed with this gallery. We brought family here to see the latest furniture and design trends. Most specifically the Christmas decor and cool items to purchase. SURPRISE! No longer any seasonal decor, every floor featured a boring sameness and the the staff members snotty. When I asked why there was no holiday decor I was rudely told " We don't celebrate Christmas nor Hanukkah! We ONLY celebrate design". She then walked away not even asking if we needed anything. RH is like a super over priced pottery barn with a super fancy showroom. We've purchased an entire outdoor collection (sofa, love seats, fire pit, dining table). It was a huge purchase for us. My experience in the store with the sales person was pleasant and somewhat helpful but when it came to ordering, we did not get to speak to the same person nor does it even really matter I don;t think. There was nothing personalized about it and I'm sorry, but when you spend this kind of money, you should be getting a thank you card and a follow up phone call within a month of delivery to see how everything went. With the exception of the firepit and table, the furniture has not held up well. I realize we live in AZ. We've taken great care of the furniture, shading it as much as possible and covering it up completely from June through end of September to preserve it and keep it from the blazing summer sun. RH is not a place I would recommend anyone shop at full price. The quality just doesn't match the price. Nor does the full customer service experience. In this case you don't get what you pay for necessarily, but you might at their outlet! read more

Where do I even begin? My husband and I recently moved to Scottsdale. We had been living from apartment to apartment and never had enough space for "real" furnitures. We decided to go to the RH gallery randomly one weekend to check out some pieces we were eyeing online. We had the most pleasant experience from beginning to end! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the wonderful hosts at the front. They were welcoming and friendly even though it was busy that day. We didn't make any appointment but got lucky and was connected to Kansas on the spot. She is the sweetest and such a pleasure to work with!!! Kansas helped us put together a digital mock up of our space so we could see how the furnitures would look in it. It was so helpful! We ended up at the gallery for hours. She was so patient with the entire process and helped my husband and I pick out all of the furnitures including all of the fabrics, finishes etc. RH has a huge selection! We ended up getting a handful of furnitures from RH. Delivery was an absolute breeze! RH really has their logistics down to a T. Everything was delivered on time and sometimes even earlier than expected! It is a pleasant surprise considering that we have pieces from other stores that have been delayed multiple times and we still have not received them. You don't have to worry about delivery times with RH! The delivery team is the best of the best!!! They make sure the furnitures are delivered in perfect condition and they all have the most amazing attitude! They are all so joyful and happy! The quality of the furnitures at RH is exceptional! The craftsmanship is amazing. You really get what you're paying for. We love all of our furnitures from RH. We are so happy with all of them! I did exchange a coffee table. I didn't love how it looked with everything else. Kansas wanted to make sure we loved every piece and she made the exchange process so easy and seamless for us. She is truly the best! The most beautifully curated store, everything is pristine lux and beautiful! This is THE most calming place in Scottsdale Quarter. It's large inside and there are multi levels with beautiful views from the outside terraces up high to look out at Scottsdale. I understand that things are difficult during this time due to the pandemic, however the customer service at the Scottsdale Quarter Restoration Hardware is horrible. I was initially advised to go upstairs and that someone would be with me. After a long wait with no salesperson arriving I asked two different people for help. They promised again that someone would arrive.... no one did. Finally a young woman tried to help me but was not well versed on the products. I rented two samples of furniture finishes and was promised a third. It never arrived. Finally my sister in Northern California went to the Corte Madera RH. Over priced store with beautiful courtyard. You approach the store only from the east side on purpose it's to take you through the court yard to set up an ambience expectation. Once you get in though, it's odd. All of the furniture stylings are muted. The store does have a pleasant smell though. Why do I give it two stars? The prices are hysterically funny ridiculous. No real reason as you can tell the materials are not superior to neighboring stores such as crate and barrel or pottery barn. It's for the "ideal". There's little hardware in here either, except a room with shower heads I can find on Amazon. $1500 for a picture I can pick up at Z Galerie for $150 id not an ideal or a perception of some wonderful creation. From the RH designer, Lynn Koliopoulos, who guided me in choosing the furnishings to Giordani who was the lead on the delivery team, my experience was excellent. I love my furnishings and the first class experience that RH executes!!! Even though the gallery looks very expensive there are competitively priced items on the website that are just as beautiful. If you search the website and work with a designer, I found that you can have a beautifully furnished home at a reasonable price. I highly recommend RH. read more

Seriously bad furniture is sold here. We purchased a high-end sofa that is not comfortable, not even close! It's leather, or should be leather (doesn't even smell like leather as our others do) and this couch is so hard and uneven, and hurts your butt after a short time sitting. The couch is made in China, it doesn't last, it isn't comfortable, it looks good, but trust me folks, do not buy anything from this fake place! We too had a "good experience" in the store, but once we were gone, they didn't have any follow thru, nothing and the couch came early and was fine. But using the thing-we wasted, time, good money, energy and it's all the worst stuff imaginable. Do not ever shop here-it's all fuss and all super fake at the end of the day. read more

BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE BUT BE READY FOR A HEADACHE My husband and I had just purchased a house in Gilbert, AZ. We were excited to furnished it with good, long lasting furniture. We visited many stores, and RH was one of the stores that stood out. We instantly knew we wanted to furnished our living room, and dining room from this store. At the store everyone was friendly, and they had multiple rooms with different design styles. I loved it! It gave me ideas of how I envision my home. We were advice by Kevin to send and email with all of our information. That's where the problems began. We never got a response. We sent multiple emails, called to set up appointments, and nothing. We couldn't get through someone to help us. It's sad because we were ready to spend serious money at the store, and it's like we were not welcomed. Then finally we got through, and we got an appointment with Charlie. She came to our home and helped us choose some furniture pieces to make our living room, and dining room look great. She was nice, sweet, and very helpful. We were happy with the company once again. About a week later we received a call from the delivery company... We were told all of our items were been deliver, and then we got a second call that our dinning table was not been deliver. We were receiving dinning chairs, but no dinning table. My husband call RH customer service line, and they told him that the dinning table was been deliver that day. Long story short the table didn't arrive, and we are currently waiting for it. Clearly RH has some communication issues between their departments, and contacting customers. What surprised me is that after my husband complaint to the manager, and explained all the trouble we have gone throw with the company. The manager seem to understand our frustration he apologized, looked into getting our table deliver, and offered us a gift card as a token of goodwill. After reading the news about the CEO's memo to his employees got me thinking.. The company knows they have a problem in customer service, and I am glad they are doing what they can to change. After all of this headache I will go back to the store and buy more things for the house. read more

As previous reviewers have stated, the staff are snooty and wouldn't give me the time of day. I love much of their merchandise but have been very put off by the staff's holier-than-though attitude. Restoration Hardware, I have an entire home to furnish and really needed to start planning what pieces of furniture, fixtures, accessories and lighting to purchase. I was told that I could make an appointment. So if I make an appointment, does that mean I don't have to wear a mask? Well, I had traveled 45 minutes and was not going to make an appointment just to come back at a later date because I don't know when I can spare that much time again. Your loss. RH! I cannot recommend this place for your drapery. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We worked with Ilyse for a drapery project. A third party professional arranged by RH measured our windows. Despite this, Ilyse ordered the wrong length rods for two separate windows. She also did not realize that some hardware she ordered would not allow drapes to open and close all the way (what?!?). She lied to us 3 times in the process and was difficult to reach by phone, we literally had to drive to the store almost anytime we wanted to talk to her. RH Custom Drapery with corporate rectified all these issues and confirmed the above problems with measurements. The level of incompetence is astounding for the prices paid. read more

This is so upsetting... my friends and I were getting dinner at the quarter tonight and we love home decor inspo(who doesn't love restoration hardware) upon walking in immediately we were greeted with a "what are you here to look at?" And stated we were just looking around(also keep in mind we are college students not looking to buy luxury furniture currently, but 5 years from now that will be very different) we made our way to the outdoor area and a very rude employee came up to us and told us they were closing it was at that time 6:40pm , store didn't close until 7pm. She stated we must leave right away because we were not buying anything! We received excellent service from this location! My husband and I were welcomed each time we visited, this time for a sofa. For reference, we purchased the Belgian Track Arm 7' Slipcovered Sofa with Down Cushions. Ashley was excellent and knowledgeable in helping me select which option to go with. Also, when I've needed to call in a couple of times, Ilyse was always upbeat and has an outstanding phone presence. Ilyse was always ready to help regarding other questions I thought of, and with details about delivery, etc. This sofa has the quality and comfort you would expect from a mid-level pricey piece, but still affordable. We're in the Member Program, which is a nice perk. *** if you need a sofa within a couple of weeks, they carry several stocked sofas, too. We will be shopping again for additional pieces!! read more

I'll never go to this store again. Besides having huge parking issues, even if you park in the garage it's darn hard to find the right 'garage' to get back to your car. But besides that, it's hard to believe that they would NOT sell me 3 washcloths & hand towels. You had to buy a set or nothing! THey offered to order separate pieces for me...NO thanks, I drove all the way over the to look at the colors and I'm finished with this 'high flutin' store'. There are good towels elsewhere. I wish now I'd had read the reviews before driving 300 Miles round trip to make a ur base of an item I had seen online. The item cost $375. I was told to receive it I'd have to pay $300 shipping. If you want to see about 10 items (couple white couches and several super tacky overpriced chandeliers) while being treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman by some seriously crappy employee who I'm sure loves her life selling mirrors then this is the place for you! I roamed the store hoping for someone to help me. I approached someone but it appeared that she had better things to do. I asked her for samples of materials for their counter stools, which if I may add are not cheap so I'd like the see a sample but she told me that they had none available. Walked into an Emory store tonight, without a mask. My husband and I have had Covid (have antibodies). The sign said "we recommend you wear a mask". The sales woman asked if we would like a mask, we said no thank you. She told us to please leave the store. Love RH- I wish one of the floors in the gallery were a RH Baby and Child set up. Walking through the gallery- I was a bit bored with the same theme in each room. Same set up and same look. The catalogs give you much more excitement with way more to choose from. I think this location can do much better with the space. We made it to the top floor before we were asked if we needed any assistance from a sweet gal named Amber. We were walked by a few times and without anyone greeting. But I do love most of the pieces. The outside court yard and roof terrace are the best parts of this gallery. read more
