They installed the fronts on my cabinets, trimmed everything, put in new drawers that are better than the ones I had and deeper, put on new doors and handles, and the entire kitchen looks brand new. Then when I called months later to say I noted that one drawer wasn't closing right, they immediately sent out an expert, Lalo, who fixed the drawer and showed me what he had done. An update to my experience and a change of rating... I had my cabinets redone by them thru Costco. They were very overpriced yet they look good. A year later I get a call from their company asking how the cabinets are. They came in Aug 2025 and agreed to replace door fronts and small fixes. It is now two months later (Oct 15, 2025) and I have to call them to even get a response. Then they say they are sorry and call to schedule a date for install in the morning. Well that's was over two weeks ago (Oct 30, 2025) and they never reply. Avoid this company. read more

He explained, priced and helped us understand what the finished product would look like. The actual installer, Mark, was just what we were looking for. He was polite, precise and most of all took his time. By not rushing he made sure everything fit perfectly. In particular he was highly detailed in measuring and making sure it refaced correctly the first time. Even some specific fitting of beading around some bends, widening a cabinet for our oven/microwave and cleaning up everything each day. The Kitchen refacing was (is) like getting a new kitchen. We found ReBorn thru Costco and usually have good luck with companies that Costco works with. However, this company and their products are terrible in so many ways. The 2 salesmen came to our house for a quote on kitchen cabinet refacing. We originally had upgraded wood cabinets and wanted to lighten them up. The quote was about $10,000 more than we thought it would be. As our cabinets were already soft close and very nice looking and higher quality cabinets to begin with. However, we decided to go ahead and have them make over our kitchen. It took almost a week longer than what we had agreed upon. Which made us unable to go on our long awaited family vacation. They had 2 guys working on our kitchen which they should have had 2 crews (4 men) since we have a large kitchen so they could have gotten done on schedule. We lost a few thousand on the missed vacation that we could not go on. When choosing a color I conveyed that I did NOT want a bright white rather than an off white. The cabinets are a stark white and the cabinet material is a hard cheap looking plastic material. I am so dissappointed spending my hard earned money with this company. I should have taken the time and had our cabinets painted than re faced by this company. We had a high end looking wood kitchen that turned into a cheap looking white plastic kitchen. I'm so mad at myself for not being patient and going with the first company that would lighten my kitchen. And the prices are astronomical! The prices are very high and the quality is very low. read more

This company and their workers are just too amazing for words. They painstakingly did their magic on our existing cabinets with some very smart upgrades, too. Our kitchen and both bathrooms look new and fresh with a beautiful mission white replacing a Mediterranean dark color that made our home look dark and dour. Dakota and Paul worked for 4 days and were able to complete the project on time and on budget. It was amazing to see them use plastic wrap to contain any dust during their project. Warning about giving this company your information...... We set an appointment for a consult. Wife had to leave town so we cancelled and advised we'd recontact to reschedule. A day does not go by that I don't get a call from reborn to reschedule even though I advised we will recontact them. I also believe they have sold my phone number, I receive no less than 3 remodeling sales calls a day from, windows to bathroom. The last call from reborn I asked if they resold my number and the sales person denied and hung up. I couldn't even tell you if they do good cabinet work, based on their high pressure sales tactics, I would never use this co. Never do business with this place or you'll never get rid of them. They call me 3-4 times daily trying to sell me more services. I had cabinets refaced with them and I'm extremely disappointed. Definitely not worth the high cost. Some drawers close and other open back up if I don't push them all the way closed. Base trim looks like a kindergartener did them, especially at the corners. I wish I had just bought new cabinets and did all the work myself. Then it would have been done right. I have asked them to stop calling my on several occasions and they still keep calling me for more work. I can hire laborers in the home Depot Parking lot of I want half-assed work done. I wouldn't let reborn sweep my floors, let alone do any more work in my house. read more

They ghosted me twice! After the first time, their HDQ in CA called me and practically begged me to give them another chance after I had left a bad Facebook comment after the first visit (they quoted me 36k for cabinets, no countertops & most of it was just refacing not replacing). I let them come out for a quote a second time, Quoted over 56k, with some quartz countertops... Then they wrote up a sketchy quote, with no details. I reached out to them a few times. I suppose they didn't smell money, so I never heard from them again. A sales person approached us at Costco and we agreed to have a sales specialist come to the home for a consultation. He provided helpful information about the kitchen refacing process, but he could not provide info as to when the job would start, after asking for a $1000.00 deposit. That is still a week away. Overkill and total turn off. I called and left them a message to cancel my appt and do not call me back. If they are that aggressive to confirm an appt would hate to see what they are like if you decide after consult to not use them. No thanks! read more

I typically do not leave reviews; however, this job certainly justifies a review. My kitchen went from a 40 year old dark kitchen to a bright, beautiful modern kitchen, just by changing the cabinets. I contracted with Reborn Cabinets through Costco. I had never been through any type of remodeling and was experiencing some angst. However; any Reborn employee I encountered made this project go smoothly and relaxed my nerves. The actual work took about 4.5 days. Joel, the lead, Sevin and Caleb were the three (3) employees dedicated to my project. All of them had incredible work ethics: showed up on time, worked long hours, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable on their respective work skills and shared daily progress reports. They were very respectful of maintaining the dust in the kitchen area and their cleanup after completion was nothing short of spotless. They left it cleaner than when they arrived. . I am so excited about my new kitchen and cannot wait to show it off. I highly recommend Reborn, as well as the crew that made my dream kitchen come true. We were considering new kitchen cabinets, but decided on refacing the current cabinets when the cost was prohibitive. Through Costco we were introduced to Reborn Cabinets. Landon Ramirez is the Reborn Sales Designer, and he did an excellent job describing the process and the final product, and helping us with a detailed plan. Our kitchen and both bathrooms had new cabinets in six days, thanks to the skill and organization of project manager Esteban Kolb and Connor Anderson, and staff. They were very knowledgeable, even building cabinets and a desk area to add on to existing structures, paid attention to all the details, and put in as much work as it took on any given day. They also paid attention to our homeowner needs through the process, and cleaned up each day.
