Great service, I have Spoiled Homes Cleaning service clean my home every month these ladies do a fantastic job on my house at a great price!

I found this cleaning service through Groupon. The reviews were so excellent, I didn't mind waiting a month for service. The evening I made my appointment, Maria answered the phone and was very professional. She explained that she was very busy, but found the earliest available appointment. I scheduled a 3 hour deep clean. Maria and one other lady arrived (on-time) and immediately got to work. She asked me very specific questions regarding COVID and the type of cleaning products (and equipment) I would like her to use in my home. She even took the time to organize for me as well. I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff in my home. I was able to work on other things while they were cleaning. There was a lot to be done. She took care every area that was prioritized. I even asked if they could sweep the back patio and she said she would if there was time. I was so pleased with her job, I hired her team to clean for my family and our church on a monthly basis. read more

On time-3 hr/2 cleaner DEEP clean groupon. it was more basic cleaning Definitely not a deep cleaning because of basic simple things That were missed, i.e. kit. sink wasnt cleaned nor was backsplash, cabinet doors, towelbar and tp holder, bath light not wiped still had cobwebs) light swithes not wiped, baseboard, shower walls, picture frames on wall not dusted. When she arrived I told her the things that were most important to me were the 2 bathrooms, kitchen were most important and floors needed mopping. And that when she was done only if there was time to dust this iron wine rack that had glass shelves. Instead she made sure to dust the wine rack but other basic stuff suffered. I was in my bedroom most of the time to let them clean. When she was done I looked through one bathroom and the kitchen and could see so many things that were missed. I asked her to please mop the kitchen floor. Which was missed... she did kind of not even pulling out the seats from under the kitchen table to sweep and mop underneath it. So at that point I could see there was no sense in pointing anything else out to her. I contacted her by email afterwards letting her know what my written review was going to be on Groupon (similar to this review but limited by character maximum) she said that's fine. I still left her four stars but should've only left two. However once I left it she replied in Groupon about my house being filthy (it wasnt) and that I watched her the whole time. Both were not true the house was dusty as I had not been able to dust it for a few weeks because of asthma... but it was in no way filthy, The bathrooms were being cleaned weekly the kitchen was being cleaned 1-2 Times a week in fact the oven I had just cleaned and I had just dusted half of the front room before they came. And as I used to be in the cleaning industry I know what filthy is. Deep cleanings would include things like baseboards, light fixtures, ovens etc. The only thing I asked her to do in 2 bedrooms were to sweep & mop the floor. So really the only rooms they had to work other that mopping were the two bathrooms the kitchen and the living room which needed its floor cleaned and part of a Entertainment Center dusted. With six man hours they should've been able to get the basics done properly at least. (but this was supposed to be a deep cleaning). Emailed twice and left one message from Nov 26 to Dec 5. Got a response on Dec 6 as follows regarding as I was trying to book an appt within next 8 days: "I have been busy in all aspects!! I book out monthly a month before every month. So I currently have no availability for December. I can put you on my cancellation list, should anything change? I am not booking for January as of yet." Nothing on groupon site states they are booked for next 25+ days - what a waste of time. read more

I've used spoiled homes 3 times in the past few months, twice with major move out cleanings and once for a regular house cleaning and WOW did these ladies go above and beyond the call of duty for my house(s). They are so reasonably priced and they followed up with me on a timely and professional basis. Once, when I was so busy prepping for my own move, she followed up with me reminding me to book with her as her calendar fills up quickly, because they're so good I can see why. I never worry if she will be there when she says she will, she follows up promptly and is truly such a pleasure to be around if you're home when she's there. They even were cleaning off a table I've not touched in a year and delicately took each dusty shell off of the table and gave it the love and cleaning it NEEDED. For my sister's move, she hired a DIFFERENT cleaner off Groupon who cancelled on her TWICE after she drove an hour to meet them and they bailed on her.... so after my sister was worn down, I called Spoiled homes and they did the move out clean with the code to the door and gave both my sister and I a HUGE breath of relief when she finished. She even sent me a video of it when she was done to show us the final product and we loved it. Not sure why there are negative reviews on here, because I've had 3 separate (more than 3 months apart) AMAZING experiences with Spoiled homes. I tipped VERY well because the work they put in felt like I was robbing them with how well priced it was. I'll be booking a monthly cleaning with Spoiled homes in my new house and couldn't recommend them more! :) read more

