We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. The actual tile is significantly darker and much more taupe. Because of that difference, the grout color I selected looked completely wrong once installed, and I now have to spend an additional $1,200 to have the grout professionally stained. I contacted Floor & Decor and provided comparison photos, receipts, and documentation. Instead of offering any meaningful resolution, they repeatedly focused on manufacturing tolerances, batch variation, and the fact that the tile was installed. My complaint was never that the tile was defective. It was that their own product photography did not reasonably represent the color of the product. They eventually acknowledged that they understood the issue was the online images, but still denied any assistance and said their decision was final. No reimbursement, store credit, or goodwill adjustment was offered. I understand that screens and lighting can affect color slightly, but this was not a subtle difference. Customers should not assume the product photos on their website are an accurate representation of the actual color.

In less than a month after installation we found numerous fractures in the tile and notified the installer. Due to the amount of tiles that were affected we also notified the manager of the tile shop. The Tile Shop did a review and decided that the issue was due to the underlayment that the installer used. I inform them that we were also finding scratches on the tile and felt that there was something faulty with the tile. The installer claimed that he had never had any issues with any other tiles that he has installed except the ones we had. Ultimately, as the consumer we were caught in the middle with no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of our project. We did not want to try to do repairs as we were not confident that we would not have even more issues is the problem involves areas all over our home.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

Wow! I cannot believe I went to the same business as described in some of these reviews. I didn't even read Yelp before having these guys over, and I'm very glad I didn't! I found them just via google "phoenix couch cleaner" Anyway, this Son and Dad duo left me absolutely satisfied and convinced they are the best cleaners in the valley. My experience started with a very pleasant phone call that was answered by the owner himself. I needed the service done the same day and they were extremely busy and said they were booked solid. Nonetheless, he went out of his way to come out later this evening even though it must have been inconvenient after a long day. Being a broke medical student, he even threw out the small 10$ travel/gas fee. Thank your for that! Marty and his son Danny showed up exactly on time with smiling faces and very a polite, professional demeanor. They went to work immediately and essentially doubled the value of my couch. I had them clean a microfiber three seater and it looks absolutely brand new. My experience was wonderful and without a doubt they will see my business again. I love me some Yelp, but man I cannot believe how different my experience was compared with some of these other reviewers. Despite what they say, I strongly recommend you give them a shot. We were lucky to find Sunshine through a Groupon we purchased. Marty at Sunshine was one of the most professional carpet cleaners we have had in a while! Scheduling was easy and Marty was prompt and even called thirty minutes before he came just to let us know he was coming. We even were able to get an appointment the same week. We had our entire house cleaned. Marty was very careful around furniture, walls, doors, and even had wall protectors to avoid scuffing paint. What I liked best was he made sure the quality of work was up to our standards by letting us check out the end product before he packed up. They are EXTREMELY reasonable in price for the quality of service they perform. I've had them clean my rugs, tile, couch, mattress, basically anything they can!
