Rude as can be. then he said to me that he still has to steam clean the garage and that it is getting real late to do it. i took everything out in the morning -my house cleaners helped us and he complained that he had to take more stuff out. i told him he doesn't need to do it. i will have my house cleaning people do it. in the mid afternoon i asked him about doing the grout line in the kitchen around the sink and if he had the color which i told his wife about 5 weeks prior to get it. he said he had it and then told me he had to go to home depot to get it. he charged me $87.50 to do a 5 minute job around the quartz counters which included an $11.00 tube of caulk that he had to tell his wife who was at home to get it and drop it at my house. he lied right to my face. he also gave me one price in the morning and added in another $200.00 when he was done for all the work. Poor communication skills. He ruined my 5 inch new baseboards. They all had vertical splits. i had to have a handyman caulk them and repaint them and he left hose marks on my leather furniture in the living room. He is careless and nasty. i couldn't wait for him to get out of my house. He wanted to come back the next day to finish the job. i said absolutely NO. i would never recommend him to anyone. A bully and a chronic complainer that he worked so hard and i wasn't happy with his job. He charged an excessive amount of money for poor quality. He is all about the money. $87.50 to caulk around the sink for 5 minutes. He also left caulk on the counters and the grates on stovetop. sloppy work. what an experience. i could go on and on because there were more things that he did not do right.

This service is amazing! We tried a normal cleaning service. Not done. We hired Zerorez, but for all the things that they didn't do well, they kept telling that we had to pay more. We had pet odors on the carpet and the carpet seemed worn. The pet odors were horribly worse after Zerorez because they didn't treat it as we had paid them to do. I was getting quotes to replace the carpets when our new realtor told us about this service. Needless to say, we never replaced the carpets since Joe made them look new! The carpet fibers stood up like a new carpet! We were so pleased that we had him steam clean the tile floors and clean our marble counter tops. Again amazing work! We needed to sell our home. I have over 700 sq ft of tile and half of it had press and stick floor tiles over my existing tile that a previous tenant had laid and after I removed the tiles, I was left with glue all over the existing tiles. I thought I would need a new floor. By chance, I got a mailer and called Joe at Pinnacle Peak Performance who happens to be the owner and he came to my rescue. He did a great job. I wish I had some before and after photos to show but take it from me, it came out really nice. A job well done deserves to be noted. Especially these days when we get inundated with all kinds of cheap deals it's nice to know you can use one that is trustworthy and does what he says he can do without any hidden costs. I just got done eating lunch of my ceramic tile - it's so clean!! The grout was very dirty and now looks great - they even did the floor boards ... which were filthy and furry given my three large dogs. Two days ago, they cleaned all my carpeting and that also looks great. I will use them again for sure. I was surprised to find that after the cleaning, it looked as good as the day it was installed. Grout went from blackish in color back to the original nice off-white color! If I could do 0 stars I would. I just bought a new house…read moreand not knowing what was on my tile floors I had them clean them. They didn't clean them but stripped them and left splotches all over. There are areas that weren't even touched at all. Friends have said it looks like dog pee everywhere. They sent another crew to fix it but they didn't and when sent crew for 3rd time they walked in and said no and left. They refuse to send management out to actually look at it! Now they are telling me it's my fault (I'm not a flooring specialist, that's supposed to be them) and won't refund what I paid so I can find someone else to fix it.
