I've always wanted to have carpet and tile/grout cleaning for my home when I had my first child, but never got around to it. Now having my second child 3 years later, I just knew it needed to be done especially since everyone in my household has been home since March due to covid. I reached out to four different cleaning companies for an estimate. Benocular was voted to take the job because Ben was a pleasure to meet. You can tell he was passionate about his work, he gave a reasonable quote and he took his time and didn't rush. Originally, we scheduled for a whole day of work for my second story home. I called Ben a few days before my appointment and asked if we can break up the work- one day to do the top floor and another day to do the bottom floor. He was not only accommodating to my schedule request, but he said he appreciated more time since he likes to take his time and make sure everything looks good. Wow, I'm impressed because our carpet, tile, and couch are pretty clean. I highly recommend Benocular for carpet, tile/grout, rug cleaning and/or couch cleaning!! You don't have to spend time getting 4-5 quotes, I already did the pre-work for you. Not only will you get a great quote, you will get great service too! You're welcome :) read more

Ben's detailed worked continues to blow me away. We have called him back for the fifth time now and he leaves our furniture and carpet looking brand new every time. He has cleaned our couches twice, our carpet four times and even my recliner in my baby room from spills and stains. His team is professional, punctual, and elaborate. Thank you Ben for cleaning our carpet and furniture time and time again! It's much needed with two children and my dog. I will be referring Ben and calling him back for future cleaning! read more

George did a great job cleaning all my carpets and throw rugs in my home. He was pleasant and respectful of our home and possessions and cleaned up as he went along . Let us know when he was on his way to our home. My daughter used this company to clean all her carpets and tile in a home before she moved in and was very pleased and now so I am. Highly recommend this company ! read more

Still my go-to for all floor cleaning services. With the purchase of my first new home, I wanted to get the carpet cleaned, so of course, I contacted Benocular. Ben was able to get me in that same week, and although we ran into some bumps in the road with schedules, we made it work. Ben was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job with cleaning the carpet. He even called the next day to follow-up and make sure I was happy with the result since I wasn't home, my hubby was. I told him I was more than pleased and appreciated the wonderful job and customer service. I will NEVER contact anyone else for floor cleaning. Ben is superb and the work is exceptional. The carpets in my new home look new and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of work, not to mention the house didn't smell of strong chemicals either -- it smelled clean and fresh, not toxic. Thanks, Ben! read more

Ben has done an amazing job restoring our floors. He was very professional and his rates were the best in town. He was able to move the furniture around for cleaning and put everything back exactly the way it was once he finished. We also got sealant for the grout and it's much easier to clean and maintain our floors now! Thanks again! read more

Ben came out and gave me an estimate to clean my travertine. He was honest ad didn't try to get me to buy any unnecessary services, I got a quote from another company and they were triple the price and tried to get me to buy all kinds of services. On the day of my cleaning Ben and his partner showed up soured 8:45 and didn't leave until almost 5:00 not even stopping for lunch. They did an excellent job AND Ben even wiped down my baseboards, which he didn't have to do and didn't charge me. They were very professional and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I need anything in the future I will definitely call them. read more

I found Benocular after another company wasn't able to get back to me about a date. Ben was great from the first moment and is serious about good customer service. He came out promptly and gave us a very competitive quote for cleaning our floors both carpet and tile. He worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. I would be happy to have him come back anytime. Great job and thank you very much Ben!!! read more

We needed our grout for tile floors cleaned and sealed. Ben answered my call and was very kind and informative. He came to our house to give us an estimate. The price was very reasonable and he was able to do it in a decent time frame. He also showed us what it would look like and explained the process. He did the job himself in about 5 hours. It all looks fabulous, loved the result. He cleaned the floors and grout and did the grout sealing. I would highly recommend him. read more

Had Benjamin out to our home last weekend. He was very easy to communicate with beforehand and let me know when he was on the way. The price was very fair for such a great job. He was thorough and took his time. We've only had one other company do our carpet a few years before... found that previous company through a groupon, but once that other company showed up they charged more and were in and out as quick as possible. NOT Benocular, this company was very good. Benjamin went above and beyond and the carpet in our bedrooms (and stairs) are as good as new. His quoted price exactly matched the bill at the end of the job. Really appreciate the effort that was put in, we will definitely be using this service in the future. read more

