HydroCare Services - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

HydroCare Services responded so quickly to our initial inquiry. Michel took time to answer all of our questions, communicated clearly what was to be expected and was flexible and punctual for our appointment time. When Michel arrived clean to our carpets, in a rental home in the Pebble Creek community in Goodyear AZ, he first walked through the home and he did a fantastic job explaining all the steps, why he used a disinfectant (the carpet had been soiled by a previous pet) and what outcome we could expect. And without being asked he offered his expertise and advice on cleaning our air vents and even the exterior of the home. His professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor were so impressive. We are now loyal customers and highly recommend him for anyone looking for an excellent residential cleaning company. read more

Overall, a big disappointment. They didn't do any of the work and hired out to a third party. The upsell options were twice the costs of the original quote. read more

10/10 - THANK YOU! After purchasing a Groupon for a steam clean, I was a little disappointed to find out I would be in need of a full grout cleaning but was quickly rewarded with what Michel and his team were able to achieve in my home. We hadn't cleaned our tile in over a year and to say it was in desperate need of a cleaning is an understatement. Not only did Michel recommend what was best for me and my needs, he was also able to educate me on our type of tile and grout options. I feel his attention to detail and pride in his work are what make this company different than all the rest. I also left the appointment having a plan with how to care for my tile and home in the future to keep it looking its best and will use/recommend this company for all of my and my family's home maintenance! I only with I had taken a before and after pic or that Yelp would allow videos :( I have attached some screenshots from a video hoping it shows the incredible work HydroCare provides! read more

Joe was out to my home last week. He had to work really hard to battle lots of pet stains and old carpet dirt. My carpets are about 12 years old and they turned out beautifully! He was also able to arrive earlier than planned which worked well with my schedule. Both he and Michel are responsive, punctual, kind, and professional. Thanks guys, see you next time! read more

Very professional service , he texted me before he show up let me know he is on his way.when he show up he did a walk through first ,he did charge me $60 extra because I have a larger hallway. That's totally understandable! I am very happy with his service! I will definitely call this company if I need carpet cleaning again ! read more

I had wanted to have my driver vent cleaned and Hydrocare was exceptional! HONEST tradespeople! The gentleman who was very prompt for our appointment, shared with me that there is no duct to clean! He also recommended a screen for the vent to prevent pests. This was so awesome because he helped me realize this unscreened vent is probably where bees are getting into the house! My handyman is now preparing to obtain a screen for me! I highly recommend this business!!! 5 stars!!!!! read more

Hydro Care Services responded to the request for dryer vent cleaning immediately (same day) and also came out the very next morning to perform the work. They were very professional and followed the rules of COVID and did a great job! read more

HydroCare is hands down the best cleaning service I've ever experienced! My fiance and I moved to our Scottsdale home several months ago, and after COVID, we really needed a deep clean. I hired Michel and Gena for a sofa cleaning- they just left my place and the whole house smells amazing! First, the quote we received over the phone is exactly what we paid - no upsell which was a breath of fresh air! They were right on time, did a really thorough job, were quick, and reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for anything more! 10/10 recommend. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. Before buying my Groupon, I googled to see if I was within the 25 mile radius they wanted (to avoid an additional fee). I was 21 miles away. Great! However, upon calling the company, they said I was 40 miles away. I double checked. Nope, that didn't make sense. Then I asked what route...it was taking them a ridiculous route to get to my house, VERY out of the way, I would never take that. I told the man that there was a much faster route and explained his was way out of the way, and they said too bad. I was very frustrated and cancelled my Groupon. He was very unapologetic and in my opinion, stupid, for not understanding that he can go much faster on a different freeway. Update to his response since I can't seem to comment: I looked up all the routes during rush hour just now. So the worst time of day. Still between 24-30 miles and not the insane route he mentioned less than an hour prior. I have a pic to prove the 3 fastest routes and that's even with construction noted on them!!! read more

Had to have HVAC Duct cleaning for our home we just moved in 5 months ago. HydroCare has a 4.5 rating in Yelp. They scheduled me on a day I'm off from work. They do the greatest, very detailed cleaning of something in most houses are not cleaned at all. I have to do duct cleaning for own asthma problems. The prices of the duct cleaning is most competitive with other companies in Yelp. read more

