This is not our first experience with Arizona TradeMasters (ATM). We have always been treated politely and with respect. It has been a week now since the new AC was installed on my house here in Peoria. We started experiencing a small leak in our old system about a month ago. ATM sent out Marko, and he did a great job fixing the leak. He was here for a couple of hours in a tight space doing the repairs. He was able to get our old unit up and producing cool air. But a few weeks passed and a second leak occurred in our AC. Mike came out and explained to us that the leak was repairable, but the parts for the repair would be a few days longer than we were willing to wait. Dealing with this old unit has been frustrating the past few years and we figured this would be the best time to replace the unit. The financing was very simple and easy to do, we got our approval within minutes. Once the approval was done it was time to talk numbers, and that wasn't that bad. Leonard work with us to get the right finance plan that fit our budget. It took a few days of dealing with a hot house (approx 95-100 degrees inside), but it was great to see Brian and Brady arrive to install the new unit. Once they started, it took a couple of hours to get the old unit off and the new unit turned on for use. After the system was tuned on, it took a few hours to cool the whole house to a reasonable temp. We've been running the new AC at a comfortable temp since it was installed. From the person who answered the phone the first time to the moment ATM finished installing our unit, it was very pleasant and professional. I will continue to recommend ATM when asked for an AC company. read more

fast, polite response to my a/c needs. ATM was recommended by my regular guy who happened to be out of town when i needed my a/c fixed.

Leonard and the folks at trademaster are fantastic They installed my evaporative cooler 5 years ago and I've always been there when I called and usually on the very same day. Kind and courteous and extremely helpful And they don't try to rip you off. So ladies, you're safe with these guys read more

Technician identified the problem very quickly, as the condensation was backing up in the unit and the pipe flow needed to be adjusted so gravity could move the condensation down the pipe. Technician was on time, friendly and made sure I understood the problem and resolution. Thank you Arizona TradeMasters ! read more

We just had our semi-annual service, and all went well. It's been 6 years since Arizona TradeMasters installed our rooftop Trane HVAC system. AZ Trade Masters have been doing my house for many years and always do a great job. This review would be 5 stars but for the fact that the truck that Marco was driving yesterday leaked oil and left a stain in my expensive (pavers) driveway You got to service your vehicles the way I have you service my HVAC!! read more

Johnny was very polite and informative. Pricing was great too. Would definitely use AZ Trademasters again!

Outstanding response to a condensation line backup which shut down an AC unit. Solved to issue and reworked our outside drain line. Have used for over 30 years. No one better. read more

We met ATM via our home warranty company a few years ago. Since then, we have been hiring them directly to service our HVAC units at two properties. We have always had very thorough and professional service, fair pricing and detailed explanations on any work needed. Many home warranty companies, such as the one we use, now have very restrictive coverage for AC units. We have elected just to deal with ATM directly for our HVAC needs and are happy to have made that choice. There are a plethora of AC tech options here in the valley. I choose ATM because they have that "family-run" business feel, and I want to support small business. read more

I bought a new Trane Heat Pump from AZ Trade Masters in January 2024 which included a multi-year parts and labor warranty. Last week at 7am my unit unexpectedly stopped cooling the house and I contacted ATM's emergency service line, a Technician arrived with 2 hours of my call. Previous to the Tech's arrival, ATM provided an email advising the first and last name of their Tech, their years of experience and that they were on their way. Upon arrival the Tech was in an ATM uniform, introduced himself and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, further advising that a specialty parts was needed and another technician would arrive shortly to install it. Once again, ATM emailed me with the name of the Technician, their experience and their estimated time of arrival. Later in the day when I had concerns about the performance of the unit, I contacted ATM and they eased my concerns and followed up with me via telephone the following day. I've owned homes in AZ for more than 30 yrs., AZ Trade Masters is by far more professional, honest and efficient than any HVAC contractor I've used. read more

We have ATM do our annual pre-season tune-up every year since having them install our 2 new units. We always get prompt and friendly service from everyone from the office to the tech. This time was no exception. Johnny was prompt, communicative, didn't cut corners and did a great job. He even offered to change the AC filters for us. Great company with great people! read more

I have used Arizona Trademastets for nearly 20 years and they have provided excellent service. I have used them for tune ups and repairs and am completely satisfied. A few years back, I purchased a new HVAC system from them and it works great! The price was reasonable as well. When I have questions, they always follow up promptly with a response. Overall, I am pleased with their service over the years. read more

I've used this company before and was pleased. This time, however, I am not. My fan for my AC wasn't operating. A service call trip charge was 95 dollars. After inspection, I was told my blower motor wasn't working. Mike cleaned it off and said that maybe I'd buy some time with that fix. I was okay paying 95 for that, but the bill was 180. The fix didn't last the day. I called the next day but they are closed weekends, so I arranged replacement of the motor with another company (who don't have a trip charge). I feel like I wasted 180 with this company. read more

Always on top of things. Technicians as well as office staff are extremely helpful. They came highly recommended to me and would recommend them as well. Keeping up with their bi-annual maintenance & check up I would definitely suggest. This will keep problems with your HVAC to a minimum. I'll likely be a lifelong customer. read more

AZ Trade Masters replaced one of our AC units. They were very reasonable, timely and installed it very quickly.

The technician had a bad attitude. He would not help me with my insurance company's request for information on the replacement part. I had to call their office to speak to someone in charge. However, in spite of that, the job was done right and my system functions properly. read more

This company is horrible. After submitting a claim through my home warranty they called and asked if my home warranty let me know that appointments with them were about a week out (Nope, that was never disclosed). Seems convenient to make someone who is trapped into using them due to the home warranty wait a week for an initial service call on an a/c unit that is not turning on. Apparently due to the heat they are just super busy. Current temperature at this time was 115 degrees. So stuck in this position I take the appointment and decide to run a little experiment. I called 10 random a/c repair companies from a quick search on Google. All 10 companies were able to send someone out same day or following day. It would appear that AZ Trade Masters is just putting priority to customers outside of the home warranty they partner with. Great business model if you don't care about your customers and only about making money. Yes, I understand this is a business, but not great for customer service and I hope anyone who has a choice reads this and chooses to go elsewhere. 24 hours later I receive a text that my appointment has been cancelled so I contact them again. The gentleman that I spoke with this time explained it was an error and that the appointment time is still scheduled. Next business day another text stating that my appointment has been cancelled. Called them again and was told that my appointment was cancelled because my home warranty had cancelled it. I told the representative that I would contact my home warranty to find out why this was cancelled and asked them to hold the time slot until I could figure out what was going on. She said that she can't do that because I have a home warranty and they need a ticket number. So tried to schedule as a regular customer and was told no. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that they already gave away my appointment time to someone else. Manager was rude and disrespectful in all responses which shows me clearly how this company is run. Pathetic. Bottom line, awful customer service and still no resolution 5 days after requesting repair. I would not do business with this company if I had any other choice. read more

these guys know what they're doing. installed our unit efficiently and quickly. would highly recommend.

Arizona Trade Masters was awesome to work with! When our air conditioner stopped working, we were so upset that we would have to spend a fortune and expend a ton of frustrations to get it working again. Arizona Trade Masters worked around our schedule to come out. The gentleman they sent out, Kurt, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We would definitely use this company again, and I would recommend Kurt to any friend. read more
