Just last night, he found a black bin full of papers that looked like trash, but he wasn't sure. So, he emailed me about it and said that if it is trash, he will come over today and get it. I was so impressed! We are an engineering firm, so we use A LOT of paper, and sometimes an important piece of paper gets lost. I was so glad that Daniel set that precedent to ASK FIRST before tossing something. He is a true professional who carries the right insurance, knows what he's doing, and always does what he says he will do. His price was a good value in this market. Also, he answers emails almost right away. We recommend Daniel and Parker's Commercial Cleaning without reservation!!

I am very glad I asked because he recommended Carrington's Commercial Cleaning to me. I contacted Jason via email and got a very quick response from him. He asked if he could come over so he could give me an estimate. He worked very well at accommodating my busy schedule to get over to my house for the estimate. He gave me an estimate range that was below some of the other national cleaning companies and included a lot more than what they did for a greater price. He was very upfront about his price range, because he wanted everything to be fair and understandable without any surprises. After he presented his estimate range I accepted, but held off on scheduling because I wanted to coordinate with what my realtor thought was best. After I figured that out I contacted Jason and again he was very accommodating with me to schedule my cleaning. He came in about 10% less than what he thought the max estimated price would be, when everything was finished. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail that went into the cleaning of my house. He did a top to bottom wall to wall cleaning, he cleaned my ceiling fans down to my floors. I would highly recommend him and his company, especially if you're looking for a very fair and reasonable price from a very professional detail focused cleaner.

The entire Ardor team is changing my life...these are the people you want…read more I am a working mom, I put in on average 50 hours a week, then take my kids to their sports and by the time we finish homework, dinner and baths. I am pooped and it's hard enough to just make sure the basics are done and I found my self neglecting the deep cleanings. I finally realized that I needed help, and found Ardor in Facebook. The owner reached out to me directly and offered a military discount, since my husband is a veteran. Since having their help with bi weekly to ensure the deep cleaning is done, I can focus on my kids needs and spend my free time doing fun things and I feel like I can breathe again, instead of wiping base boards I can focus on organizing or just enjoying my free time again. Everyone from this company has been nothing but professional, polite, and exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. My house has never been more clean, and every visit the house gets better and better as they are able to keep up the last visit and focus in new areas. I always have a two person team for 4 hours, and when they finish you would think they sent 12 people! Having their help, has been life changing, it's such a small thing, that has made all the difference. If you need help, call Ardor; they will treat you like family, and you will not be disappointed!
