A disaster from start to finish. Our hallway and bathroom were left without a ceiling for weeks…read more Live electrical wires were left exposed and were later tucked back into the ceiling without being properly addressed. The wires were tested and confirmed to be live. This was an extremely concerning safety issue. We had to get a 3rd party electrician come and secure it before continuing to close the ceiling up. Communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. We had to call almost every day trying to get someone to come back and finish the job. Dan was rude and condescending during our interactions. The AC contractor they sent came out, looked at the ceiling, and left about 30 minutes later without doing anything. During another visit, my ceiling was cracked when he went into the attic. The damage was eventually repaired, but there were multiple charges that were not clearly itemized, so I could not tell whether the cost of that repair was covered by the company or ultimately charged to us. What should have taken around two weeks ended up taking over a month. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. To make matters worse, payment was sent by check through certified mail. Months later, we were contacted again and told that they had never been paid, despite the payment having already been made. I'm leaving this review because I believe other customers should know about my experience before deciding whether to hire this company. Between the lengthy delays, poor communication, live electrical wires, unclear charges, and later dispute over a payment we had already made, this was an extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end.

It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Our window arrival time was 2-4 and Ray arrived at 4:45. I know he had a long day and he was communicative on being late. We needed our sectional couch cleaned to remove dog hair and odor. Our flat rate quote price was $130. Which does not include $12 tax or the $15 service charge (??) which we learned about upon Ray's arrival. Then we learned that he needed tile or a hard service to lay the wet cushions. We have vinyl flooring and a rug under the couch. Wish we knew beforehand, but luckily we had plastic tarp. My husband offered to remove the rug completely and Ray said it was fine to stay. It was not, the process is very wet with dirty water. The floor, rug, and couch were soaked when he left. At least the couch seems cleaner but I wish I would have understood what to expect prior. EDIT: To clarify, dirty water was not used to clean couch. I meant dirty water from cleaning the couch dripping onto floor and rug. The couch is clean, we are happy with service. I just wanted to share the actual process of start to final product.