From the initial time I spoke with Ben I felt he was serious about customer service. I explained to Ben the main reason we picked him was because of reviews from previous customers not only were they ranting about their carpet cleaning but also about their shower cleaning ability. Must say one of the few things we didn't like about Peoria is the water is hardest I've ever seen, so we could definitely use those skills also. Ben & his partner stopped by prior to appointment to asses needs of job. Anyway, they showed up as agreed to, & got busy working on shower. When both shower & roughly 1900 sq ft of carpets where cleaned, they both looked amazing. Ben & his partner will be our go to guys for carpet care from here on & we will not hesitate to refer Benocilar Floor Cleaning to family & friends. read more

I came across Benocular Floor Cleaning on Yelp. Had him come out and did our 4 bedroom house all carpet and all the tile sections in the house. He also did 4 suede kitchen chairs that were really dirty. They came out great. Saw his equipment and what a big difference it is to have the right tools. Ben and his team did a fantastic job, will only be using them from now on. Highly recommended. read more

I asked for a quote so he came by to give me a more confirmed price and did the work right then. It was awesome! He did an amazing job and our floors look brand new. The price was definitely great! I would definitely recommend! read more

Benjamin came out to a house that I had just purchased. The sand colored grout was coffee colored in many places with pet and kids stains. I had first hired him for the floors and they came out so amazingly that I had him come back for my rugs and sofa. He spent 8 hours cleaning all the cat fur out of my sofa, which is embarrassing. I had no idea how dirty everything was until he made it all look brand new. I can't recommend him highly enough, his perfectionism and work ethic cannot be matched. read more

Did good job of cleaning our clients carpet. It was an exterior carpet on an open screen patio so lots of dust and dirt. Looks good now. Thank you read more

Often I feel like I'm up-sold or the quoted price is not quite the whole price when it comes to floor cleaning companies. That was not the case here. Ben was super honest, professional, and worked his butt off. Our floors turned out great and I felt like we paid a fair price. I have recommended already and will continue to do so. read more

I got three or four estimates to clean my porcelain tile flooring and to seal the grout. Ben came and told me exactly what he would do and what it would cost. He was very professional, knowledgeable and upfront so I chose his company. They showed up today and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and everything looks great. I don't give many five star reviews, but they earned it. read more

Benjamin is AWESOME! I HIGH RECOMMEND Benocular Floor Cleaning Services, LLC. Benjamin is a Very Professional, Hard Working, Dedicated, Meticulous business owner who truly takes PRIDE in his work/business! These qualities are a lost art in the business world. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - My carpets look AMAZING! I am Super HAPPY and SATISFIED with the work that Benjamin did. He showed up early, took his time, kept me apprised of what he was doing, always had a SMILE on his face when he talked to me and is simply a very NICE MAN, it was a PLEASURE having him in my home. I don't usually write reviews, but I made an exception today for Benjamin because I am so impressed with his work and professionalism. If you want to have your floors cleaned by a professional, I RECOMMEND Benjamin! Benjamin cleaned my stairs leading up to the loft area - the loft- hallway - bedroom and my master bedroom. What truly Amazed me is that Benjamin offered to clean the entryway to 2 other bedrooms I was not having clean, simply because it would look better and blend with the cleaned carpets! WOW! Now that's AWESOME! THANK YOU Benjamin. I wish you much more success with your business. YOU DESERVE IT! read more

This was my first time using Ben and I wont use anyone else after this. He did the most thorough carpet cleaning that I have ever had done, and uses toxic free chemicals that left my house so clean smelling. He also cleaned the tile in a bathroom that I thought was stained permanently, but was able to make the grout look brand new. He was kind and professional, was able to schedule the day that I needed him, was on time and cleaned up after himself. I cannot find one thing to complain about as even his price was reasonable. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Ben. read more

