Once we removed the cabinet base, Jared was able to fix and replace the pipe.  The second time they came out, was because sewage was coming up in the shower and bathroom sinks. I called them on a Sunday night and jared was able to come out on Monday. He checked out the issue using a camera and was able to clear the impacted pipe and resolve the problem quickly. It was such a relief. Jared is awesome. He is very professional and efficient. The other company came back with maintenance recommendations of cleaning coils and replacing the UV light. The estimate exceeded $1500. I felt that was an excessive amount of money so based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Qual-tech to see if the pricing was comparable. Pete came to the house. . Not only was he very professional, but he was very informative too. He went into my attic took pictures and showed me my coils are very clean and do not need to be cleaned. He said these are the cleanest coils he has seen in a very long time. He also showed me pictures of the UV light. It is working perfectly fine and does not need to be replaced. Pete just saved me a lot of money. What did need to be cleaned was the blower wheel which the previous company did not recommend. So I had him clean it for me and it looks brand new. Pete saved me a lot of money. Qual-Tech has earned my trust and this will be the only company that I use moving forward for any AC services that I need.

The written estimate they provided was one of the most confusing documents I've ever seen. It was nearly impossible to decipher what each option was and what I would be charged for. When I had questions, the said their plumbing manager would call me back in a few minutes. They never called. On top of that, the technician told me everything needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion, that plumber fixed the actual issue easily and gave me a straightforward quote on the spot. The honesty gap between the two companies was staggering. I have no idea why this place is so highly rated. Avoid them like the plague. Edit: the owned lies and claims we wanted a thankless water heater. We did not. It was just a regular water heater. It has been a week now since the new AC was installed on my house here in Peoria. We started experiencing a small leak in our old system about a month ago. ATM sent out Marko, and he did a great job fixing the leak. He was here for a couple of hours in a tight space doing the repairs. He was able to get our old unit up and producing cool air. But a few weeks passed and a second leak occurred in our AC. Mike came out and explained to us that the leak was repairable, but the parts for the repair would be a few days longer than we were willing to wait. Dealing with this old unit has been frustrating the past few years and we figured this would be the best time to replace the unit. The financing was very simple and easy to do, we got our approval within minutes. Once the approval was done it was time to talk numbers, and that wasn't that bad. Leonard work with us to get the right finance plan that fit our budget. It took a few days of dealing with a hot house (approx 95-100 degrees inside), but it was great to see Brian and Brady arrive to install the new unit. Once they started, it took a couple of hours to get the old unit off and the new unit turned on for use. After the system was tuned on, it took a few hours to cool the whole house to a reasonable temp. We've been running the new AC at a comfortable temp since it was installed. From the person who answered the phone the first time to the moment ATM finished installing our unit, it was very pleasant and professional. I will continue to recommend ATM when asked for an AC company.

His communication was consistently unprofessional--even speaking disrespectfully to my son, who is a licensed contractor.
