He listened to my concern and advised that he would have a technician there in about an hour and a half. The technician, Hunter, arrived onetime, and was professional and detail oriented. He thoroughly cleared the clogged drain and, what I really appreciated is that he took the time to verify his work by intentionally introducing a gallon of water into the catch pan to ensure that it promptly (and correctly) drained the water from the system. The price they charged was very fair. Beyond the reasonable price, I will stress less about this occurring again anytime soon due to the confidence I have in the work completed by Hunter. After a terrible experience with another A/C company, their knowledgeable, gimmick-free approach was a breath of fresh air. No "spin the wheel" tactics--just a real conversation. I sent their General Manager, Jim, the estimate I'd received from the other guys and a separate second opinion along with my concerns. Instead of speculating, Jim sent James out to evaluate our system personally. James spent two hours inspecting everything and discovered the previous company had recommended a massive amount of unnecessary equipment and failed to mention that the actual issues were caused by their own poor installation.
