Required dryer vent cleaning. Was quoted a very reasonable price over the phone and that's exactly what I paid. Additionally, Paul used utmost care moving the dryer as I had just had new flooring installed. He fixed the problem quickly, replaced a faulty vent hose and even fixed a problem with the timer. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. read more

Our dryer died and we knew we needed to get our vents cleaned. Paul was great! He responded to my call in a timely manner and had an appointment open that worked with my schedule. My tenant reported the dryer vent to be clogged, and I was happy to find a dedicated service provider for vent cleaning who isn't interested in selling other services. The cleaning cost is reasonable and comes with a 120 day warranty. read more

We recently bought a new washer and dryer. My former dryer went out on us and we were without a dryer for months. So I was really excited to be able to use it; however, we I put a load of towels in around 4 pm they were still not dry by midnight when my son turned the dryer off. We have not used it since. I am giving this company a 1 star rating because I have called them 3 times this week (December 30, January 2 and 3), left a message each time with my work number and cell phone number and still I have not heard back from them. They show as rated #1 but I am having a hard time believing that they want new business. Renee in Peoria, AZ read more

Been using the Vent Doctor every year or two when we notice that the dryer is taking longer to dry. Prompt scheduling and always on time. He makes quick work of a nuisance cleaning job, particularly as my dryer vents out the roof. Reasonably priced. A good solution for something that if left unattended can lead to a fire. read more

This company is awesome. They got me in quick and came on-time. Actually 10mins early. He found my dryer vent was fully clogged and has my dryer drying half the time. He was fairly priced and cleaned up after himself. Plus he has an awesome Australian accent! Super cool! read more

excellent service. on time. reasonable fee. I told him to send me a reminder and keep me on his list.

Paul did a great job! He was very friendly, knowledgable, efficient, on time, and professional. We had some issues with the dryer vent that he was able to pinpoint and fix immediately. My dryer vent had supposedly been cleaned twice within the last couple of years, but Paul confirmed my suspicions that it had not been cleaned properly. He even cleaned out my lint trap on my dryer and gave me some good advice on how to clean that too. Now my dryer is working SO much better. Glad I called the Dryer Vent Doctor! read more

Awesome. Just like everyone says. Fair priced. Friendly. On time and efficient. Thank you!

Quick easy and efficient. Paul was here right on time, took care of the cleaning and put everything back in place. Couldn't be any easier.

I've tried calling the Dryer Vent Doctor twice to schedule an appointment. I have left messages but I never received a call back. Frustrating! Guess he doesn't need my business. read more

Paul arrived right on time, and cleaned out my dryer vent in only 30 minutes. He also cut down the silver vent tubing at the back of the dryer, which was too long. The price for the service was $50.00 cheaper than other competitors; he was able to come out the next day; and I was able to use my credit card (some companies want a check or cash only). I am very happy to have this done and to be able to use my dryer again. (The clogged vent cause my dryer to blow out the heating element and shut off due to overheating). I will definitely use Paul when I need the vent cleaned out again. read more

Paul was personable, professional and efficient! I appreciated that he gave me a clear assessment of our setup and recommended interval for maintenance, which was less than I would have expected. Yay honesty! Will continue to use his services on a regular basis. read more

I called a couple of dryer vent cleaners and was not impressed with the way they clean. I called Paul at Dryer Vent Doctor and after finding out how he cleans dryer vents my husband and I decided to hire him. He was on time, does great work, his price was very reasonable, and cleaned up after himself. It took Paul less than 30 minutes to clean the vent and helped my husband put the washer/dryer back in place. When Paul was done cleaning our dryer vent he went to our next door neighbor and cleaned her vent too. Paul went above and beyond cleaning our neighbors dryer vent; he cleaned the dust that had collected around the motor of our neighbor's dryer as well as the dryer sensors. My husband and I highly recommend Dryer Vent Doctor for all vent cleaning. Thank you, Paul for all you did for us and our neighbor. read more

