When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway. Why not try to in the least work with us on a discount since both of us played a part . you guys didn't bring it and we waited a long time to count it.

I cannot give a supportive score to RWC Building Products because I never would have cared to provide any evaluation at all, until they gave me a "Shake Down" letter like Yelp participants C M. (2020) or Jason C. (2011). I did have a good experience with their delivery crew and an even better one with my Roof Repair Company. Then, as a big "gotcha" , RWC delivered to me ( Certified Mail ) an Arizona Preliminary Twenty Day Lien Notice. WTF ! The roof repair to my house was only completed 14 days ago, and apparently the roof repair company owner still has till the end of the month (14 days from now!) to pay RWC. I was assured by Yolanda and Mark at RWC that it was just a form letter they send out to everyone. I call BS and "Shame on You" William G. (busines manager). After calling everyone she felt the most comfortable with the gentleman at Garage Doors America. He was on his way home from a job and swung on by. Gave her great customer service and a great price. He let her know what else service she could use, but she declined. When she needs it she definitely will be sticking with this company. She also had an issue with the interior button on thr wall not working since it was installed so he is going to pick up a part and fix that tomorrow. Just a disguised scammer, selling 1/16,1/8, 1/4 rocks as 1/2. When asked about discrepancy they say…read morethat's how they come ( but one may wonder if they, in purpose, mix it with smaller rocks to beef up profits)...they prefer you to go to another competitor when you point out the scam.When asked about labeling the product 1/2 size when a significant portion is less than that, they say that it is not "1/2 size , is UP to 1/2" ( and that's where the scam lies). On a random test, about 40% of their 1/2 size is actually significantly smaller than posted size. Look for an honest company.