The owner of benoculars is super nice and understanding of what is wanted . He does a super job cleaning and was recommended by a friend to me. I am so glad I was told about this company because I was not disappointed. He cleaned my carpet after a huge bridal shower I had with green clean products. The carpet was super filthy and he cleaned it too perfection, literally brand new. The green clean products are nontoxic Environmental safe. I was happy to know it was non toxic due to the children always coming in and out of the house. read more

I can't saying anything negative about my experience with Benjamin. He was extremely detailed when it came to cleaning my carpets and my couches. He was on time and very courteous throughout the process. I don't usually leave reviews but I have experienced horrible money grubbing tactics from plenty of carpet cleaning companies, but not from Benjamin. He was fairly priced and I will be using him for all of my future cleaning needs. Thank you Benjamin! read more

I would 100% recommend this business / Ben. Here's why: 1. I love hard working, small businesses! 2. He responded to the request very timely. He responded to my message same day, within a matter of hours. So many companies don't have any urgency anymore and it frustrates me, not the case here. He was able to accommodate the day and time slot that worked best with my schedule. Oh- and he even confirmed my appointment day of, I like that. The price was comparable to others and he quotes that information upfront so here aren't any surprises. I think his work is better Than other though. His preferred forms of payment are cash/check. 3. He takes the time to do everything right. He didn't rush through anything. He seemed to take pride in his work, which is very refreshing. He was very clear in expectations with the tile and gave me recommendations on how to care for the tile going forward. Best of all, the tile was clean and the grout looked great. He also was clean and mindful during the time he was at my house. Very respectful of your home. 4. Very customer oriented: I think Ben is very efficient and patient because he was working around appliances being delivered and people walking all through the house while he was working. It did not phase him at all. He was very genuine in his interactions and enjoyable to chat with. Sometimes you want workers to get out of your house ASAP, with Ben, you'll want him to stay for dinner. :) read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY Ben does great work We have had him do multiple rooms in our home and will continue to have him work on our floors. Ben is amazing! He was able to accommodate my last minute request to get my carpet cleaned for my move out. He certainly took his time to make sure that the carpet is stain free & clean. I'm impressed about his service today. I highly recommend you call Ben if you need your carpets cleaned. His prices are reasonable. You can tell he cares about making sure customers are happy with his service. I felt bad for him because we were on the 3rd floor and he had to go down a couple times to drain out his equipment. It was hot day but I didn't see him complain at all. He was also a nice guy. That's a plus in my book. We're already talking about getting our tiles cleaned by him. I have never written a review before, but this business is definitely deserving of the little time it takes me to say, this is most assuredly a 5 star business. I would and will recommend this company to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned. Benny was not only very personable, but very professional, and his work is excellent. The before and after pictures on his website are not doctored. That is exactly what our carpets looked like too as he cleaned, a very distinct line between where he had cleaned and where he still needed to clean. We had rented out our home while we were on a mission, and the renters had not been very kind to our carpets. We thought we would have to re-carpet the whole house. But Benny made the carpets look like new. My wife says "I love my carpets" about 5 times a day; all thanks to Benny. read more

The grout all through my house was starting to look really bad, so we hired someone (else) to come and clean the floors. They came and "cleaned" the grout. The next day the grout still looked terrible, so we called and they came back and did the floors again. We saw a small change, but the grout was still dirty. I decided enough was enough and started looking for another company to actually clean the grout. I contacted Ben at Benocular Floors for a quote, and he got right back to me with a reasonable price. When he came to the house to do the job, we discussed the fact that we had tried to have the grout cleaned, and he could see the poor results. We discussed a few reasons as to why it hadn't come clean, and then he cleaned a test patch. We could see right away the difference! So he proceeded to clean the entire floor, which turned out pretty good. They still aren't perfect, but he told us the reason for that was more than likely due to some work that had been done to the grout before. Every thing he told us made sense, and we can't fault his work for the grout not being pristine. We were very pleased with the knowledge that Ben had, and the time he spent evaluating our particular situation. He moved all the furniture and placed it back where it belonged after the work was done. Both Ben and his brother were easy to have in our house. I don't know which one it was, but we could hear one of them whistling while they worked! We highly recommend Ben at Benocular Floors, especially if you support small business and like the personal touch. read more
