Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!

I own a 7,000 sq ft facility and the last company I dealt with was absolutely horrendous, so to say I was scarred and scared is an understatement. My floors are SOO important to me because people are using them constantly and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. If there is ever an issue, he has been quick to respond and fix it! Truly a night and day from the last company I used. Professional, friendly and efficient. Also, they offer Sanitation against COVID, so now my gym gets weekly spray downs to make sure my clients can feel extra safe! He even has stickers I was able to put up to show the place has been sanitized that give my clients that extra peace of mind. Feeling so lucky to not have to search for any more companies and get my place to the cleaning standards they need be to provide a safe environment for my clients! Thank you Christian and American Commercial Cleaning!
