I bought a new front door and security screen from them even though their price was higher. Why? Because they offer a lifetime "warranty". I've had trouble with knobs on both doors, one even fell out within first year of installation. Took over 3.5 months to get a part to fix the other door knob that was loose. After that repair the knob was still loose and the "repairman" stated that's how they are. I told him that's not how it used to be but he ignored that reality. Since then I've called to get it resolved but they are ignoring me. read more

We chose Lifetime because it was recommended by COSTCO. The salesman came out in November and the final measurements, paperwork and payment in full was done on December 3rd. We were told it would be 6 weeks before installation. We have been put off multiple times with promises that they would even provide us with two teams of installers this Saturday due to the delay. Well guess what...today 2/19/2026 were notified that the windows are now scheduled for the week of March 3rd. 12 weeks!!! SO FAR! This has caused us to have to reschedule vacations reschedule the painting of our home and the hanging of our new window coverings, due to the lack of LifeTime and their follow through. This place is so poorly ran, that we continue to receive invoices for payments. When we call, we have talked to unprofessional people that tell us to just ignore the Invoices. It is all unacceptable. I usually write glowing reviews. I definitely hope to save someone else from our frustration. read more

Windows and patio door were all incorrectly measured. The gaps around the windows are filled with mortar. They seem to have a problem keeping employees. They don't respond to phone calls. Installers have alcohol issues. The management is arrogant and could care less about customer service. What good is it when you purchase quality products like Infinity windows but it is installed by an inferior company? This is a difficult review. The windows they installed seem very nice, and we are happy with them. However, getting the job finished has been extremely difficult, and the communication has been a struggle. We have had three big problems. 1) One of the windows was incorrectly sized, so we are still waiting another 4-6 weeks to actually finish the job. 2) One of the other windows was left unfinished - the team just left and packed everything up and left one of the windows undone (seriously). That has since been fixed, but only after a handful of phone calls from us trying to explain and schedule the fix. 3) The sliding glass door we had installed is still incomplete. The baseboard was very lazily cut, and not repaired, so there is an inch wide gap between the baseboard and the sliding glass door, and we are still trying to figure out how to get this finished. I will update if things change, but we have had a lot of trouble getting this job over the finish line. We were doing a near whole house window replacement, so maybe they are better at small jobs. Some of the reviews here on yelp for this company were outdated and about the delays during covid, so I thought I would post a current review with my experience. I went through the whole window shopping experience and met with shady salesmen from other companies (Dabella) which was terrible. The whole experience was traumatic until I came to this company where the sales representative, Mickey, answered our questions and gave us a fair estimate for what we wanted without sales pressure. This company deals with Infinity by Marvin which is what I was looking for. Although I chose not to do the project now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, and in particular Mickey, to anyone else shopping for window replacement. read more

The only drawback so far is the time it takes to get their service department to call back. We had 23 windows in our starter home that needed replacement. We had quotes from Window World from a few years ago and tried calling them again now that we were ready to act. We called twice, tried Emailing them and put a request in to website with no reply from any of those sources. My wife went to Woman's Expo and spoke to a representative of Lifetime Windows and Doors at Expo and got a card. Mickey Aghabekian was our sales representative. We could not have been happier with Mickey he helped us with financing on first round of windows. We had so many that we originally broke it down to two installs but later needed three to finish. We can not say enough about this team as a whole. We had one issue one time. We mentioned it to Mickey and received a call with resolution from the owner same day. Again we can not say enough about how well we were treated from every member of this team at Lifetime Windows and Doors and our windows look fantastic. They couldn't promise no damage to stucco on install but did a phenomenal job with no damage on ours. Mickey was extremely knowledgeable about competition and his windows. Don't give 'em your info or they will hound you for a Lifetime. I stopped by their booth at a Home & Garden Show and made the mistake of leaving my phone # with them, though I wasn't ready to get work done yet. When they called me 2 days later, I explained to them (again, because I'd already told them at the show that I was just gathering leads for a later project) that I wasn't ready to have work done and would be reaching out to folks when I was. That same week they called three times in one day. And that wasn't the last of it. They've called so many times, I finally had to block them. I had my master bath shower, which was 20 years old, replaced by Lifetime Windows and Doors a few weeks. The project started with an in home estimate. ( I got several estimates for the job.) The salesperson was very knowledgeable. He had many samples for me to look at. Next a representative came to do exact measurement for my project. It took approximately 8 weeks for the materials to be manufactured and shipped into Phoenix. The installation was flawless My two installers Dana Gannon and Todd Hoyt were extremely polite and professional. These two men did a fantastic job. They worked cleanly and efficiently. They put down floor barriers for coming in and out of my home, all of my property was protected and respected. The clean up was amazing! The installation was completed over two days. Bottom line, I an extremely pleased with my new shower. We love the new look and are comforted in knowing the product and workmanship are covered for life! we had some screen doors put in and they put them in all right they didn't even screw them into the concrete. Basically they were standing by themselves until I noticed it. I called several times and they said they called back which was a lie. Not one missed call not one voicemail, but they keep insisting that they called which they didn't. I've been calling them every day. Still no response now I have to have someone else fix the problem after all the money that I put into this company, please don't waste your money on this company. You will get screwed. basically if you have a problem after the doors are installed it's basically your own problem even though you have a warranty. read more

