When I requested a refund for their $99.95 diagnostic fee, they refused, so I have disputed the charge with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Jackson was one of the very few with up-front pricing, and the pricing was in the competitive range, so we went with him. Jackson and Joey spent about 4 hours cleaning our 19 air vents. They were pleasant, clear about what they were doing and why, and respectful; I was working from home and (without me asking) they saved my office for last, to minimize disruption. This is the first time we've ever had our vents cleaned so I can't intelligently speak to how clean it is compared to other services, but it definitely didn't hurt and it was a pleasant experience, so I'd do it again and with this company.
