If you research online you'll fund that an Amrad Engineering Turbo 200 Capacitor retails for as little as $75 and I KNOW they wholesale fort much lower.

Of the two recommended companies, I chose Twenty20 because they had a much earlier appointment available than the other company and I had an upcoming event scheduled. The scheduling was seamless and Jake showed up on time to clean the outside of our windows. When he was leaving I noticed a patio screen frame was bent so I asked him about it but he said he didn't think he did it. Fortunately, we had our landscape builders out a month before to work on our patio travertine so I had a photo of the screen, which was not bent. I ended up looking at the rest of the windows before calling Vincent and noticed some smears on the washed windows and dusty screens that looked as if they had been rubbed with a cloth but not actually washed. Vincent quickly set a time to come out and look at our windows. He agreed (and later texted me) that the screens "were definitely not done correctly" and apologized for the inconvenience. He had touched up the windows and re-washed the screens before offering to take the bent screen and fix it. I felt great when he left. Two weeks later was a different feeling, however. Vincent returned with the screen and the frame had a dent in it. I pointed this out and Vincent seemed unhappy with my response but said he could "replace it if you want". Well of course that's what I wanted, but he seemed annoyed. I was caught off guard by his change in attitude from the last time we spoke so I didn't bother following up with him again; nor did he reach out to me.

That is a sign of a business trying to grow to fast. The solar power market is in fast motion, we get it. But more than 2 months of not responding to my email to get our 54k system fixed isn't right. When we call, the "cute" voice message says (paraphrasing) too busy to read emails, I won't even get to your voice mail, so text me. Not a great business practice. Think I am exaggerating? Try it - 480 721 4029 At the 5 year point, 3 of our 5 strings of panels failed. We were producing less than 40% of what we paid for, and the bill to us was $3,800 (reduced by their good graces). When the failing pieces were removed, not replaced, there was evidence of fire, on my roof, by their product. When I asked about the warranty, I was texted a phone number, not even a company name and told I could try if I wanted. The new solar panels I was purchasing to replace the fire damaged (from the solar power system) were clearly used. Previous mounting marks, dust and bird droppings. The pictures show the difference for how we have cared for our system and what was put in as a replacement. Changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star.

Another company, who was sent by our insurance company, came out and did the initial clean-up. They also did an assessment on the problems with the roof. That assessment just didn't make sense to me. The insurance company sent a person out to look at the roof. His assessment didn't make sense to me either. I called Valley Services and was blown away by the professional office staff. We set up an appointment for an assessment. And finally someone who could explain a theory of how the water traveled into the part of the house where the ceiling collapsed. We selected Valley and a work order was created... oh and it was written in a way that I could actually understand it as opposed to the "foreign" language of the other estimates. The project manager came out and reviewed the work order with me line by line, scheduled the work, and followed up. All the work was done right the first time and the project manager check-in continuously. Oh and all the staff and workers showed up on time and did exactly what they agreed to do. I really cannot say enough good thing about this company. It was a pleasure working with them.

He did not have the Hydro machine on his van and arranged for other technicians to be out at 8am the next morning. 2 great guys in 2 vehicles and a trailer showed up at 8. They tried less expensive methods first and were able to remove a core from the pipe about the size of a Hot Dog. They were here a couple hours, cleaned everything up as best they could, and charged us $800.00 LESS than the original Hydro Cleaning quote.
