5***** for Cal and Integrity Clean. We are ecstatic return customers. We have counted on Cal to bring our wool area carpet in our family room back to life a few times. It has a bright pattern that is gorgeous but there is no hiding spills and stains. This is a high traffic area and we and our furbaby spend every day living life in this room! So grateful to Cal to working diligently to remove impossible stains out of our family room carpet. It literally looks new again. Our living room carpet also looks amazing and it is super clean and fresh! Thank you again Cal for our home fresh and carpet sparkling!! read more

Cal did a great job cleaning our carpeting. He was meticulous and very considerate and thoughtful. We will definitely hire him again.

There should be more stars to reflect the exceptional customer service and outstanding results by Cal and Integrity carpet cleaning! :-) We have a wool area rug in our family room in a bright pattern that is gorgeous but there is no hiding spills and stains. We had this rug cleaned by other carpet cleaning services but never with the superb results by Integrity carpet cleaning. Our rug looks like it did when it was brand new. It's brilliant and fresh! Cal is so polite, responsive and accommodating. He truly believes in Customer First. We highly recommend Integrity Carpet Cleaning and they have loyal and happy customers in us! Thank you Cal!! read more

Cal did such a great job with 3 rooms of off white colored carpets. They look brand new now! One of my rooms had skin product & oil on the floor from my aesthetician biz... I would scrub & scrub, just could never get the oil to come up, but Cal had a special way of cleaning it . He explained it to me for future clean ups. I really appreciate his expertise. I highly recommend Integrity Clean! read more

Little kids, 2 dogs and 5 years of wear were no match for Cal!! Our sectional sofa is like new thanks to Integrity Clean. We are beyond thrilled with the results. I had called several other companies to clean our sectional and all declined due to the delicate, linen blend weave of the fabric. Absolutely will recommend Integrity Clean to my friends and neighbors. read more

Cal, the business owner is a one man show. It's definitely a small business whose owner strives to give the best to his clients. He is very thorough and professional and definitely cares about the quality of his work. We had our grout cleaned in the busiest areas of the house and he did an excellent job. Because of the amazing results - my husband wants me to get the rest of the tiled areas of the house cleaned too. We are willing to wait since he runs his business by himself so am sure he will be pretty booked but it's worth it. read more

We've been using Cal's company for literally decades. His is not the cheapest show in town, but you definitely get what you pay for - so if you're looking for top-quality, carpet and rug cleaning, priced fairly, look no further. He confirms his appointments a few days ahead of time. He shows up on time. He does a FANTASTIC job. He charges a fair price. If you want the best service, with extraordinary care for your home and your carpets, Integrity Clean is the oooooonly way to go. We simply will not use anybody else. read more

He was on time, reasonable, tidy. He did An excellent job. Found him on Yelp. Thx Yelp it was an easy process!

I've lived in Scottsdale for twenty two years and have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies. I wasn't happy with the last one I had used and a friend recommended Cal at Integrity Clean. This is by far the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had! Cal is attentive to detail and very meticulous in his work. My jaw dropped at how great the carpet turned out, it looked brand new! Cal also cleaned a 5x7 white area rug that had two areas that really showed dirt, he was able to get the dirt out when he last carpet cleaner couldn't. Often times there is residue left in the carpet and it feels crunchy to walk on, this was not the case. Cal knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to mixing the right amount of chemicals to water to achieve a really good deep cI can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, attentive and strives for great customer service. He will be getting my business from here on out. So three years later (July 14, 2023) Cal continues to clean my carpeting every year. I've never had anyone clean my carpeting that was was so meticulous. He truly understands how to get stains out. He is a toolbox of information, you know he really understands carpet, chemicals and how it all works together. He is a true perfectionist and I so appreciate that. He doesn't have employees, you always get Cal. He always makes sure you're happy with his work, he cares. His work is thorough and meticulous. I found out about him from a girlfriend that had him come and clean the upholstery on her antique furniture. She was so pleased. Later he cleaned her carpeting. Again she was very happy. And then I tried him, no going back. Outstanding work! read more