Having just bought a 20 year old house, I couldn't help but wonder if anyone has ever cleaned out the dryer vent system. Paul arrived earlier, which was appreciated, and got down to business. The cleaning was necessary and he brought my dryer vent up to spec. He was professional, pleasant and kept me informed every step along the way. Highly recommended. read more

I needed a professional to clean my dryer vent in preparation for the sale of my home. I contacted Dryer Vent Doctor about 5 minutes til 5 on a Thursday afternoon... he was out to my property the next morning, job was completed properly and for a very reasonable amount! I would recommend to anyone that needs a vent or duct cleaned. Excellent! read more

My wife called to have our vent cleaned since our dryer was taking over an hour to dry an average load. Our appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. not for 8-12 as most places. He showed up at 8 and had the vent clean and working well. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Thanks again, Gary read more

We purchased a foreclosure home and have a lot of 'to do lists', one of them solved by Dryer Vent Doctor! We had a great washer/dryer set, but seemed upon installing them in this home the dryer would take two cycles (or more) to dry, That was unusual as it had always worked before and was of great quality. The dryer vent goes straight up and vents to the roof. Dyer Vent Doctor came by, cleaned the vent and now the dryer performs in less than one cycle, sometimes 20 minutes. Highly recommend this inexpensive and cost saving service! read more

Paul was very friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent and did it very quickly! This company was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company! read more

Great work! Fast and efficient! Took the team about less than 30 minutes to clean out our dryer flume. The team took before and after pictures and text them to me. read more

Paul arrived at the appointed time, to the minute. He was very friendly, professional, and kind to my very friendly, very playful dog. We bought a foreclosure house that had been redone. The dryer took at least two cycles to almost dry a load of clothes, which wasn't the case at our previous residence. In approximately 15 minutes, Paul had the vent cleaned, and all is perfect. He also made sure to make me aware of his pricing before coming over. Absolutely recommend! read more

We have used Dryer Vent Doctor for a number of years and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service! Paul is prompt, professional and does a great job. If your dryer seems to be taking a long time to dry things, I would suggest calling him and having him clean your dryer vents---it is well worth it. Highly recommended! read more

Paul was so friendly, honest and responsive. I fell into the 1% that didn't need to be cleaned because of the way the setup was done (very short hose, etc.). Paul told me this, showed me what I should do to make sure things stay running smoothly and went on his way with no payment. He was honest and genuinely cares about helping people avoid the #1 cause of house fires. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul! read more

We have used the Dryer Vent Doctor for 4+ years now. Not only does Paul provide excellent customer service every year, but I have peace of mind knowing that our dryer's vent is all cleaned out and we are not at risk for a possible dryer fire. I have recommend The Dryer Vent Doctor to many friends and neighbors and I encourage everyone to have this service every year....it's worth it - our dryer is much more efficient because of it! read more

I've spent months drying loads of laundry twice just to get them dry. I knew something wasn't right, but I didn't know that my dryer vent should be cleaned out annually. I also was unaware that dryer vent lint is the #1 cause of house fires! I always run loads when I'm not home and I've built up 12 years of lint. I consider myself very lucky! I used the Dryer Vent Doctor last week and my loads are dry during a normal dry cycle. Yay! I will save hours of dry time and get laundry done faster using only one dry cycle. Seriously, if you haven't cleaned your vent recently, give the Dryer Vent Doctor a call. Services were quick and professional. I would highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning. read more

Punctual ... polite ... professional! Dryer Vent Doctor is all of the above. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their vent cleaned out. The visit was scheduled quickly, completed quickly and did not cost nearly as much as other places were quoting. I am one very happy customer! read more

We had been having issues with our dryer for quite some time, well we thought we had been at least. I called and had someone come and look at the dryer and I was told it was fine but the vent wasn't working properly to the outside. I had Dryer Vent Doctor come out and take a look and sadly he said it was the worst vent he had EVER seen and he wasn't sure why my house hadn't caught fire! He cleaned it all out and we went from taking 2.5 hours to dry 7 normal articles of clothing to 40 minutes for a load of towels! Money well spent for peace of mind and less piles of laundry!!!! read more
