I had used Arcadia air with great satisfaction for years. They sold to a new company and changed names. I went with new company since not having AC in July is no joke. The new company manager has been less than desirable and blames everything on customer along with city. New ACs work great and installers were champions. I only went with new company since they would credit the repair work towards new AC that was greater than 2k but had I of known about manager, i would have just loss the $2k and went with the other companies when obtaining quotes. read more

Amazing response time. Weekend, evening and AC went out. I thought for sure I would have to sit in 90+ swealtering heat indoors for at least two days before anyone could get out. I got on Yelp and initiated the project and Yelp sent out requests. Within minutes I had several highly rated businesses contact and one said they could get somebody out that night! That was Arcadia Air. They had somebody out within an hour and there problem solved. Impressive response and resolution time. I'll absolutely call them again when I have an HVAC . read more

Holy smokes I was very fortunate to have done business with these folks first off Danielle was excellent she called me right away and confirmed all my details and what was needed. The Josh was dispatched out to get me set up. He went over possible solutions and we decided what would work best! All in all I highly recommend Arcadia Air. There was even a gps tracker giving me updates on when Josh would be arriving. The price was very fair and all the details were up front. My house is nice and cool. The 3am fan and blower motor failure is done with! Thank you very much. read more

They came early and gave me a free second opinion. They took their time to diagnose the issue!

Arcadia Air was quick to respond and quick to service. He was very honest and offered very fair pricing. Was very willing to do whatever it took to get the job completed within our time frame which was the SAME DAY! Can't say enough good things about Jimmy and his company. read more

These guys really came through when I had toilet issues in my townhome. I didn't realize I would need a new main water valve outside too but the plumber James was happy to explain what he was doing and why I needed it! He made trips to the hardware store for me and was fair with the pricing for parts and labor. He even had to weld the faucet outside and correct some issues that I wasn't even made aware of when I bought my home! Overall he was super helpful and made the process a lot less stressful than what it could have been! He made himself available for extra questions afterwards too. read more

I got a quote from Manny to replace a part on my a/c. I reached out after being told I needed a replacement part and was doing my due diligence getting other quotes. Manny showed up on time and was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to talk to me about pricing right away and about how the part that needs to be replaced impacts the whole system. He also talked to me about their maintenance program. After finishing my bid process I decided to go with Arcadia for the work. When I called the office they were able to get me scheduled right away and on the day of my appointment Manny arrived early and promptly took care of the replacement for me. AC is running great and I'd go with Arcadia again in the future for my ac needs. read more

I called these guys for a routine maintenance check on our A/C unit for warranty purposes. These guys were great. I called for an appointment Friday morning and they were able to be at my condo that afternoon when I got back into town. Their customer service was great, they were very professional, knowledgeable and the pricing is very reasonable. They also helped us find a new cover for the A/C handler. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. read more

I "scheduled" a regular service call for a unit I'm renting. Never heard from them or anything and I sent them a message via yelp, and they apologized about their phones not working. They could've just communicate via msg that they weren't showing up. Bad customer service. read more

I definitely give these guys props for responsiveness. My AC went out late in the afternoon and it was record heat that day. I called my regular AC servicing company and they could not get out until the next morning. I called Arcadia and within about three hours, their technician Valmir Kastrati was on his way to fix it. Valmir was very good and I will definitely consider switching to them when my current service contract expires next spring. read more

One of my 2 Trane units quit working at 11pm. Called Arcadia at 1a. The owner answered. He assigned me a tech to be at my home between 4a - 8a. At 7:15a they notified me that their tech was unable to make it to my house and they were rescheduling me with a different tech. New tech arrived at 8:05a; I wouldn't have known otherwise if not made aware by them. Tech's name was Jason. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to repair my broken capacitor efficiently. He went above and beyond with me to ensure I was happy with the service I was receiving. Overall, if you are in the market for a new HVAC repair company, my experience with Arcadia was met with hospitality, understanding, and urgency. When someone needs to call an HVAC repair company, it's rarely not urgent. It seems the folks over at Arcadia understand that, and work very hard to meet their customers' needs. Thank you, Jimmy (the owner), for running an operation that fixes the real problem with needing HVAC repairs; timeliness. Thank you, Jason (the tech), for get us back into the cool and treating us like we were your most valuable customer! read more

Hailey made the appointment the same day, Val the Tech arrived on time and knows his stuff. Val eased my mind by getting out a camera to show no leak, talk about up to date equipment. He was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be calling for further HVAC issues. read more

Requested a semi-annual inspection of our HVAC unit. Great response times for all interactions. Noah was friendly, smart, and pleasant, and he explained everything in detail. Reasonable value for the quality of work done. I felt so confident in the service that we signed up for the annual service program. Would definitely recommend. read more

Excellent service !! - Very professional highly knowledgeable and recommended - prices reasonable

Needed a HVAC return added which required some modification to an attic access as well as some ducting work. Two of the five companies contacted required a service fee just to show up for an estimate. Arcadia offered a free estimate a couple days before the others had availability. Sean was on time, well spoken, performed the estimate quickly and thoroughly, and explained the estimated work to me. I hired Sean on the spot to perform the work that day. Work was completed that afternoon as promised and everything was satisfactory. I was provided photos of the work along with the invoice. Would certainly hire again. read more

