Bob showed up on time and seems to do a nice job. The reason for the three stars is he is inconsistent with his quotes. He did an accent wall in our master and charged us for 4 double rolls but he really only used three and just a little of the forth. Then, he came back to do another accent wall and hang a mural in our bathroom. He refused the hang the mural, and then charged us a minimum of $175 for hanging two double rolls. And then when I gave him $200 he just assumed I was giving him a tip and kept the change. So basically he charge and took an additional $50 he didn't deserve. The quality of his work on the second job was disappointing. The wallpaper went on a wall with a thermostat and there are very obvious gaps around the thermostat. read more