Great job. Good communication. Good value for the money. Technician was very informative and explained everything to me. I feel much safer knowing that the dryer vent is clean. We will all breathe better now that the ducts are clean. read more

Fantastic service and results! With 3 children, 2 dogs and a very busy life it has always been so hard to schedule carpet cleaning. Michel answered my Yelp request promptly with a quote and he was able to come the very next day. When he had an earlier cancellation and he moved my scheduled appointment to 1-2 hours earlier it was even better! We had horrible pet stains and odor in several rooms. The outcome was even better than expected! Some of the best carpet cleaning for pet stains! read more

These guys are fantastic, and I will call them every single time I need carpet cleaning from now on. I had to get 2 different houses cleaned (moving out of one and moving into the other), and HydroCare gave me a really great deal for both. They were flexible with my schedule, even breaking up one of the houses into 2 separate sessions so I could work it around our move-in schedule. And they were quick. I didn't have any stains on the new house carpet, but the carpet in the rental house we were moving out of had a stain that was there when we moved into the place. The previous carpet cleaners didn't get that stain out, but HydroCare made it look like it was never there. Well done! read more

I got a quote from HydroCare Services in a matter of minutes. The company was very communicative and reliable with their services. I just recently moved into my new townhome which had a horrible animal urine smell to it and multiple stains on the carpets. The stains are no longer visible on the carpet and the shampoo service from this company really helped in resolving my issue with the odor for a great price. 10/10 recommend, thank you for your service! read more

HydroCare Services - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Great communication and greater integrity. I was moving into a home that was previously a rental....I'm OCD and a germophobe! I originally requested a deep clean of the carpets and tile as well as duct cleaning... Within the first 5 minutes one of the workers who also happens to own the business (or is a partner? Wasn't sure...anyway..) tells me that the carpet looks fairly new and is of higher grade so all it really needed was a steam and deodorize and the tiles were in great shape and didn't need a deep clean....that they could still do it as they allotted for it in their schedule, but that I'd be wasting my money...I was floored with the sincerity especially because it meant a couple hundred dollars lost from their estimated day's income.... I called them again the following week to scotchguard some new furniture and steam and deodorize a sectional sofa.... Great prices - not dirt cheap but you get what you pay for and these guys do phenomenal work!! I will continue to use them and refer all my friends their way! read more

Very impressed by HydroCare Services! They were the first company to respond to me with a quote and had the best pricing and even threw in a deodorizing treatment! They cleaned our upholstered king bed frame and our foam mattress that we had bought on Offerup. The bed and the frame had an unpleasant smell from the last owners and HydroCare got everything out! Well worth the money and we are so excited to use our bed that HydroCare made like new again! read more

I want to preface this review with the fact that I never write Yelp reviews. But Michel and HydroCare Services did such an amazing job, I had to get on here and write a review about it. Great communication, great service, amazing pricing and my carpets look like they are brand new! It was the best service I have had, hands down, with any home services I have needed. After asking for a quote through Yelp, HydroCare Services responded quickly and beat the competition on pricing. I had some additional questions and Michel called me and gave me clear and transparent answers to all my questions. I couldnt stump him! Michel was also the person who cleaned my carpets. He was a true professional, walking through the house and confirming that the quote I received is correct for the job at hand. If you need your carpets cleaned and you are in the Scottsdale area, you need to call HydroCare Services. I also recommend that you ask for Michel because he was the best! read more

Michel and Pedro came out to our home for a carpet cleaning and pet stain removal. They arrived within the small two hour time window, and gave me a phone call 15 minutes before arrival. It took the two Hydro Care Service workers less than 30 minutes to clean three rooms of carpets. One of the workers was an owner. To me the carpet looked okay when they finished. But, The following day I could see that areas of carpet had been missed and not cleaned, also some spots and stains. The workers may not have pretreated the stains.  This was not the thorough carpet cleaning I had expected.  I found this cleaner by asking for a quote on Yelp. read more

We absolutely loved Michel and Alex the services provided and the difference it made in our carpet. The carpet cleaning in Phoenix that would recommend! Great company! Would definitely recommend to others and use their services again. I recently moved into a rental house and have had issues with pet odor from the previous tenants. I requested a carpet cleaning with a pet detail on a Saturday and was scheduled for services the next day. They arrived within the window of time provided. The owner was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what they were doing and how I can maintain the carpets on my own.