Jimmy was kind, professional, and most of all very human. Not a salesman. Corrected a prior company's misdiagnosis and saved us money on a unneeded system recharge. The clear long-term solution was to replace the severely mismatched equipment (30 year old central unit, 15 year old condenser) but he wasn't even remotely pushy on this, instead assuring us that the units were probably in good enough condition to last another summer if need be. He instead suggested a handful of other inexpensive changes that could be made to the ducting to improve our efficiency and comfort in the meantime. His quotes were detailed and clearly broken out into individual line items. His pricing was so excellent we opted to make all of the suggested improvements AND replace the units. The work done by his team was slower than expected, but they were extremely respectful of our space and went the extra mile to be clean. Jimmy worked around our schedule to schedule the remaining work with minimal impact to us. He made sure everything was right and that we were happy, and was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. read more

They got us an appointment right away and Sean was very professional and helpful. We will definitely call them again for service.

The service itself was good, however, they way overcharge for parts! A fan motor costs roughly $92 and a Capacitor will run you $20 if you buy them yourself. These guys charged $1200 for a fan motor and $400 for a Capacitor!! Are you kidding me?! These are both very easy to install yourself if you are mechanically inclined. I blame myself for not asking the price of both first and having knowledge of their true price. So mad at myself. read more

The technician was really nice to deal with, and charged me over $200 for inaccurate advice. He quoted me nearly $5,000 to replace the leaking coil, plus freon etc. for my 5-year-old Trane air conditioner. I later found out that the coil is in fact repairable and got the unit fixed for a total cost of $980 including refilling the freon. How could I recommend this company? read more

Would recommend working with Manny as he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service we requested unfortunately could not be provided due to previous botched work.. He did provide some solutions for the meantime. Will be calling them back in the future. read more

Manny just came out for my check up. I didn't have to call Arcadia Air for my appointment, they called me. Manny contacted me with an ETA and arrived on time. I've had Manny here before and it's nice to have someone here who I know and trust. Manny checked my HVAC and I was happy with his work. I have met the owner Jimmy and I am confident in Arcadia Air's work and service. I would definitely recommend Arcadia Air. read more

I was over priced on a quote, technician was telling me to do more than required for the job. Thankfully I had a second opinion who did exactly what I was thinking without me suggesting it. The job was done in 10 minutes instead of the delay tactic from this company. I would not recommend this company. read more

Daniel is my new favorite plumber. He took the time to educate me on water softeners, quoted me an honest price on a new one, oh yah, and arrived when he said he would. Now I just need to convince my husband that we need a new water softener, and if I can, I will be calling Arcadia back to install it. Thanks, Rebecca read more

Our AC went out in the middle of July. It turned out the entire unit had to be replaced. I called Arcadia Air and within two hours Jimmy, the owner, came to our house to give us a free estimate and he even brought a portable AC unit for us and our dog. The next morning a new unit was installed. The workers, Mike and Brian, were extremely efficient and professional and our AC was up and running again within hours. A few days after the install, Manny came to our house to do a quality control on the new unit. He was very polite and professional and not only did he go over with us how our unit was running, but that they would be out again in October to service our heating unit ahead of winter. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone. Jennifer, David and Syrup O. read more

For the last 15 years in my line of work I routinely work with HVAC companies in the Valley. I can say unequivocally that Manny is the best tech I have worked with. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a referral. read more

We just had our air conditioning unit service to get ready for the summer. Manny was a person that took care of our services. He was on time and courteous, and took time to take care of the problem. After my Home Warranty Company "Choice" failed to fix my AC for "out of normal wear and tear" contract reasoning. My son contacted Arcadia Air & Plumbing to do a brand new 4 ton Heat Pump install after realizing the 13 year old unit would not last much longer. Mike and Brian showed up almost immediately after a great quote was sent to me. The job was initiated at 7am and completed around 3:30pm. The two guys had to spend some extra time on building out the air handler crawl space in the attic. They were both very professional and polite as they quickly moved out the old units and installed the new. I give this team and company 5 stars for the excellent product and service. read more

My A/C went out today and I freaked! Its supposed to be in the 90s this weekend. A friend recommended Arcadia Air. Jimmy came out and was super nice. He went and checked on my units and I guess they were clogged with dust, leaves and debris. He cleaned them and blew out all the hoses etc. He charged just the service fee, had my AC running perfectly in an hour. I signed up for the AC maintenance plan .. $120 yearly but they come and clean 3x year and make sure everything is cool. read more

Arcadia air is an awesome company.! I've been using there services for a long time now. Jimmy is the owner and he's such a good guy. He's done alot of electricity things I've needed and last year he installed a new air Conditioner and he gave a great deal and did a fantastic job. So he texted me to let me k ow he was adding plumbing to his company. I was excited becuase I had some plumbing issues I needed done and I didn't want to call some random plumbing g company. So I had them come out fix my shower then I needed a new toilet so daniel heckler and his apprentice rex woodard came out and not only did they go above and beyond the price was great and they did fantastic like they always do. So i definitely recommend this company for your electrical or plumbing needs. Good job guys! read more
