The organization that I work for used Health Point Cleaning Solutions' Services for a new pharmacy that we acquired in Gilbert, Arizona. Healthpoint was referred to me by a neighboring healthcare business. I was contacted by Sergio, and he helped me through the scheduling and execution of a deep clean and floor treatment of the pharmacy. He was very easy to work with and was very professional. The services were scheduled and completed within a week. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Sergio even stopped by a few days later to inspect the results. The cleaning service ensured every inch of the facility was spotless and addressed things that I didn't even mention to them The floors were extremely damaged, and we Were considering having them replaced prior to the cleaning. We have used HealthPoint for many years. The crew shows on the correct days and at the correct time (no small feat in the cleaning world). The crew gets right to it. They know what they are supposed to do, and get it done. The work is thorough, high quality (especially for a cleaning service) and prompt. The pricing is competitive but they always provide results a level above so many others. When you get tired of your ops person explaining things like you moved the waste basket to the other side of your desk as the reason it hasn't been emptied in a week, call these guys. We have used several cleaning companies in the past, however, Health Point Cleaning Solutions has been THE very best we have ever worked with! The crew is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Everyone is friendly and professional and they always work very hard when they are on-site. Our facility is really CLEAN! We even get compliments from our clients regarding how clean our office is! I also have to mention that the customer service is TOP NOTCH. We are always able to reach them and they really care about their clients. We had a "monsoon emergency" and not only were we able to reach them right away after hours, they helped us immediately, saving us the expense of damage we would have had without them.
