Antique Tile was great to work with. I came across them because I had so much trouble purchasing limestone and travertine from the major pool supply places in the valley. They were always out of stock on things, or delivered the wrong material, or most times, wouldn't even return my calls. Antique Tile was different. They had plenty of stock, and when they didn't, they got it to me by the next day. Mauricio is awesome to deal with, and the prices are good. They can be a little hard to reach during the day by phone because they're pretty busy, but they always get back to you. So glad I went with these guys. read more

Great selection of pavers and other landscaping supplies. Extremely easy to work with and best prices in town. The reason for docking one star is due to dropping off the pavers on the sidewalk -- a no, no -- and when my landscaper called them they basically told him that they were busy with other deliveries and couldn't come back to move them off the sidewalk. We ordered 72 pallets of pavers. We had to order them two months in advance, and pay for them, because of supply issues. We were ok with that with the way things have been lately. When they arrived, we scheduled delivery for two weeks later. The day they were to be delivered they didn't show up and when we went to the store, we were told they no longer had them, they had sold them to someone else. It made no difference that we had already paid for them. When we demanded a refund, their response was to laugh and say "What are you gonna do?" After some back and forth, they gave us a receipt that they credited our card, but after a few days, there was no credit so we opened up a credit card dispute. It was resolved quickly with our credit card company in our favor, but our job was delayed and the stress of dealing with these horrible people won't soon be forgotten. read more

I ordered stones for my planters from Antique. A part of my order was not delivered. After calling to the store multiple times and sending the pictures of the material that I have received, they ended up saying it was our fault to open the pallet and now they don't even pick up our call and give an update about the refund we must be getting. They believe in what the delivery driver says and not the customer. Delivery guy and the antique company did not bother to take a signature by mentioning the things that were delivered. I am not sure how we can determine that part of our order was not delivered by looking at the wrapped pallets. DONT GO TO THE MESA STORE. THE TEAM AND THE OWNER ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. read more

Very bad service. I placed order with them they delivered my order and I returned two pallets and requested for them to pick up the ones that were wrong in which they did . I ended up paying 2x shipping . Next day i was short on pavers I spoke to hector who Informed me that there is an additional pallet I can pick up .Within 10 minutes of speaking with them while driving To pick up the pallet the lady in the front desk said no need to come in that the owner sold the only pallet that was being held for me to pick up and that the owner didn't care because it's first come first serve .keeping in mind that I had already spent 1650.00 and was going to pick up the pallet for another 150. So now I'm stuck with no pavers .VERY BAD SERVICE .Great job .I will also be filing with BBB. Stay far away from this company ZERO loyalty to costumers . read more

This place is really awesome. They have a huge display area and anything I wanted to see they had on hand. A huge yard of pallets on top of pallets of stone. I wanted to see a few choices and they were very accommodating in stoping their guy on the forklift to assist or answer questions. . . just so I could see a couple of pieces next to my travertine I brought with me. The girl in the office, Anna is very helpful!! The other guys were busy, but she didn't hesitate to get out of her chair and walk out to the yard with me. This place has the worst customer service. Not only did they not deliver my pavers on time after I called them 3 times to confirm, they also delivered the wrong pavers! They had so many excuses as to why they made so many mistakes. They also were not very apologetic for the mistakes and made my weekend project take over a month and a half to finish because of all their mistakes. Use abc in mesa or chola in tempe instead they keep their word and delivered what i needed. read more

Had been looking to add some curb appeal to my yard and found this place has by far the best deals on pavers. They have a large selection of different types of yard materials like pavers, block, synthetic grass, and flagstone. The owner- a young man- was very patient with my indecisiveness and was able to place my order and deliver the material to my house at a very reasonable price and all in that same week.
