I told the salesman that I didn't want or need or order the frames I also said I ordered handles for the doors but he said that was not included. I told him to refund me the frames and get me a price on the handles. He told me the handles were the same price as the frames (hard to believe) I asked for a refund for the frames and they said all orders were final and no refunds are issued. They have terrible customer service UPDATE. After several bad reviews written on multiple sites I got a refund but the quality of the doors are not worth the money

It's amazing the amount of inflation metal has increased. The only discrepancy I had with business is a particular product that was approximately 70 percent more than product at another distributer. Just seemed a little excessive and I felt a little takin advantage of. But overall and in the end East Valley Sheet Metal is a very reputable company with a great finished product. They also take responsibility for any mistakes or errors that might have incurred during fabrication even if they weren't at fault for mistake. East Valley has been at the top of the fabrication industry for years and they only seem to be getting better at their craft. I assumed that they would charge me the same but they wanted roughly 25% more. I passed and found a different metal supplier in Chandler which charged me $257,- instead of the $387 which AZ Metals quoted me. That's a difference of 50%. Total ripoff.
