I just had JJ out to clean my carpets for a second time. I forgot to ask in advance if he could also clean my couch but he was happy to oblige. I have 4 dogs, 1 with cancer who bleeds and 1 who refuses to stay house broken. JJ was able to get out all but one very stubborn blood stain and all the urine odor. Our tile grout color went to the dark side and we chose Ultimate Floor Care based on competitive pricing and a demonstration of what color our grout once was to what it could look like again. JJ helped repair some of our crumbling grout and did a clean and seal of rooms on both levels of the house. They used some corner guards to prevent the hoses from marking up the walls, which was a nice touch. The work looks great and was done quickly and they were open and up front with any questions. They promptly responded to Yelp in questions. They were on time. It was a house that we had recently purchased. The previous owners had dogs that must have had many accidents in the house. We had the carpet cleaned by someone else before we moved in. Our dogs promptly went to marking on the carpet. After banning the dogs from the carpeted rooms, we contacted Ultimate. They came out and did a great job. They informed me that one room had 10 previous stains that I had not found (not from my dogs!). After 4 days just 1 stain did not come out. They came back and treated it free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their price was lower than most and did not charge extra to treat the stains. read more
