The Installation: Alfredo, Francisco, and Julian were fantastic. They were efficient enough to get both massive units fully installed in just a single day. Not only were they friendly, but they were also incredibly mindful of avoiding messes and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. He happened to be on the way to another job and happily offered to stop by after that job was completed. The service was phenomenal. Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. All done quickly, incredibly pleasantly and helpfully, and at a VERY reasonable price and a great value. I wouldn't hesitate for a SECOND rehiring Lucky Cricket!

After finding great yelp reviews for Fresh Air Systems, we decided to give them a call. We've never had air ducts cleaned before, and Josh did a great job of explaining the process. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Lucas showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was professional and thorough. The last people who owned the home had an addiction to the plug-in air fresheners, and the house had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Cleaning the ducts greatly reduced the smell in the home. Lucas also cleaned the dryer vent, which was completely clogged and could have been a fire hazard had we not had it cleaned. It was simultaneously fun and gross to see everything that came out of the duct work and dryer vent. If you are purchasing or have recently purchased an existing home, I highly recommend getting your duct work and dryer vent cleaned. Most unprofessional AC company I have ever dealt with. They came to my house because my Ac unit…read morestopped blowing cool air. Tech Corbin replaced the fan motor thinking that was the problem. He said that if that part didn't work they would not charge me for it. The unit started working, cool air blowing for about 30 min, and stopped again. Corbin left and we called him back, he then said it had to be the compressor at the termination point. So we would need a whole new unit which was going to cost us $21,000. I told his supervisor Tim Powers that I could not commit to amount at this point that I needed to verify with the Home owner. The next day I had another company come out, come to find out they never even checked the compressor, it was full of black widows, spiderwebs, and eggs. They said there was no way that they could've checked that with all of that stuff in there. When they looked at the wiring, they said that the wiring was not done correctly with the new motor that they placed on the fan. When I spoke to the field supervisor, Tim Powers he was very unprofessional saying he wasn't going to give us any credit and good luck. When I spoke to him on the phone he was talking to me like a little girl calling me baby and and saying good luck. He was disrespectful, degrading and not trying to come to a resolution what so ever. I have never been disrespect, like this by what you would think would be a professional in my life! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, letting everyone know they should stay clear from this company. BE AWARE!!!
