I was referred to Pristine Restoration after I had a kitchen leak. They seemed on the ball initially and even talked to my insurance company when they came out. I had some frustrations working with them throughout the process. I was initially told I would get a temporary sink in my kitchen while the work was being done. This never happened. I was without a sink for 5 months. I was told that someone would bring cabinet samples to choose from. When they came over to talk about the cabinets, they made the decision, they would be white, shaker, and did not really consult me at all and there were no samples. I asked the main guy how much new counters would be (out of my pocket) because my old counters did not match the new cabinets at all. He said he would have to research and would get back with me. I found out later that he had sumitted to my insurance company more money for the counters, which meant that the counters I got to choose from were in the same category as my previous counters, vs. the ones I was willing to pay for out of pocket. It seemed like they were unwilling to think outside the box at all, even if I was willing to pay for it. During demolition, some tile was broken off the window ledge. I never thought twice about or questioned if they would fix it, because they are the ones who broke it. After a few months, when things were about finished, I asked the main guy when the tile would be fixed. He acted confused, like he was not aware it was broken, and then said he would need to look at the pictures. I wasn't sure what this was about since the broken tile was not part of the original damage, but sure look at the pictures. He said he wanted to stop by and see what I was talking about. He seemed annoyed and said that it was probably original tile to the house, and they wouldn't be able to find that tile. He left and then later I found out that he had submitted to my insurance company for more money to fix the tile, even though it was not part of the original damage, and it was they who broke it during demolition. At one point, after they said they could not wire a hoodrange (even though they had removed the old one), I asked who he recommended as an electrician. He told me he doesn't know because he rarely works with electricians. What contractors don't work with electricians? When he came by for the "walk-through" I showed him one spot that looked really bad and was broken, and he literally just ignored me, so I didn't even have the energy to show him another spot. They still have not picked up the old counters that were demolished and me and my teenager ended up taking them outside finally. The subcontractors did a great job, but unfortunately I can't recommend this company.

After a long day our family was relaxing, getting ready for bed and my son was about to take a shower. He let us know that the water randomly shit off after he turned it on which definitely shouldn't be happening so my husband went to check another faucet and then put to the water heater in the garage. Real quick it was evident that a pipe or something burst and water was coming out of the wall near the water heater....seconds after that more water gushing through my pantry (other side of my water heater wall) . The water quickly made it past part of my kitchen near my dining area. We were able to shut everything off very quick, but not without obvious damage already. We had to use every towel we owned, but were able to get the water we could see cleaned up. I called and started a claim with my homeowners insurance. We were recommended Pristine Restoration as well as a few others, but we were so impressed with the service and quick response by Pristine that we knew we made the right call. Every one we came in contact with from start to finish was amazing. Sometimes even staying late to make sure they found all the water damaged areas. They cleaned up every mess they made and tried to make the noise of the vans as un annoying as possible. (Still sucked, but bearable.) The communication between Pristine, insurance and I was great and I never felt out of the loop or frustrated. Our home looks like nothing ever happened and I'm grateful for that.

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. The third-party consulting firm was equally impressed with the quality and professionalism demonstrated by your crew. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

Highly Recommend 1-800-Water Damage…read more After trying two other companies, I realized 1-800-Water Damage should have been my first call. I had tenants move out without informing me about a water leak in the guest bathroom, which led to water damage that could have been prevented. To make matters worse, despite my lease stating no smoking whatsoever, the property had a lingering smoke odor--and even an extracurricular smoke odor--that I couldn't eliminate no matter how many times I treated the house myself. The team at 1-800-Water Damage was professional, thorough, and efficient. They not only addressed the water damage but also tackled the odors that had been impossible to remove. Their advanced cleaning techniques worked wonders, leaving the house fresh, clean, and ready for new tenants. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right. If you're dealing with water damage or stubborn odors, don't waste time trying other solutions--just call 1-800-Water Damage first. They saved me a lot of stress and made the property feel like home again.

It's not easy to do that, so I respect him for it. Dan asked if I'd still be willing to consider an itemized quote from him for the work, and he sent a detailed one when I agreed. Then there was a long delay on my part, but when I finally accepted and signed the quote, he was on-site within a week and finished all the restoration work in 1 day.

Their…read moreproject manager, Shaun H., came to my home on 8/27/25 to look at my roof and check for any underlying issues related to age -- things I might not be able to see myself. I had walked the roof personally before his visit and saw no damage at all. The roof was simply old, not damaged. After Shaun went up there, the condition of the roof looked noticeably worse. Shingles were pulled up in numerous places that were absolutely not like that before his visit. After that appointment, Shaun stopped communicating with me for a couple of weeks. Eventually, another project manager, Michael, was assigned. I told him I was no longer interested in working with the company, but he convinced me to give them another chance since Shaun was no longer there. Michael scheduled an 8 AM appointment for 10/23/25 and then didn't show up or call. I texted him telling him not to come and that I was done. He showed up anyway and asked for another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. He promised to send me an estimate right away. Two more weeks passed with no estimate and no communication. I then called their office and spoke with a male receptionist who acted completely uninterested in my concerns. He said he would contact the owner, Patrick O'Dell Steele, and told me Patrick was on a job site but would call me by the end of the day. That call never came. At this point, three individuals -- Shaun, Michael, and Patrick -- failed to follow through, communicate, or take responsibility. Please click on my name and look at my other reviews. I am not someone who hands out negative reviews lightly. I'm easy to work with, and I gave this company three opportunities to make things right. Because the roof is now in worse condition heading into Arizona's monsoon season -- which officially runs June 15 through September 30 -- I am extremely concerned about wind and water intrusion. I will be contacting my homeowner's insurance company so they can document the damage firsthand. I will also be filing complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Department of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau so the appropriate agencies can review what happened. I am no longer seeking any discounts or offers from this company. I simply want other homeowners to be aware of my experience and for the proper authorities to evaluate the situation.