Call Cal! Our dog had a serious bowel disorder in our bedroom that needed professional management. Desperate to get immediate help, I began calling local carpet cleaners. Cal called me back within minutes. He had a booking that afternoon that became available (miracles do happen). He arrived at the house, saw the horrifying mess, got his equipment and went to work. He was gracious and understanding about our sick dog, and very thorough in cleaning not only the damaged area but also the rest of the bedroom and the closets. Two areas were supersaturated with cleaning agents and spots appeared the next day. I called Cal and sent pictures. He thought they were water stains and not any residual dog mess. He came yesterday for about 20 minutes and worked on those areas. So far so good. He said to call should they reappear. The man and his service get ten stars from me!!! **********! read more

Cal is one amazing business owner when you meet him you will know why his company is named Integrity . I did a lot of research in looking for a carpet and tile cleaner . After reading his company's philosophy I felt that he was the man for me After speaking to him on the phone . It only confirmed what a professional honest man he is. . I originally was going to have to wait almost 2 months for an open date as this is how busy he is . Fortunately for me he canceled a vacation and I was able to get in sooner .I can't say enough about his work ethic & his knowledge about his services. He is one in 1 million . I am grateful that I found him. My floors tile and carpet have never looked so good after a cleaning. read more

Super professional and carpet looks great. I will use him again in future and highly recommended!

A friend of mine has been using Integrity Clean for years... and I'm so happy she referred me! Cal, owner/operator is polite, clearly communicates, trustworthy and worked hard to give us great results. The area he cleaned hadn't been done for years, yet he took it in stride... doing extra to get it just right. You may be able to find cheaper, but you won't find better. I highly recommend and will hire him again! Thanks, Cal! read more

We highly recommend Integrity Clean. Cal, the owner, is thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is meticulous in preparing the floor surface - tile/carpet and explains in detail how to care for the surface after cleaning. We had never had our carpeting or tile flooring professionally cleaned before. After his work, I would not hesitate for a minute. He wears booties in the home and even placed corner plastic protectors on our kitchen island so that his equipment hoses would not leave marks. As I said, meticulous - and also speedy. His price for our two carpeted bedrooms and 4 tiled rooms was extremely reasonable. It's always a pleasure for us to recommend outstanding trades and Cal is definitely on our list. read more

We all get carpet cleaning coupons in the mail, or solicitation phone calls from companies offering a special. And, I dare say, we've all tried one of these "smokin' deals" (like 5 rooms cleaned for $50!!) and had soggy carpet for days. Your search is over for a really great carpet cleaner. Cal named his company after a basic tenet of his: Integrity. Yes, his prices are a bit higher, but this man knows his business. He spent 24 years at ServicePro doing restoration & cleaning, air duct cleaning, mold remediation etc. He now just concentrates on carpet (upholstery too). He spends a lot of time making sure the job is done right. He is a consumate professional, and his thoroughness and attention to detail that Cal displays is wonderful. He calls the day after the job to make sure you are pleased - and if you aren't, he'll come back out. But trust me, he does such a great job, you'll be more than pleased. read more

I have used Cal twice. What I like is that he's the person you talk with on the phone AND the person who shows up to do the work. Very professional, good advice, and even though he warns you some things may not be perfect (unknown stains behind the stain, quality of carpet or fabric he's cleaning) I swear to you it is always perfect. Diligent, stays long after he thought he might be done and follows up the next day. Reasonable pricing and will adjust for whatever you want done. Can't say enough good about this guy. We had Integrity Clean come out after some heavy construction. There were several spots and sticky residue left from construction carpet covering. I had serious doubts that any of it would come up. Cal came and did an amazing job! He was so passionate about the work that he did and was incredibly thorough. It has been 2 months and none of the spots reappeared as I have experienced in the past with other carpet cleaners. I plan to use Integrity Clean for all of my floor cleaning needs going forward. read more

