Michel answered the phone right away and walked me through the steps and the services this company offered. A day later Michel showed up right within the window I was quoted. He also recommended a screen for the vent to prevent pests. This was so awesome because he helped me realize this unscreened vent is probably where bees are getting into the house! They do the greatest, very detailed cleaning of something in most houses are not cleaned at all. I have to do duct cleaning for own asthma problems. After purchasing a Groupon for a steam clean, I was a little disappointed to find out I would be in need of a full grout cleaning but was quickly rewarded with what Michel and his team were able to achieve in my home. We hadn't cleaned our tile in over a year and to say it was in desperate need of a cleaning is an understatement. Not only did Michel recommend what was best for me and my needs, he was also able to educate me on our type of tile and grout options. I feel his attention to detail and pride in his work are what make this company different than all the rest. I would give them zero stars if I could. Before buying my Groupon, I googled to see if I was within the 25 mile radius they wanted (to avoid an additional fee). I was 21 miles away. Great! However, upon calling the company, they said I was 40 miles away. I double checked. Nope, that didn't make sense. Then I asked what route...it was taking them a ridiculous route to get to my house, VERY out of the way, I would never take that. I told the man that there was a much faster route and explained his was way out of the way, and they said too bad. I was very frustrated and cancelled my Groupon. He was very unapologetic and in my opinion, stupid, for not understanding that he can go much faster on a different freeway. Update to his response since I can't seem to comment: I looked up all the routes during rush hour just now. So the worst time of day. Still between 24-30 miles and not the insane route he mentioned less than an hour prior. I have a pic to prove the 3 fastest routes and that's even with construction noted on them!!! read more

These guys are fantastic, and I will call them every single time I need carpet cleaning from now on. I had to get 2 different houses cleaned (moving out of one and moving into the other), and HydroCare gave me a really great deal for both. They were flexible with my schedule, even breaking up one of the houses into 2 separate sessions so I could work it around our move-in schedule. And they were quick. Great communication and greater integrity. I was moving into a home that was previously a rental....I'm OCD and a germophobe! I originally requested a deep clean of the carpets and tile as well as duct cleaning... Within the first 5 minutes one of the workers who also happens to own the business (or is a partner? Wasn't sure...anyway..) tells me that the carpet looks fairly new and is of higher grade so all it really needed was a steam and deodorize and the tiles were in great shape and didn't need a deep clean....that they could still do it as they allotted for it in their schedule, but that I'd be wasting my money...I was floored with the sincerity especially because it meant a couple hundred dollars lost from their estimated day's income.... I called them again the following week to scotchguard some new furniture and steam and deodorize a sectional sofa.... Great prices - not dirt cheap but you get what you pay for and these guys do phenomenal work!! I will continue to use them and refer all my friends their way! read more

It took the two Hydro Care Service workers less than 30 minutes to clean three rooms of carpets. One of the workers was an owner. To me the carpet looked okay when they finished. But, The following day I could see that areas of carpet had been missed and not cleaned, also some spots and stains. They were on time and stuck with their quote. We have a 8' round white shag rug which hadn't been cleaned in the 3 years we've had it. When we moved the furniture off it, we could see how dingy it was. Michell said he didn't know if he could bring it back to "like new" white but it would be close.
