Remove all vents, wash, clean and reset them back up with better screws. The house feels clean inside and better (clean/sanitized) air flow. Carson even cleaned my kitchen ceiling (tons of grease, across air vent) above stove! Out of conversation, I said I couldn't reach and to my surprise he took it upon himself to do that! What a great young kid to do this. Overall, they did a wonderful job! If my house could talk, it would do a Happy dance! Will use them from now on, and yeah highly recommend.

Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. All done quickly, incredibly pleasantly and helpfully, and at a VERY reasonable price and a great value. I wouldn't hesitate for a SECOND rehiring Lucky Cricket!

The Aeroseal is an expensive undertaking in itself and only able to seal up small holes. These guys go through your system and hand seal up anything in your system that is too large to ensure you get a good seal. I started out with 40% of my system leaking and ended with only 0.05%. Two gentleman came in to do the work. I was told ahead of time what they would need and how long it would take. We did have to replace a section of my duct but I was made aware that there was a potential for this during the initial estimate and this was due to issues with how my ductwork was initially installed. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. My vents are in the floor and my floors were probably cleaner when they were finished than when they started. Although this was a pricey investment overall I'm very pleased with the work provided by this company. I'd definitely contact them in the future for my vent cleaning needs.

He provided one that seemed reasonable for 3 people estimated to spend pretty much a full day. We agreed to and scheduled the work and they arrived, on time and as planned. I was surprised at how much time and equipment it takes to do the job properly. Scott and his crew did a totally professional job, working hard and continuously but carefully, with no nonsense, covering floors and rugs as needed for protection. When done, he provided a before and after leakage report. He had also gone above and beyond in properly sealing up the heat pump connection on the roof, which had never been done properly by the equipment installers. Their dedication to doing the best possible job is rare in today's world. The improvement in the quality of the air and the improved efficiency was noticeable and worth the investment. I highly recommend them.

After finding great yelp reviews for Fresh Air Systems, we decided to give them a call. We've never had air ducts cleaned before, and Josh did a great job of explaining the process. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Lucas showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was professional and thorough. The last people who owned the home had an addiction to the plug-in air fresheners, and the house had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Cleaning the ducts greatly reduced the smell in the home. Lucas also cleaned the dryer vent, which was completely clogged and could have been a fire hazard had we not had it cleaned. It was simultaneously fun and gross to see everything that came out of the duct work and dryer vent. If you are purchasing or have recently purchased an existing home, I highly recommend getting your duct work and dryer vent cleaned. It's a great peace of mind to have fresh ducts and a clear dryer vent. I highly recommend Fresh Air Systems!

At a social encounter, I had met with Russell and we got on the subject of fires. He told me that the number one cause of house fires is that the dryer vent wasn't cleaned out. I showed my ignorance about what a dryer vent was because I always cleared out the lint in my dryer after every load of laundry. He was very polite when he was explaining to me that there is a vent that goes from the dryer through the house to an external vent that needs to be cleared out every year. Every year. Oops. So I was curious about how bad it could be. I made an appointment and he came over to take pictures of the vent and clear it out. And boy was the dryer vent pretty clogged up. He showed me the pictures he took before and after and I have definitely noticed an improvement in the amount of time it takes to dry my clothes as well as how much power was used by my dryer. There was even less heat in the laundry room now and, during this miserable hot and muggy summer that was a blessing. I am very glad that I met with Russell over at Optical Dryer Vent Solutions and have already booked my yearly appointment with them. I highly suggest that you do the same.
