He asked if he could leave to pick up his kids and we didn't hear from him until I texted 3 hours later and it took another hour for him to arrive. In all it took from 9:45 am to 6:30 pm to hang 3 sheets in our half bath. I pointed out a very noticeable seam but he said it should dry. Also, we have to trim every wall and the ceiling around the paper due to sanding. The next day, once we had better light we could also see several bubbles. Matt was a nice guy but I would not use him or this company again. The price was also much higher than my previous quote. Update: I sent pictures of the completed job to Rob, he offered to redo the entire job at no charge however due to time constraints I could not. He did reimburse me for 1/2 of what we paid however. :)

My experience with Max in confirming measurements, walking me through his process, and setting up…read morethe installation is that he is thoughtful, and intentional is setting the highest standard. It is clear this is his passion, not just his business. Alex came to do the installation, and his attention to detail is noteworthy. Again, the word passion continues to reflect their business ethos, and Alex took it to the point of artistry. He was methodical in the wall prep alone, and the results were transformative. I have a few more jobs lined up as I write this. My experience with them makes me understand why my initial idea to DIY this project was such a bad idea and I'm so glad I resisted the temptation! Looking forward to my next project with this team.

Amazing. A friend…read moreraved about Bill and his team. She was delighted and couldn't say enough great things about the experience. We've waited a long time to paint our house. Too long in some cases, it needed a lot of wood and stucco repair. Hearing how great That 1 Painter was, we gave Bill a call. What can I say. The entire experience was exceptional. During the first walk around, we felt confident in what would be done. And there was a lot to do. His team did an outstanding job. They knew what they were doing and it showed. The tape jobs alone, having to put it up, paint around it, and then cover the new paint to paint the next section (we had three different colors applied) happened so smoothly. It was like watching a dance. Every detail, from start to finish, including cleaning up, was perfect. And speaking of color! Bill sent Julie of JC Color and Design to help pick new colors. I wanted a subtle update. A facial, not a facelift. Colors that would look like they'd always been there, but brand new. Perfection. Absolute perfection. Julie knew exactly what I was seeing in my head, only better. She recommended the 3rd color, a deep brown for the trim and the two sets of patio doors, the latter having been white. What a difference. They're no longer just there, they're eye catchers. Best of all, if it could be any better, which it can, Bill has amazing connections. He knew someone who would stain my front door. He also knew someone who could install (and service!) a new gate opener. It was such a relief to finally get this done! Bottom line, everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive, on time, reliable. I look forward to having Bill and his team back to do the inside of the house. These are amazing people!

We were delighted with the work done by Arizona's Best Family Painting. When my husband requested…read morequotes to have our house's exterior painted, Scott was the first to reply. He was also the first to come by to inspect the building to see what type of prep work would be required. He spent at least 20 minutes answering my extensive list of questions and describing our options for a paint base that would hold up to years of relentless desert heat and sunlight exposure. Not only did he provide a very competitive quote, he fit in our painting project within two weeks of the initial request. Jose, Angel, Gudi, and David provided attentive, quality painting skills and did a phenomenal job prepping the site, sealing/patching wood that showed signs of wear, and accommodating a schedule for our dogs to go outside when it wouldn't disturb their work. They did detailed touch-up work on the last day to ensure each element was completed, and they cleaned up every sign of their presence. We appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to make a last-minute change to a trim choice. The painting crew provided quality work and were very pleasant to deal with, patiently explaining each step along the way. We would most certainly use this company again in future. My husband would have preferred more communication during the process (such as a phone call the day before to confirm, for example), but we are very happy with the results.
