My wife enjoys shopping here, and I enjoy taking her and keeping her company as we both look around. We most recently stopped by At Home looking for black out curtains and for a rug/carpet of a certain color. We ended up finding both but only bought one for now. My wife had a birthday coupon to use for a discount off an item. We also found other items that we put aside in our mind to come back and get another time. On previous visits, we either got outdoor patio cushions, grilling supplies, holiday items, or framed pictures to name a few. If you visit the At Home Phoenix location website (https://www.athome.com/store/arizona-phoenix), you will find plenty of items listed including sales and clearance items, a store map and directions, store hours, the return policy, Q&A, and more. Shopping options include pickup and delivery. The store hours are 9 AM to 9 PM daily. By joining their Insider Perks (for free!), you can get a 15% coupon off on your next purchase, a birthday coupon for 15% off, exclusive Insider Perks Deals, hassle-free receiptless returns, gifts with purchase, sweepstakes and more. I have enjoyed past contests and sweepstakes in the store including a scavenger hunt during the Winter holidays of 2024. Also on their website, you can take advantage of a free 2-hour pick-up or same-day delivery starting at $10. This store has helped us make our home feel like a home thanks to At Home!

I just needed to get in and out and find a very specific item, but then I could not find any sales associates and had to walk up and down the aisles of half the store before I found someone. I do not know if sales associates there only know part of the store, but she could have walked me to the area I needed or suggested another sales associate assist me. But I did not get either and was just brushed off. Being that so many products are available online to be delivered to your house, you would think that sales associates in a store would actually want to assist customers and keep their business but I guess not this store or location.

We ended up spending a long time having so much fun looking at all the crazy stuff in there. When you first walk in, there is a display of windchimes and I instantly fell in love with this peacock one (see photo). I snatched it up right away and was trying to figure out the best way to hold it and still walk around without it breaking when the lady at the counter offered to keep it up at the counter while we browsed. So nice. They have all these hilarious tin and wood signs that my aunt, mom, and I stood in front of laughing like idiots for about 10 minutes. They have interesting furniture, little knick knacks, and some pretty cool wall art. After we had fun looking at all the stuff and I mentioned I would have to be careful with my peacock because I was flying back to Vegas, the lady at the front wrapped it up for me in so much bubble wrap that there was no way it would break in my suitcase. And the best part? They were having a sale, so it was 20% off on top of all the fun and great customer service.

It is now pulling apart at the seams. We took a picture of the table in to the store today to show them and the owner said that he guaranteed someone hit it. A 70+ woman? It is clearly from the heat. His answer was that he didn't know what we wanted him to do, everything is sold as is, buyer beware. We enjoyed shopping here in the past and spent plenty of money doing so. Sadly, that may be over now. So, take it directly from the owner - buyer beware.
