We have used singletary plumbing twice now for our sun city home. The first time was for a corroded drain pipe on the kitchen sink. The water was coming up under the tiles. Once we removed the cabinet base, Jared was able to fix and replace the pipe.  The second time they came out, was because sewage was coming up in the shower and bathroom sinks. I called them on a Sunday night and jared was able to come out on Monday. He checked out the issue using a camera and was able to clear the impacted pipe and resolve the problem quickly. It was such a relief. Jared is awesome. He is very professional and efficient. Singletary is also reasonably priced and you don't feel like they are taking advantage.  It's great to have a plumbing company you can trust and also recommend to people. read more

I highly recommend Singletary because Randy unplugged my toilet in record time and did not have to dismantle the toilet. He was professional and patient and did an amazing job. read more

We were referred to **Singletary Plumbing, Sewer, and HVAC** by my cousin after they provided her with outstanding service, and they absolutely lived up to the recommendation. They recently installed a new A/C unit in our home in Surprise, Arizona, and the entire experience was excellent. The team arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything. The installation was completed efficiently, and they left the work area spotless. Their pricing was very reasonable, and there were no surprises. It's refreshing to find a company that values quality workmanship, honesty, and great customer service. I highly recommend Singletary Plumbing, Sewer, and HVAC to anyone looking for reliable HVAC or plumbing services. We will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

I had a great experience with Singletary. They give old-fashioned service for a fair price. They are my go to Plumbing company from now on. Highly recommend them. read more

I received a quote from another licensed plumber that was about 4 times LESS than what Singletary quoted. Singletary said the work would take 2 men 2 days. The place I went with had two men do it in less than a day AND remove an old water softener, and put in a new softener and brine tank. I've worked with plumbers in a different area when I built a new house, and after they got to know me, they warned me about the firms that brag about how much they soaked people for when they see each other in supply houses. I chose not to use Singletary. I'm sure they do good work, but I suggest you get other quotes before you give them any business. read more

Singletary Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend. We decided to have Singletary Plumbing helpu us with our wateheater issue. They were professional, knowledgable, and charged a fair price. I have been waiting 9 days for a follow up call from the plumber who came to see me. I had a handyman who messed me up. After getting a lecture about calling a handyman, the disgruntled plumber left saying he needed to find parts. I called 3 days later to see what was going on and received a very unpleasant office girl with people talking so loud in the background I couldn't hear myself think. I asked if someone could tell me what is going on. I waited 4 more days then... I found another experienced plumber who graciously accepted the job, found the parts I needed and took care of me in short order. Do not use this plumber! read more

We had an emergency water leak and their man came out very quickly to fix the problem. It was an almost whole day repair involving digging up the yard. When finished you could not tell that the yard had been dug up. Good work and very nice and efficient workers. I recommend this company highly. read more

2 stars is strictly because of the good customer service. They were very friendly. Which is generous because the missing 3 stars is for failing to locate a clog in a drain that took another company 2 minutes to find. After two days and two different plumbers from singletary, they could not locate a clog that was only affecting one toilet and one tub. In one bathroom. Ended up paying $150 for the answer of all is clear. Call the builder. So I found another company nearby, I explained the situation and they ran a camera from the toilet and found the very noticeable clog instantly. Which is the builders fault. But should have been found the first time around. read more

I wanted to let you know about Singletary Plumbing and Air Conditioning found in Surprise, AZ. Our roof mount HVAC went out when it was 105 on a Saturday. You end up in panic mood as to who do you call and worry about the cost of repairing. I was amazed at the professionalism not only of the receptionist but also of the technician. Rigo was impressive, the moment he came to our door, to look at the unit and explain what the problem was. He was efficient and best of all the cost for repair was far less than expected. Within hours our home was comfortable again. I can't stress how pleased we were and will ALWAYS contact them about any issues that arise. read more

