These are Kyle R and Demetrius P those two people were absolutely outstanding to deal with and so professional in every way possible, did the very best to reassure me during the major outage of my system. I'm so thankful for the way this outage was handled and so glad I chose Larson Air Conditioning to this day to handle my home comfort needs. A big thank you also to Cheyenne who was also always extremely pleasant to deal on the phone during my many calls while dealing with this rather stressful event. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. The previous contractor found some Freon oil near the compressor and told my son he needed a whole new unit. Turns out it was from a previous repair and the unit had a full charge of freon which indicated it was not low on Freon due to a leak. The service call was $80 instead of a new unit. This premier company takes care of their customers long after the sale. Heat/pump unit was originally purchased 1 year ago from them and was totally satisfied 100% (Unit was installed on my roof.) Now 1 year later I just had a new roof installed and roofers twisting heat/pump unit disconnecting it from the elbow and off centering it by ~5 inches. (A man's hand could fit into gaps.) Roofers denied damage saying they found it that way. (WRONG) With added direction from AZ Trade Masters I was able to get full cost of repair within 3 weeks from the roofing company. Arizona Trade Masters did not have to do this at all as they weren't paid for time spent on the phone with me. When a company takes their personal time to help give direction so I could get results from the roofer speaks volumes about their dedication to their clients. Better yet, the day I notified them I had the roofers reimbursement check they sent service tech's that same day to get it done. Service tech's were professional, thorough, and did the job right. Absolutely nothing negative to say about Arizona Trade Masters. I have had them services my homes for over 20 years now. Numerous tune-ups through out the years a total AC and furnace replacement in there too and always 5 stars! Tonya has always been the familiar voice scheduling my tune-ups. The techs, and on occasion the owners, have been out on calls to the houses and always the constant professionals with the jobs being performed correctly. Kurt was just out for the furnace check up / tune-up and I am winter ready. I might add that Kurt was out earlier than expected which helped me get on with my busy day; thanks Kurt. If you need that family owned HVAC business in the valley, then ATM is the right one for you. Recently had my AC & gas furnance replaced this week and phenomenal experience. They were there early (Brian, Tom and a couple other guys) and got it all done by lunch time. Very respectful of my house, cleaned up whatever mess they made and work efficiently in my attic. Havent had to run the A/C yet (its November) but the heat works. read more

From the very start where a technician was sent to diagnose the problem with my AC unit on 5/5/15 to the actual installation of a new unit on 5/7/15, I would have to rate the service of Arizona Trade Masters as 5 stars! I was so impressed with how the technician and his supervisor took extra time to help me explore the best deal and financing available for my needs. On the day of installation of my new Trane AC unit, the installers were very professional and courteous. They were on time, explained things well and were patient in answering my questions. When they left, I was amazed that I could not tell that anyone had been at my home doing any work!! They left both outdoor and indoor areas impeccable! I have had other work done by other companies where I was left cleaning up a mess! Not these installers.....they were top notch! Great company! One Gard sent this company for my yearly ac checkup in late March. Since we have been in our mobile home for 16 years and didn't know how old our ac was I signed a contract to have a new unit put in at my expense. I didn't want to be without ac with summer coming and plus 100 degree temps. My husband went into the hospital two days after I signed the contract. My install was scheduled for the next week. I called and explained my situation and they worked with me. Leonard (the owner) called me a couple of weeks later and I told him my husband passed away. He said he was sorry to hear that and since I had a lot of things to do he said he would check back in the begining of June. The install was done June 7, 2016. With my wife having a medical issue, we cant afford to have our A/C ever go out. We heard a small noise last week and me being a bit paranoid decided to get it checked. Raymond came by and did a top to bottom check-up on the entire unit and let us know that it was good we called in because their was trouble brewing. He explained, in detail, what the issue was, put our mind at ease and was very friendly. He took extra time out to speak to my son about this and that and really proved to me that Raymond and Trade Masters are about customer service and making a life long customer. Raymond came back today and explained what he was going to do, fixed it, gave us some advice and went above and beyond ANY A/C company we have ever had come service our unit. We just bought a home and within the first few days the air conditioner stopped working. The warranty company sent someone out and they replaced a part and it worked for a couple of days then stopped again. We called the Warranty company again and we got lucky. They sent Leonard out from Arizona TradeMasters. Leonard worked on it and found out that we needed a new unit. He took care of everything and arranged financing. He came out early and late and communicated with us regularly to see how we were doing. We were dealing with 115 degree weather and he knew we had 3 little girls to keep cool. I had Arizona Trade Masters come out to my home to do a pre season tune up on my AC. The technician who arrived was Roman. I have had ATM at my property before to service my system but Roman was the most sincere guy I have ever met. What I'm trying to say is, "He was a normal guy who took pride in his service." He explained to me in detail what he did and how the AC was working. He made me aware of what he had taken care of and what could possibly happen in the future. The most important thing was that even though this was a pre season AC tune up and not the building of a bridge, I felt that he was one of the most honest and personable technicians I have ever met. I came home from having surgery and my AC was not working properly. Arizona TradeMasters (ATM) was dispatched to my home and determined the compressor had gone out. I am very pleased with the technicians that had come to the property. They made the diagnosis and explained the information clearly so anyone would be able to understand. They all were extremely professional and neat....even with the high temperatures outside. Used this company this past Friday,7-29-2016 and was very impressed with the technician that came to repAir my AC unit. I had contacted my warranty company and was originally told it would not be able to have a tech out till Monday. With a cancellation for another customer I was contacted and the technician was at my home within 20 minutes. At this point air had been off for @ 30 hours. Tecnnician found problem quickly and it was up and running. Due to the extreme heat it did take 5 hours to cool the home. Unit is running and seems to be quiet. We woke up today to find our air conditioner wasn't working - on the Fourth of July. I sent in a work request to my home warranty, and received a call within a half hour from Arizona Trademasters. I had a technician at my house by 11:am. The customer service was amazing. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ran and picked up the parts and had the unit fixed by 1:20. WOW! We have had previous air con problems that took over a week to fix. We had several companies give us quotes for a new Air system in our home and we decided to go with Leonard, Brian and the guys due to their quote and also their professional responses to all of our questions. On the day of the installation they showed up right on time and went to work removing the old system and installing the new. My home warranty company selected Arizona Trade Masters to repair my broken AC. They were able to schedule me for the next day, which is a great thing during the busy season. They called me that day to give me an estimated arrival time within the original window. I had this company come out to look at my heater which was not working. They were recommended by my neighbor. As I am new to this area and I had no experience with other companies, I was glad someone could help me with my problem. I was pleasantly surprised with the company and the technician they sent out. This was my first experience with Joseph and AZ TradeMasters - and it was great. I was so tired (and leery) of A/C service technicians spending 30 minutes on the roof conjuring up some "service" I needed. Their competitor (Jaycox) was clear and to the point--allowed me to ask questions, and immediately quoted a fraction of the price to service my HVAC's--much to my wallet's delight. And I just really didn't want to talk to that salesperson anymore. So, while Sorensen is probably a good company, unfortunately my experience with them was rather off-putting.