I contacted the company to set up a move in cleaning about 3 weeks in advance. 2 days before my move in date they asked if it would be possible to reschedule. I needed the cleaning done before my move in, so I said that we couldn't reschedule. The company didn't respond, so I assumed the cleaning would go on as scheduled. The morning of the scheduled cleaning I messaged the company to verify the time they would come. I got a response saying they told me they couldn't come out that day. That was not what was said, they had asked if they could reschedule, not say that it wasn't possible. I'm extremely dissatisfied and quite frankly angry because of the lack of communication. I do not recommend hiring this company, especially if you are on a schedule. They just might flake out on you the last minute and spoil your entire schedule. read more

very, very bad experience with Maria and I did not even get my placed cleaned. When I submitted my quote, I submitted a phone number per the website, because it asks for a phone number. the day of my service, which was scheduled at 12:30 per direct email with Maria, she emailed me at 11:35 stating she was here and did not have a gate code (which I did not feel comfortable providing over email at the time we made arrangement). she emailed me again at 11:45 (waiting only 10 minutes) that she would be leaving and I could "try" to reschedule. Because our appointment was at 12:30 I was not even home, so I called a Maria at 12, stating I was now home and she could come (still 30 min prior to our appointment). She refused to come back, stating that she was "in the area and was early, and she couldn't predict being early". even though her policy to reschedule is a 24 hour advance notice. I asked if she would come clean my house at the agreed upon time of 12:30 and she repeated stated that she could not as she was "already on her way home". When she asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told her I needed the place cleaned this week as I was moving out that Saturday, she then stated "we don't even do move out cleaning soo..." even though her website specifically advertises move in/out cleaning, so I am not sure why she felt the need to lie to me. eventually Maria actually hung up on me, refusing to complete the service, still 15 min prior to our agreed upon time. After reading other reviews it's clear she does not have professional demeanor and cannot uphold her duty to perform a service. She also blamed me for not providing A phone number while we were emailing, so she should update her technology on her booking site to provide her with the phone number that the client is *required* to put in at the time of requesting a quote. read more

Do NOT use this company. Most horrible service. The advertisement was for two ladies for two hours and I was told through email that I would have two people at my house for two hours. My cameras only caught one person going in so I emailed Maria and asked if I was correct and only seeing one person going in my house and she responded yes that the other lady had called out because she needed to go and get her kid. So my question is was she ever going to tell me that that happened. She guaranteed that she would make sure that my house was clean and that she would stay the extra time to make sure it was perfect. I got home and to my dismay I would have to say it was probably the worst cleaning I have ever seen. Right when I walked in I could see that my floors were still dirty and I don't even know if there was a vacuum ran over my floors and I went upstairs to check and the bathroom had streaks all over the mirrors, one of my nightstands was not dusted, I had hair on my sink, there was stuff in my toilet, she had left some of her cleaning supplies around my house, and etc. I emailed Maria to let her know that she did a very bad job and instead of being a professional about it she decided to email me back and this is what she said. "Hey Rebekah!  You're the first person who has ever said I did A Horrible Job!!! You're entitled to your opinion! Sorry you feel the way you do.. the stuff in the toilet was from your toilet brush... the mirrors are not dirty, I continuously wiped them and the streak would not come out,  I did not vacuum I swept.. and I left my cleaner...ok.. use it! You can definitely contact Groupon and complain to them about how dirty your house was and how unappreciative you were that even though I am Human and make mistakes, still took time out of my day to schedule you in! Clean your own house and you won't have to depend on anyone else to do the job! God Bless! Basically as you can see this lady is very unprofessional and handles her business in a very unprofessional manner. She does not and is not upfront and does not take pride in her work. Use at your own risk. She is basically calling me a liar but what or why would I want to lie. I have better things to do and I am the one who paid for services. She will be reported the BBB as well. read more