Singletary Plumbing advertises that they install irrigation systems. I have made three attempts, over a six month period of time, to get someone to give me a phone call to get a quote. Twice after having plumbing work done at my home. the request to contact was put on the paperwork by the plumber, and once I left a phone message. NO ONE HAS EVER BOTHERED TO RESPOND. Shame on them. read more

My request for service was taken care of quickly. The technician was courteous and knew exactly what to do.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. They have been our Plumber / HVAC company for dang near 8 years and they have never let us down. Anytime we call they are quick to respond and very professional and make us feel like family. Dave, Teresa, Jillian, Nate, Randy and Chad are all amazing and very good at their job. The prices are very reasonable. I see some people have complained but we have nothing but praise for them. They work very hard for you and don't give you inflated prices like many other companies do. When we had our AC go out a couple years ago, they had the best price around for a brand-new everything unit including the handler in the attic, and it came with a 10-year transferable warranty. Years ago, we had a plumbing issue, and they were out here lickity split and fixed our issue. Not to mention all the minor things they have helped us out with by telling us how to save money doing it ourselves. So, for the naysayers they aren't after your money. Thanks for everything Singletary Plumbing we will miss you when we move. Tim and Jodi read more

I can't say enough good things about Singletary Plumbing. They have done work for me on several occasions, and it's always first-rate. It's easy to get an appointment for services, and the employees are excellent. In addition, their prices are competitive, and you get a lot of service for your dollar. Had two separate leak issues needing repair. Found out about the first when a friend called to say we had water running into the street (we were not in town at the time). Tried the plumber we had used in the past and could not get a response. Looked at the subdivision magazine and found an ad for Dave Singletary. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. Second issue occurred when we were there - I had to leave before they could get to the house. Both repairs were done while I was not there. Friend checked and said all was good. I would highly recommend them - the 5 star reviews are correct. If I could give more, I would. Telephone staff and technician (Nathaniel) are extremely pleasant to work with. Glad I saw their ad. read more

One door closes and another one opens. Luckily my "forever plumber" gave me an EXORBITANT quote to replace my house water pressure regulator. The need for additional estimates lead me to Singletary Plumbing. They appeared to be a local favorite and they do not charge a fee for an estimate, so I had them come out. Their price was very competitive and their plumber, Cesar is professional and easy to work with. My water pressure regulator was quickly replaced without issue. Highly recommend. read more

Simple outside ball valve replacement. Was quoted $135 over the phone. Plumber shows up 3 hours late and tells me $285. A complete SCAM. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!! Had sewer pipe relined and had no problems since. For years I would get backups and had root rotoring from various companies, but Singletary used a camera and got to the real solution and did it all in one day whereas neighbors who had other companies had their work drag on and on. Teresa, the owner's wife who often answers the phone and billing questions could answer all my questions and was always courteous which added to the overall professionalism of the company. read more

Singletary Plumbing is an absolutely fantastic company and I highly recommend their services. My home in SCW needed two separate plumbing services twice within a one week time period. I called Singletary to come out to fix a clogged shower drain and toilet tank chain that wasn't connected or working. Joey came out right on time for the scheduled appt and quickly fixed my clogged drain. He then fixed the toilet chain and recommended a new washer that had worn out. He then checked all my toilets to make sure the washers were in good condition. He walked through everything he was doing. He even checked my kitchen sink faucet washer! He confirmed all other toilets and sinks were in very good condition. Totally giving me peace of mind that the inside of the house was all working in great condition. Joey was amazing. Then a few days later when I returned from running errands all day, I saw that my hot water heater was leaking. I called Singletary in the late afternoon and they said they would send out someone ASAP that was working at another job site in my area. Victor showed up at 3:30 and confirmed that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and I requested for it to be replaced that day. Victor was brilliant in that he called the offices and the offices sent another plumber to go pick up the new water heater while Victor took out my old one. He was so brilliant and showed how this water heater was between 20-25 years old. I was very lucky I was around to see the start of the leak, it could've caused damage if I wasn't home. Victor then completed the job with the newly delivered water heater. He cleaned up thoroughly after the services. Singletary is a great company with exceptional service! read more
