Most recently, we entrusted them to install two new Trane multi-speed air conditioning and furnace units. We did our due diligence getting estimates from 4 other reputable installers. Based on our research, Patrick, one of the owners, gave us the most fair and honest estimate. But it did not stop there as their installers, Tony, Jose, and Brian, really demonstrated why we remained Jaycox customers. Their installation and workmanship, more than met our expectations. I especially want to recognize the people who helped us throughout the process: Garner handled the sales side and was great to work with. Miranda, our project manager, kept everything moving and was always helpful. Antonio did the duct pre-test, and Dylan and Alex handled the installation. Dylan and Gordon took care of the duct cleaning, followed by Damien for the duct post-test. And Dylan came back to fine-tune everything and make sure things were just right. Everyone who came out was positive, friendly, respectful, and professional. What really stood out was that they didn't just come in, do the job, and leave. They seemed to genuinely care about the quality of their work and making sure everything was done correctly. We really appreciate the effort everyone put in and how easy they made the whole process. After cleaning, they consulted with us on what next steps we should take (e.g. vacuuming thoroughly and often afterward, as more debris would continue coming out of vents; which it did).