I would not recommend them based on my consultation with Aaron. I found him deceitful and unethical (proven correct just googling him). When I made the appointment, I was assured I would receive a detailed quote. Instead, all I received was a single amount with zero detail or backup and at a price that was more than 50%-60% higher than three other quotes I have. He first started by stating they were the exclusive for Marvin Windows in Arizona, Nevada and Texas (factually incorrect). Then he claimed he was waiving his commission to 'make the deal' because he would make his monthly bonus. First week of January and he's made his month? Highly unlikely and no good salesman would waive his commission. Then he tries and say if I put down a 50% deposit today, he'll throw in a worthless 'free' vacation voucher. My contract was signed in September and it is now the end of June and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. (Well past the 22-24 weeks promised in my contract) The first crew came out and did such poor quality work that three other crews had to come out just to repair the mess that they made of my windows & sliding glass doors. 4 windows need to be replaced entirely and the stucco and frame work of my sliding glass doors are STILL have not been repaired. The front office does not communicate with the work crews or with the clients! Someone did leave a voicemail in early May telling me the new windows (to replace the 4 that had been damaged) would be here on May 17th. I haven't heard a word since. I decided to go with the company and they estimated 8-9 wks for installation. To my surprise, they called me 3 weeks later to install and the crew had them finished in 2 1/2 hours! A door to door salesman came by saying they were replacing windows for one of my neighbors. He rang the doorbell which set off my dog and woke up my baby whom I had just gotten down. Now, I'll give that he couldn't have known that would happen; but, when I told him we weren't interested and what happened, his response was: "So, you haven't thought about replacing your windows?" No remorse. No apology. You are the face of your company sir trying to sell me on windows. Lifetime Windows did a great job in replacing the 13 windows/patio doors in our condo unit in Sun City West. Professional, showed up as scheduled, they even stored our windows for FREE till we returned from our east coast residence. Even though the factory made a minor error in the fabrication, LTW worked with us to quickly correct the situation, discovered by their installer! LTW beat Anderson Window price by 33%... and no pressure quote, unlike AW (don't believe the adds). We notice immediately the drop in inside temperature during that July heat. I am giving these 2 stars to Alphonso, he was the first face we met and who sold us our door. He was a lead tech and the day we went in to look at their doors it was him who greeted us and helped us pick out our door.....HE was fantastic! Unfortunately he was in the middle of being sent to Colorado to open their next store there and we were left at the mercy of the rest of the staff....I was told by Stephanie, the receptionist, that Alphonso left specific instructions that we be taken care of because we were good people....I don't feel she listened. The door seemed to take forever to come in, but due to Covid I understood, when we finally were set up for installation we were told they were sending out a "lead tech" to install and they were anything but expert or professional. I was NEVER told to have items moved from wall so they could have access and they were dragging, shoving and tossing my items to make room I was appalled. As they proctor dismantle the old door they had a 5 gallon bucket they poorly attempted to get the old hardware tossed into leaving screws nuts and bolts all over the garage and driveway...most which remained after they departed. They made very little conversation as I was attempting to ask about the products and left me feeling as I was annoying them. When installation was complete I was not informed my card was going to be automatically charged with the balance of the door so I was awaia follow up to to see how the install went and to get their final payment...that never came. I called a day later after noticing scratches and dents on the door and within the conversation was told the outstanding balance was charged to the card. I was informed they would be sending out their "lead tech" to check out the door and see about it being corrected (I guess everyone is a lead tech at this business) it was a different tech who came out and I let him know how unhappy I was with the installers and he was surprised to hear the installer brought his son to assist him...the installers I had been told was a "lead tech" was actually a sub contractor. I was told the findings would be reported to the office and I would be contacted, it was weeks later when I was finally called and was told "I" would be supplied with touch up paint for the scratches and they were "trying" to get a replacement panel that was dented. It was installed the end of June beginning July I cannot quite remember we are still waiting on it to be made good and it is the end of September. I called my cc company and asked about reversing the second payment because I was never told it was being charged and the door we purchased is damaged they were VERY accommodating and revised the payment .... hopefully this is motivation to get my door corrected...we shall see....the pictures I posted may be hard to see but the scratches go the full length of the panelS YES plural! Lifetime Windows & Doors were great with the actual install of the windows and the 2 man crew got 8 windows installed in 2 days. My complaint is how they treated me after the project was completed. It took over two weeks of calling to even get someone scheduled to come look at my issue (it was related to the caulking, so not the actual window install). Once the project manager came out, he was very nice and assured me they would make it right if the issue was not bad paint (which it wasn't). After I tested if the paint was the issue, I emailed the office manager who I had been in contact with already and NOTHING. I emailed multiple times and called over the course of 2 weeks. it's now been 2 weeks since the last time I reached out to the company and still nothing. VERY disappointed! **update** an operations director finally got in touch with me and is currently resolving the issue. He got someone scheduled within a few days. Because he was so easy to work with, I did improve the overall rating to 3 stars. read more

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism. As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime. This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present. read more

My daughter is a teacher so today her father met the Lifetime salesman at her house to get an estimate -- here is what happened: -- the salesman never provided a card -- he wanted to know what our daughter's budget was before he mentioned any prices -- he complained that our daughter should have been there, even tough the company was advised her father was going to be there to get the quote -- the windows are basic 5ft square windows - nothing fancy -- he quoted starting at $2,00 per window -- the back door is a French door with one side stationary -- that starts at $10,000 This company is a rip off. Their website form wasn't working so I sent an email (from the website) requesting a quote on fiberglass windows. I got a very rude reply by Richard saying he was "hung up on 4 times" and "I guess you don't want windows." ... he never called once- not my number. There are no voicemails from them. READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being "Sold" based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white. This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else, try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks, combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better. Do not use Lifetime Windows. read more
