I purchased around 1100 square feet of travertine pavers back in mid 2023 and they got me the best price on them you can get in the valley and yes I shopped around.. I decided to go see them again July 2 2025 to get 1200 square feet of tile for my house I'm building and Todd gave me a pretty good price on some 8 x 48 wood porcelain tiles that were exactly what I was looking for I ended up out the door with tax and everything only paying 2.78 a square foot which is cheaoer than any other box store so if your looking for tile or pavers it's definitely a place worth stopping in at because you never know they might have exactly what you need at a great price!

The front desk woman was very kind but her first question was "Who sent you here? Answered, My contractor. "What's your contractor's name, who does he work with here?" After checking to see that he wasn't in the system she asked me to fill out the intake form and then walked me through the warehouse. She asked me who was paying for the counter tops, me or the contractor. Odd question but I said I was. I grabbed a couple photos of slabs and then we walked out and she gave me a print out of the items with pricing. She also stapled the branch manager's card inside and told me to have my contractor call him even though I was there today to buy I wasn't asked and apparently no one could help with that process other my contractor. There was at least 4 associates in the warehouse then in the showroom taking pictures of items for what seemed to be social media. Way more interested in "likes" than sales, branding is everything, except when your brand is to make sales. Still no one said hello, not one of them asked if they could help, asked if I had questions or acknowledged that I was a customer ready to buy and schedule a counter top install. I'm taking Steve's recommendation and heading to AZ Tile today and then Daltile's showroom followed up with Cactus Tile and Stone. I love capitalism and the free market.

We had two marble end table tops purchase and worked by them, as well as a special design, ordered and installed a 2" thick granite Dining Room Table among other items. See videos below. My model was quite simple and there are flaws that cannot be fixed in it. The work has made me sick to my stomach. I spent a ton of money for a kitchen that looks subpar at best. Carlos did not attend to the Remodel, would get upset if we called him to come look at mistakes. He was absent on the job and it was very unbelievable. We had to fire him during the process. He gave us a quote and kept adding more money to it. We had to pay him upfront a lot of money and he owes us money. We had to fork out almost double to get the job finished with someone else. We have asked him to reimburse his money and he has ignored every single bit of communication. Which does not surprise us as he was that way throughout the whole process. DO NOT USE THEM. Watch the videos all the way through if you want to see the horrifying work done. They cut the quartz wrong for my countertop and it was hanging out 2 inches past the kitchen cupboards. They came to my house to cut it and re-fabricated it. What a mess and you can see where they patched it after they cut it down. There's a line that goes through it on the edge. Aweful. On the other end, they had cut it all jaggedly showing jacketed edge and wasn't cut enough to butt up against the casing to the oven. I do have a picture to show how this was left permanently for me to have to deal with.
