They sell you products that their not familiar with, and will not replace anything after the fact. If you order anything from the store, make sure you double check it when you get it before you install it because they take no responsibility or fault for missing items on products. The doors were good, but the biggest issue I had was with their pocket door and barn door. I asked them about a pocket door that would extend across a certain size opening. They said they had two panel pocket doors, which I thought was a great idea. Well, the pocket door came without some hardware, and after 2-3 trips back to the store, we kept receiving the incorrect hardware, and we ended up paying for this incorrect hardware because they would not give it to us as part of the purchase. In order to make a long story short, the installer they requested, kept reminding us that we did not have all the hardware for the install. Currently, I have a two pane pocket door that is not secure. You need two hands to extend it out, and you can look in behind it and see all the dust and debris from the installation. They provided nothing that would shield you from seeing inside of the pocket door when it was open. Use them if you like, but just be aware that there are no refunds, and double check that you have all your hardware and pieces for any type of installation. We even ordered a barn door that was missing some screws for installation.

I told the salesman that I didn't want or need or order the frames I also said I ordered handles for the doors but he said that was not included. I told him to refund me the frames and get me a price on the handles. He told me the handles were the same price as the frames (hard to believe) I asked for a refund for the frames and they said all orders were final and no refunds are issued. They have terrible customer service UPDATE. After several bad reviews written on multiple sites I got a refund but the quality of the doors are not worth the money

They carry the Belgard paver brand, as well as other pavers. Masonry block, stepping stones, irrigation supply, tools and piping. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are much lower on most things than going to the big box stores. I wanted to replace my spray nozzles on 16 pop ups from 15ft down to 6-8 ft instead. The big box stores wanted $3.62 a piece for them. I bought 16 of them here for $14.18 total including tax. I would have paid about $63.13 at the big box stores for this. I saved over $48.95 buying them here. That is a huge difference in savings for the same exact Rainbird brand as in the big box stores.
