Ben called me literally one minute after I sent my request on Yelp. I was off work for two days, and he somehow managed to squeeze me in the very next day. I have a pretty big house, and he and his partner did an amazing job on my tile. It's never looked this good! I wish I would've done this sooner. They also fixed up some broken/missing grout, and made my shower floor look new again. Plus, they re-caulked the whole shower and sealed everything so water would stop seeping behind the curb. I'm SO happy with the work, and all at a very reasonable price. These gents worked well past "quittin' time" to get the job done, and get it done right... down to the last detail. I only wish everyone was as prompt, hard-working, and committed to quality. THANK YOU BEN!! read more

It was a pleasure having Ben perform carpet cleaning as well as tile/grout cleaning on my newly listed house. I was a little skeptical as my previous tenants in my rental had animals and it smelled like they had a farm in the house! Ben came over and walked me through with the blacklight and it was pretty bad! He gave me a quote for the carpet, pet deodorizer, and tile cleaning and it was lower than I expected. As we walked through, after the quote, he noticed a few long cracks in the grout and I had about 6 tiles that had breaks/cracks in them. He actually fixed those for free as he kept the original quote the same. I ended up stopping by as he was finishing up the work and I was VERY pleased with the quality of work! Will use again if needed and I highly recommend Ben for anyone looking for an honest cleaning. read more

I had my rooms last cleaned right when I first moved in a year and a half ago. They did not come out as good as they did today and I had more stains due to having a 1 year old daughter. Some people rush when doing cleaning jobs. I recently had my car detailed inside and they did not do a good a job as Ben would have done, as the car seats were not as clean as my house carpets were and the detailer rushed the job. read more

Ben was great with scheduling and cleaning carpets for our home. great results and great price. will use these guys again!

I had some stains on on the roof of my truck. Someone opened a Coke can and it sprayed on my upholstery. Ben the owner used a steam clean to get out the stains and he did a perfect job. He even used an earth friendly cleaning solution since I constantly breathe inside my truck. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Stellar service and super nice to deal with! We were thinking of replacing our commercial carpet and decided instead to get it cleaned. It looks practically new and this is after years of being trampled by dirty construction boots! Ben got out right away to take a look and was back the next day for cleaning. I am very impressed and will be calling Benocular the next time we need our carpets cleaned. read more

I'm so glad I went ahead and had Benocular clean my house, I had offers from other cleaning companies but Ben the owner actually does the work himself and is very diligent and punctual with affordable prices. He made my carpet and tiles spotless and even offered to change the color of the grout cause mine was looking raggedy after 10 years. Once the job was finished he made sure he didn't leave until I was ensured with satisfaction and I really appreciated Ben for going over the job with me, I will certainly be calling again in the future. Also Ben has a great personality and he runs his business like a 5 star business so I'm giving you exactly what you deserve. Keep up the good work read more

My husband and I just endured a move in the heat of June. Nothing much rattles my husband but I will say he was thrilled with how Ben cleaned our carpets. Since we have dogs, and this was a rental home, we were very concerned about the carpets cleaning and I must say our freshly cleaned carpets could not have look any better. Ben worked for hours cleaning up dog hair as we have a very old Border Collie who continuously sheds as it's summer and he is near the end of his life. Ben did an amazing job and I am just so grateful and highly recommend him. Highly recommended. read more

Benocular Floor Cleaning Services - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

They do a great job. I've use them on a couple of my rental properties. Always quick to get out and get the floors cleaned. I should post the before and after photos but whatever machine that Benjamin uses it definitely has a way of sucking out every little bit of dirt. They're not cheap but I wouldn't call them expensive either they're just very fair priced for the service given. read more

Ben was very courteous and conscientious. He and his helper worked very hard and diligently on our floors. I'm very pleased with how they look and am extremely satisfied. Definitely hire Ben. I chose him after reading rave reviews on Yelp. I was so satisfied and would gladly recommend his services. Ben and his team came to clean my new house right after we closed on it. I was still living in another state and had never seen the house. Ben communicated with me all day about the state of cleaning and what needed to be done. Turns out the house had a lot of pet stains on the carpet that he did not anticipate but he gave me a fair quote for the extent of work involved and exceeded my expectations. He even went so far as to reschedule another appointment he had after my job when he needed more time to complete my job. I appreciated his honesty, integrity and work ethic. read more

Benoculars is by far the most bang for your buck when it comes to furniture, carpet, and tile cleaning in the valley! He's a straight up guy no bs no run around shows up on time and communicates. That's more than you can ask for in any type of service especially after seeing the job finished. High quality work, dependable, and trustworthy are just a few more ways I would describe this man and sometimes crew in the several times I've used Benoculars. Highly Highly recommended thank you for the great work Benny!! read more

Ben was very thorough and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I was moving into a new house and realized the previous owners had only vacuumed and the carpets were still dirty. This place is the best. The owner (Ben) came to my house and cleaned my carpets and tile floors and grout. Everything looks fantastic. He spent an exorbitant amount of time making sure my house was perfect. I have two pets and a mother in a wheelchair, which tend to make the floors dirty fast. I am very picky but his standards were up to par. I can't say enough good things about his service and his professionalism. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Great job, Ben!!! Thanks again. read more
