We have Goldens come once a year to clean our clothes dryer vent. We found out recently that they also did home duct cleaning. We've never had ours done since we moved in 35 years ago and, boy, did we need it! We found that much of our ductwork wasn't even attached properly. And our bathroom exhaust fans weren't sufficiently sealed. Goldens is extremely thorough, rechecking their work a second time, and then also sanitizing everything. Cleanup was equally thorough. This place is a Yahtzee. We went to Arizona Public Service for assistance on finding a contractor. We needed a dryer venting issue fixed once and for all. The APS referral could not do the service and suggested we use Golden. Charles from Golden arrived, listened, assessed and resolved the long standing venting issue. I had Paula and Charles in to clean my air ducts and dryer vent today. I had wondered if the previous owner(s) had ever had these tasks done for my Sun City condo built in 1972. I found Golden's Good Air on Angies list. Not everyone has Angies list, so here's my Yelp review: 3 workers arrived right on time. They promptly got to work on my air ducts. I have 23 air ducts and 2 HVAC units. I have not had the ducts cleaned ever- needless to say, they needed it. They worked diligently for 3 hours and even cleaned up (vacuumed) after they were done. The guys came out to clean and tuck point our fireplace on 6/29/2016. The guys came right in and got to work (I had a conference call). The cleaning was well done a lot better than when I did it. The tuck pointing was perfect! they recommended a cap for the chimney. We knew we needed one but could not find one, Charles and team had it on the truck so we now have a new cap as well. Golden's Air is crazy incredible good! If you haven't had your vents cleaned call them immediately! They go over and above what we expected from laying down drop cloths to removing each and every vent to clean! You can't even tell that someone was here in our home, let alone 3 people up and down ladders removing, cleaning, and putting everything back to how they found. I expected that we would have to vacuum a bit after they were done...nope no need. They are extremely friendly, we have a small dog and they made sure she was not in their way during the few hours they were here.
