Fantastic selection, wonderful shop with so much to inspire your next design. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable- they can do design work for a fee which is worth it when working with so many options and trims, etc. They'll help you get it right. I used star and cross Saltillo in my entry with a custom seal/matte finish. I also used a pretty Talavera tile in my kitchen with a pencil to finish off the edge. I am very happy with the result and will be doing my bbq area in the future.

Unique tile assortments ! Nice lady's to help choose the process.

I have used Mexican Tile & Stone as my supplier of beautiful handmade Mexican tile for years. Terri Fortuna and the rest of the team are simply amazing! If you are looking for a one of a kind custom look for your home, I would highly recommend them!

Encompassed in a total remodel of our home for the past year, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with the entire team here. From design ideas to mis haps in old houses, they have been with me every step of the way. I love the variety of tiles and quality of product. They are open to changes mid way and all about fulfilling the clients wants. I couldn't be happier with my house and all of the beautiful tiles they helped me put together. More photos to come when it's all done!

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. I can't recommend AZ Prestige enough.

Vicky was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even giving our kids snacks while we looked through carpet samples. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and somehow knew exactly what we were looking for after just a few minutes of talking with us. She helped us choose the perfect carpet, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The installation was scheduled just one week later, and the installers did an excellent job. The new carpet looks absolutely perfect and has looks great in our home. If you're looking for new carpet, I can't recommend this company enough. Started with J and B which was local and close to my house, and knew they had been in business for a long time. They've actually been in business for 47 years! Well, after meeting with Vicki, I didn't go anywhere else. She is a doll! She made everything so easy for us and the carpet was ordered, delivered, and installed within a couple of weeks. It looks incredible! J & B's prices are extremely fair and they have so many different options to choose from. I'm thankful to have met Vicki and to have worked with such a wonderful small, local business. If you're looking for flooring, make this your first stop. You probably won't go anywhere else.

Ideal gave me a good quote, came by to look at it, and was able to fit me into their schedule. My God the place looks new again. The floor just glows in this grand old Tudor Revival. And the repairs are solid and all but invisible. Smooth like butter. A couple weeks later, we had Ideal come back and repair the incorrectly installed engineered floor in the property's Casita. Another job well done - many flaws repaired, and no more clacking and popping noise as you walk across the floor. Great job guys - you're our new go-to for flooring.

I had Florin install my luxury vinyl plank floors on my new remodeled home. High quality floors…read more The home had two new additions, each addition had a new concrete slab poured against the existing slab. These transitions had slightly uneven concrete since it was not seamless. One of these, Florin poured self leveler, albeit not nearly enough, the other he did not. The floor prep was not done correctly and now in both areas I have cracked flooring down my entire kitchen, as well as in the middle of my living room. I am talking 25' of continuous cracks right over the uneven concrete. The floors depress over 1/2" when you step on them. At first I thought i could live with it, so didn't complain, but as time went on it got worse and worse. Now the floors cut your feet. I had Florin out to inspect, and he gave me the typical contractor excuse that its a high traffic area and floors are cupping bc they are vinyl. (how can floors depress 1/2" if its installed on flat concrete?) I have built several homes and also work in the trades. The only 2 places in the home where this cracking exists are exactly down the fault lines of these two uneven concrete surfaces. Cupping does not cause planks to split in two at each seam. He tried charging me nearly 25% of my entire 3000sqft floor install to fix this 100sqft section, which no guarantee it will work or look good. This is clearly a workmanship error and I am so tired of contractors not taking accountability for their mistakes. Florin is one of those guys. Avoid doing business with him. For $100 in materials and spending 1 hour to float the floor properly, this could have been avoided. All slabs are going to have uneven surfaces from settling etc. A good flooring guy will take a level out and make sure to fill any voids. My floors are ruined and will need to replace now the entire great room and add a seam to make it look right. $5000 mistake.
