My floors all look, feel, and smell like brand new! You won't be disappointed with this company. read more

JJ with Ultimate Floor Care was the first to respond with my quote request that I put in on yelp. Book his company for a tile grout cleaning on a weekend night. Glad I did. My floors look great. JJ was also very respectful of our property and 2 dogs. We have a 3 story townhome and were impressed with the time he took to setup making sure his hoses wouldn't mark up the walls. Very happy with the service will definitely be back read more

Very good service from JJ with Ultimate Floor Care. JJ provided a very reasonable initial estimate online, with a complimentary home visit to take accurate measurements/produce a precise dollar quote, talk us through the process and even demonstrate his cleaning work on a small area of tile. He showed up punctually and got the cleaning and grout sealing for all my tile done very efficiently and thoroughly. Great to have this contact for future reference. Thank you! read more

I just had JJ out to clean my carpets for a second time. I forgot to ask in advance if he could also clean my couch but he was happy to oblige. I have 4 dogs, 1 with cancer who bleeds and 1 who refuses to stay house broken. JJ was able to get out all but one very stubborn blood stain and all the urine odor. The price was very reasonable. read more

I needed a sectional cleaned and all the tile in my house cleaned, regrouted in some spots, and sealed. Both jobs were done on short notice, for a fair price, and beyond my expectation. Look down at your grout. Gross? Call JJ, he's the owner and he can fix it. Thank you!! read more

Thanks for a great job! They kept in contact with m before arriving. They arrived within the time window that they indicated. They did a great job on the carpets. What more could I ask for :) read more

Our tile grout color went to the dark side and we chose Ultimate Floor Care based on competitive pricing and a demonstration of what color our grout once was to what it could look like again. JJ helped repair some of our crumbling grout and did a clean and seal of rooms on both levels of the house. They used some corner guards to prevent the hoses from marking up the walls, which was a nice touch. The work looks great and was done quickly and they were open and up front with any questions. I appreciated their prompt response, check-ins and thorough jobs. I would have no issues recommending them to anyone, and with an acronym like UFC, watch out, grout! read more

JJ was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He arrived early, let me know he was on his way and was fast with the carpet cleaning we needed! He also beat everyone in price that I found! I'd definitely recommend them for any future floor projects! read more

We had JJ out to clean our downstairs tile floors. He was great to communicate with, showed up on time, and very professional! After 15 years, I was skeptical that any of the dirt from the tile and grout would come out. It did! JJ did a fantastic job and the floor looks amazing! He also gave us some tips on how to maintain it, and the whole service was fairly priced. Would definitely use this company again! read more

JJ Overfield with Ultimate Floor Care cleaned the carpets, tile and grout for our 2,400 square foot 2 story home in Surprise. He did an AMAZING job! I have NEVER seen our tile so clean! The grout went from dark grey to a beautiful light cream color!!! He saved my tile, we were going to replace the tile with wood, not anymore! JJ sealed it for us, and now it looks like new. JJ was also extremely nice and respectful. As a mom, with my children at home, I was comfortable with him there, which says a lot! I have already personally recommended JJ from Ultimate Floor Care to my friends and family. Best Carpet and Tile cleaning we have had! Great service, arrived on time and removed pet stains that I thought was impossible! Great service and affordable prices! Definitely will call this company again! read more

They promptly responded to Yelp in questions. They were on time. It was a house that we had recently purchased. The previous owners had dogs that must have had many accidents in the house. We had the carpet cleaned by someone else before we moved in. Our dogs promptly went to marking on the carpet. After banning the dogs from the carpeted rooms, we contacted Ultimate. They came out and did a great job. They informed me that one room had 10 previous stains that I had not found (not from my dogs!). After 4 days just 1 stain did not come out. They came back and treated it free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their price was lower than most and did not charge extra to treat the stains. read more

Having recently purchased the house, we were pretty confident our travertine floors hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. I called JJ and he was very quick in getting back to me to schedule the cleaning. The before-and-after results of JJ's work left us astounded. We honestly thought we were walking on wet floors as JJ went from room-to-room. But to the contrary and to our amazement, the floors were dry. JJ had expertly cleaned and polished our floors/grout beyond belief. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and intend to have JJ return in order to maintain the shimmer in our once dull/dirty floors. read more