AC Unit Replaced Good Morning. We are original homeowners…read more During the entire 10 years of owning the home, we have suffered with a hot room. No matter what we did or who did it, we could not get that room cool. That one room has a Thermostat which kept our AC unit continuously firing and our eldest Grandson continually complaining. I was so tired of having to replace the capacitor every 1.5 years. We replaced so many of them we kept a spare capacitor. Our annual household budget included $1500 per year in maintenance fees just for the AC unit. We did a lot of research on AC units. We selected Trane because of quality and longevity. We replaced our 4 ton Carrier unit with a 5 ton, 2 phase Trane. We also replaced our gas Furnace with a Trane Furnace. Replacing the Carrier unit has been one of our better decisions since owning the home. We selected Anthony James Air Conditioning & Heating (www.anthonyjamesair.com, anthonyjamesair@gmail.com, 623-244-4006) to do the work. They are recommended by Trane, they are a Trane Comfort Specialist, have been established since 2008 and are owned by 4 brothers. This company is amazing!!! We were told they would start the job at 6:00 am. I walk outside at 6:00 am and all 4 brothers, each with a large working van are starting to unload. They were here from 6:00 am until 3:30. They did not stop for lunch or breaks. They just worked their tail off. They fixed our hot room with the addition of a heat vent (sucks heat out of the room - sorry, former accountant, not sure of the technical name) and optimized the air handlers in the attic. End Result: Our Hot room is no longer hot and is now consistent with the rest of the house. The AC unit hardly runs and is so very quiet. Most of the time, when the AC runs, only the 3 ton portion is running. We also installed two phase thermostats which include software algorithms for balancing the air flow. (Who knew). I gave him the green light to fix it so within a couple of days he ordered the warrantied part & fixed our Trane A/C unit! He was friendly & had great communication with us! We are thankful we found a new dependable tech & company when we need our A/C serviced! And his pricing was reasonable as well!

I really had called for a quote on a new unit since the other guy doesn't install them. Trey offered to stop by the same evening and gave assurance that he'd get it working it if he could, and the cost of any fixes would go towards a new unit if that was the route we needed to take. Trey made it out the same evening and worked in the dark to get our unit up and running. Turns out we don't need a new unit right now! Really appreciate his effort and diligence with diagnosing the issue to get it repaired and at a reasonable price. I appreciate that he's honest and didn't recommend a new unit when it's not necessary.

They demanded I paid in full, even though they needed multiple trips to the house to complete work. I protested, but they insisted. And of course, the work wasn't completed. The AC never blew lower than 76 degrees. And now 18 months after they "fixed" the problem, the same two units are not working again. What a cowinkiedink! And conveniently 6 months out of warranty on their work! I would've gotten more satisfaction if I burned the $6 grand
