The work described sounded like a thorough repair and the price seemed fair to me so he got to work. When he was done I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. Brandon left the area cleaner than it was before he started. The payment process was easy and pain free. I highly recommend this company if you want good quality work done.

As an executive with a large property management company in Arizona, I've worked with a tremendous…read morenumber of contractors and service providers over the years. I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.

We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough. Thank you to Josh and the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier!

This company charged about $4,000 to tell me I have abbesses in my wall. They dried it out with a dehumidifier (I could have done that)... and the cost of that alone was $1,788.55. They tented up my laundry room for 2 days. They came back without telling me to collect their things. Thankfully I had a friend that was able to let them in. They did not communicate with me about the cost. I am glad that my insurance covered it (Progressive), but the lack of communication has caused so much frustration. These charges are insane. This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

After an extremely frustrating experience with another restoration company that did nothing for two weeks other than blow fans, take moisture reads while driving up my insurance claim, working with Exact Restoration was truly a night and day difference and literally a breath of fresh air! From the moment they became involved, they were ten steps ahead. Communication was clear, consistent and proactive. I was kept informed about what they were finding, what needed to happen next, and why. My questions were answered even before asking them. There were no excuses, no unnecessary delays, and no leaving me wondering what was happening with my own home! This is how restoration should be done. Trevor, in particular, has been phenomenal. He's an absolute wealth of information but just as importantly, he brings tremendous integrity, professionalism and humanity to his work. Dealing with significant water intrusion in your home is incredibly stressful, and having someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward and genuinely kind makes an enormous difference. Trevor made a very difficult situation so much easier to navigate. What also impressed me was the measured approach Exact Restoration took. They weren't looking to make the situation bigger and more expensive than it needed to be. They assessed what was actually necessary, explained their reasoning, and moved the work forward efficiently and professionally. After what I had experienced previously, that level of integrity meant everything to me. The difference between the two experiences could not have been more dramatic. What had previously become prolonged and unnecessarily complicated finally started moving once Exact Restoration stepped in. I went from constantly having to chase answers to working with a team that was already thinking several steps ahead. Their professionalism, communication, responsiveness and integrity have far exceeded my expectations. In an industry where homeowners are often calling because something has already gone terribly wrong, the people who show up afterward matter enormously. Exact Restoration understands that. I would highly, highly recommend Trevor and the Exact Restoration team to anyone dealing with water damage/restoration. They have been nothing short of exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful I was finally connected with them. I guarantee you'll be in very capable hands!!
