From the other quotes his product seemed better quality than the others. They scheduled us quickly and were very accommodating with our availability. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completed on time. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The communication from the company was excellent, and the installers left our backyard beautiful and clean. We highly recommend them. Having two large dogs, it was a waste having a yard as big as mine as it was made entirely of desert rock. The previous owner had it done this way for the purpose of keeping it cheap and keeping it low maintenance during the years he lived here. Over the last few years after I purchased it, I got 3 quotes from 3 different companies to do a section of turf. I never committed to a company to do it because I didn't feel confident they could deliver what I wanted. Fast forward to two weeks, I met with Sean from Turf Monsters. After hearing my vision for the yard, he was quick about getting me their quote on the same day. Not only that, but he had an extensive knowledge of the kinds of turf they had that would fit my yard best, the process of whole installation, how to maintain it, etc. It wasn't a hard choice; I chose them to do my turf project feeling confident they would handle the job well. And did they ever! At my request, they managed to get my installation scheduled earlier than originally planned. Materials were dropped off and installers showed up as scheduled on the day they began. Every single encounter during the installation was professional and friendly. It took less than the original two-day quote for the 25'x30' area, the three man installation team finishing in only one day. And it turned out better than I had imagined it to! The bright green turf looks stunning with the original rock landscape against it. And the dogs are beyond happy with it, running around and wrestling on it, but also relaxing on it too as it doesn't get super hot in the sun. I've received so many compliments on it from neighbors and friends that have seen it, saying it completely changed the entire backyard for the better. I highly recommend this team to execute your turf desires! A job well done!

When he put the turf back in place it definitely did not look the same as before; there were noticeable ripples and nails. Their craftsmanship is top notch and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thanks Oz!

I even had him come back for a 2nd consultation when we were making our final decision. His knowledge and experience was evident and gave me the confidence to move forward with his company. We set a date/time and the crew showed up promptly to begin the project. The crew worked quickly, but diligently, and were respectful of my property. Osvaldo consulted with me every step of the way, helped me make decisions when needed and was always available when I had questions or concerns. We did a final walkthrough and Osvaldo made sure we loved the finished project before we wrapped. He also gave me maintenance advice on my turf and plants and made recommendations on products to support maintenance. I highly recommend this company and I will gladly have them back for our future projects.

You really can't…read morego wrong with hiring a company whereby the prideful owner remains involved with the project from beginning to end and treats the project as if it were for his own house. He is very focused on customer satisfaction. Details: We hired Ultrascapes to build a grill island to house 2 high-end appliances. We solicited ~4 proposals from various contractors. Ultrascapes' lump-sum fee proposal was in the middle range of all proposals received; which was good for us as we don't like to select low-bid nor do we want to pay a stupid premium for the same work. We ultimately selected Ultrascapes because we felt that the owner, Ryan, seemed to grasp our vision better, was helpful in determining design & materials, and was willing to work with our budget to make our project happen. Ryan is professional, responsive, involved, and stays committed to the outcomes of the project. He maintains high standards on the quality of the finished product as if he was completing it for his own property. In terms of schedule, Ultrascapes began work a week after authorization and providing our deposit to get materials procured. They stayed onsite almost every day through completion. There were some issues during construction from decisions made by his crew, but Ryan quickly corrected those issues and kept the project schedule. Ryan would visit the site almost every day to supervise the progress and quality. Another valuable point: He didn't attempt to nickel & dime us with various small change-orders that may not have been detailed in the original scope of work; he stuck with the original vision, outcome, and lump-sum fee proposal.

Well, here it is June 10th, and we will be swimming by next week! Gualo and his crew members have worked their butts off and knocked it out of the park! We couldn't be happier and don't have one single negative thing to say about Ultrascapes. The work ethic and attention to detail is crazy good! Our next-door neighbor is so impressed that she's having an outdoor kitchen and eating area put in. My husband Michael and I are so pleased with Ultrascapes and would hire them over, and over again. I noticed a very negative review by one Anders Cook. All I can say about this person is that nothing could make him happy! Maybe he should be called Angers Cook! I just want to reiterate how amazing our experience with Ultrascapes, Gualo, and his crew and thank them all for making our dream a reality!
