They have a lot of merchandise, yes its a little pricey for what they get either at wholesale or from over the border, but it is a business and you are paying for the convenience of having it one location to shop for it. I love the Mexican style decor in this place. Lots to choose from. The customer service was Eghh when we first walked inside, but they nicely got friendlier at the end when we were paying. My only suggestion, the young guys wrapping ceramics with paper then placing in bag. You have to make sure fragile sides of a piece (i.e cats leg/paw stretched out) stays secure and should be upright in a bag and not long ways across, if you pack that way, then when the bag is picked up and handed to the customer the sides will be bent upward and snap a piece. Luckily, it was easily glued. So moral of the story customers, watch how the youngins pack your stuff and how they pick up the bags to hand to you. Don't do what I did and just assume it was logically packed.

Still, this store has a feeling all it's own. It's the unique pieces that sets them apart. Some pieces here are more masculine than the other two stores. Along with ceramic items there is some metal work inside. I was very close to purchasing one of the star lights. I decided to hold off, as I wasn't 100% sure where I would put it. We were using Yelp to find…read moresome good places in Downtown Glendale, but didn't really notice this shop because no one has reviewed it yet. While driving by, though, we caught it out of the corner of our eyes and decided to stop in for a look. What a surprise we had when we went in! This was one of the best antique shops we stopped in all day. It's kind of on the outskirts and their were no other customers inside, but we were pleasantly surprised with their selection. It was somewhat organized in an unorganized way, but I liked that. It wasn't too messy at all, and I like just browsing through everything anyway. The owner was there and was very friendly and helpful, although I do just enjoy looking around on my own sometimes. I liked how enthusiastic she was, but I do like to browse in private as well! :) The prices were decent, but the owner was extremely willing to negotiate on those marked dollar signs... They didn't really have anything we were looking for, except one very neat little table that I almost got. Unfortunately, I found something that worked a little better for our room elsewhere, but this table was a close 2nd place! I may go back in the near future and get it, but who knows... the listed price was $135 but she brought it down to $65 for me. Still a bit too much for my budget, but I'm sure if I asked she might still be flexible on the price. I did appreciate the effort though, as it was very nice of her to work with me on it. I would stop here again in the future. This could easily be added to the list of really neat antique shops in downtown Glendale :) I would recommend it!
