I shop at this store a lot now. I had not been back for a couple years because I moved away from…read morethe area. I find some really nice items and the prices are good. They have a 20% discount almost every day. Remember these people are volunteers not employees. I have had some people be on the more rude side but it is probably because they are there a lot and get tried of dealing with people who do not read etc. I have done customer service for a very long time. I will say it does take the right personality to be nice every day all the time. Some people have their heart in the right place by wanting to volunteer but they do not do well in a retail customer service environment. Thank you to everyone who works and volunteers at the Arizona Humane Society Thrift Store on Cave Creek Rd. I will continue to shop there and tell others to do so as well.
