Huge store so give yourself plenty of time for searching especially if you are going for clothes,…read morethey have bins that are by the pound in 1 section and regular store of course. The clothes are not sorted by size more by type like short sleeve long sleeve etc. I was looking for a fancier dress I'm only going to wear once and didn't want to spend a fortune it's cheap to buy here and get it dry cleaned, then elsewhere. Lots of knick snacks, collectibles, books, dvds, etc. Prices are fairly low they have sales tags too. Highly recommend

Got a BUNCH of great stuff today and few of my items were half off. Prices great here anyway,…read moreeverything seemed to cost $4-8.00 or few of men pants were $12. I tried on 8-9 pants of men and women cuz I had to get a pair of khaki for a work thing. I got an $8 pair that had half price color of the day so it was $4. Everything I got was only a couple bucks and all nice stuff. 2 travel cosmetic bags, small purse super cute and I'll post pics. They had a lot of great belts, actually leather. Lots of dog harness and dog items. It's a great store. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE 3 dressing rooms so you can try stuff on. Thankful and grateful cuz I was there an hour trying on every khaki pants I could find. I wandered thru the buy by the pound fenced off section and everything over there looked newish, clean, ironed. It's a really beautifully selected curated store. It's a definite must stop in.

I found myself thinking the prices were a little high (considering they get these items for free). Truthfully, the half priced Monday prices are what I think of when I think "thrift store." I get it's a new economy now a days, but geez. As a teenager, seeing some of these fast fashion items (tank tops specifically) priced at $6 or $7 doesn't make sense. The only other thing about this location, which isn't a big deal, is that if you have an issue that takes more than one minute of the checkout employees time, you will be put last. I informed the employee I needed help with an exchange and as she was helping me she kept leaving to assist other people with assorted issues. I get it, it's busy and you have other customers, but taking the time to assist me would've cut the time it took in half. I was left with my fussy baby to stand and wait while she continued to leave out of no where. I feel bad as she didn't have back up to assist, so nothing against the employee. Just something to note.

I've been shopping at Savers for YEARS, but one thing that continues to frustrate me is the restroom policy. Before COVID, customers had access to restrooms. Then it became a code system, then limited access for certain groups (elderly/kids/disabilities), and now customers are completely DENIED access. It's been years since the pandemic, and I don't understand why this has become permanent. Many shoppers spend an hour or MORE in the store. Savers serves a lot of seniors, families with young children, and people with medical conditions who may need restroom access unexpectedly. To make matters worse, there are often no nearby public restrooms available. Because of this policy, I RARELY shop here anymore. I have a medical condition where randomly I have to go to the bathroom unexpectedly. Before COVID, I was a WEEKLY customer. It's disappointing that a store that ENCOURAGES customers to spend time browsing no longer provides access to such a basic necessity. I hope management reconsiders this policy and puts customers first. I am very inclined to File an ADA Access Complaint, write a letter to Savers Corporate Office AND email District/Regional Managers.