Cal was initially referred to us, via our general contractor, because our wool carpet was soiled during our remodel. He got the marks out of the carpet, no problem, but it was his knowledge and care that made us think of him a year later when we wanted to clean the wool carpet throughout our house. Wool, as we've learned, is a more challenging carpet to clean and takes special knowledge of the product. Cal, recently, came out and cleaned and did another great job. We even had a couple of more soiled areas he did an excellent job on. Cal was dependable, friendly, and knows his stuff - hence taking the time to write the review! Thanks Cal! read more

I am in awe of Cal and the work he did. I was preparing to put my house on the market. The carpet, tile, and grout were in serious need of a cleaning. Cal spent the better part of the day here yesterday and the floors look far better than I had ever hoped. The tile and grout look brand new. The carpet is beautiful. read more

I highly recommend Cal, the owner/ operator of Integrity Cleaning. He did an outstanding on our carpet & tile. He made the carpet & tile look brand new! I will always use Cal for any cleaning I might need. I promise you will not be disappointed.... read more

Cal is the real deal. He takes the job seriously. He is an owner / operator unlike most companies where there is a sales guy who makes promises and then a worker who is trying to get off the job as quickly as possible. Cal acts like this is his business and he is proud of it. He shows up on time, has the right equipment, and gets the job done. Our carpets and tile have never looked better. I would highly recommend and plan to use again. read more

Both for our own home and our rental properties, we need someone we can trust to know what to do on carpet/upholstery cleaning and carpet maintenance and repairs. Now that we've found Cal, we would not utilize anyone else's services. He recently cleaned and stretched carpets at our rental home, and they look brand new. One of the rooms had a 3' fold in the wall to wall carpet that had been in since the day it was put in. At the time I was told it would 'smooth out over time'. It did not. Now two years later, Cal was able to get that out! We also had him do some upholstery cleaning on a microfiber couch that had never been cleaned in 20 years, again with the result being it looks like new - unbelievable!! For the grand finale he cleaned an area rug I loved but thought was shot, also with great results. We highly recommend Cal for the personal service and superior results he provides at very reasonable prices. read more

"We chose Cal and Integrity Cleanning based on all the positive reviews. We have no doubt that the job he does and the results he achieves are stellor but we can see that his one man show has its drawbacks. We had a different experience from those reviews who called out his promptness and courtesy. In fairness, Cal did call us a week prior to the service date to confirm. We think this is a necessity because the number of weeks in advance he required to provide us service was quite excessive. But because of his good reviews we agreed. He gave us a 1 hour window so we expected that given the amount of lead time he needed to service us, he would have accurately computed his service window. When the window was passed and we hadn't heard anything we decided to get started on our afternoon errnands. We found later he had texted us to let us know he was running late, however it was on a phone I had told him we didn't use. We contacted him to let him know we wouldn't be home so he could avoid making a wasted trip. His subsequent responses to us were not as courteous and professional as we would have expected. Rather than just apologize and move one, he felt it necessary to push fault on us. Once he did that we chose to just call it quits and move on to another cleaning company. I'm sure our experience is a "one-off" and that others will continue to have a great experience with him. read more

We have hired Cal to clean our carpets in the past and he didn't disappoint this time either. He is the best--may be a bit higher in cost but so well worth it. A true professional, he let's you know he's on his way; he surveys the rooms you want cleaned when he arrives and carefully pulls in his equipment. Then the hard work--he really does make everything perfect and our two rooms (master bedroom and the office) always look like new even though in the office the carpet is 21 years old! His instructions for what to do after the cleaning are very specific about waiting 24 hours to put furniture back and 48 if you have, as we do, orientals or rugs to put over the carpet. It all works and we could not be happier. read more
