I found WebcreationUS online last year and thought the websites looked really good for the price. I also called one of the sites and they said they were satisfied. My site is a shopping cart site and it did take a little longer than I desired, but the end results were great. I don't think you can beat their pricing for what you get, so if you have the time they will get the job done. 99% of my contact was through e-mail and all of the techs and designers have always been very polite. Recently I had to call Luke for a bit of an emergency and thought I probably would not get an answer because it was the weekend. I received a call back within 30 min. Wow! Any problems that they may have with time I think could easily be resolved with possibly more techs. They have all been easy to talk to so if there is something that needs to be done you just need to communicate that to them. That said I would recommend them to others who have a limited budget and want a professional looking website that does the job. read more

I have used Web Creation US with my BEST clients. Frankly, I wouldn't trust my client's money and time with anyone else. The teams they employ are knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work with fast, accurate turnaround through each process step. In addition, they are creative without being gaudy - producing a finished product that is clean and classy, informative, compelling, easy to navigate and "call-to-action-oriented." I can't say enough about the company, its people or their leadership. First class all the way - at a fair price. read more

WebCreations.US just completed a very needed redesign and technology update of my website. Paul and Maria listened to my goals, provided options for achieving them, and then made the creative changes needed to meet my goals. Most remarkable however, the turnaround was very impressive. I gave them my goals for the site and they sent me options for the redesign. The concept phase took only a couple of days and after that all the changes were made in one day, unless I sent them in on a Friday, in which case I received the changes back by Monday morning. Every aspect of the contract was fulfilled professionally. There was never a "I can't do it." And their replies were efficient. I put my requests in a numbered list and their replies were in bold at the end of each numbered item. A very helpful way of doing business. They did not try to confuse me with words or ignore my concerns. Finally, the design part was the easy part. The backend technology is the real unknown. Paul and Maria had patience with me; I am mean patience. My knowledge of web design and technology is very low. Again, I told them how I wanted my data arranged and they made it happen. Again efficient communications by stating the request with a "done," and how to find check for the changes, which is all I needed to know. I highly recommend WebCreations US. read more

This was my second time using webcreationus. The first time everything went great. This second time. They doubled the price. They rarely listened to any imput i made. The link to my website will not fully load the site. And after repeatedly messaging them still no response. Its been over two weeks and now i only get bad reviews due to my site not loading. I've demanded a full refund and now no one will communicate with me. This is very poor customer service. And zero tech support. This use to be a great company. Now the people just take your money and give you shotty work. If it performs at all. Sad to see a company go so far down in ratings read more

WebCreationUS - Dont get a bad representation of your company from a bad developer. - Web Design Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I hired them to build my company website. Told it would take about a month. That was in November. Here it is almost the end of February and my site still isn't working. I paid for the premium package build. I was supposed to get top of the line everything. They sent me a link to a very unprofessional looking page. then after a week it went away. Now it's not accessible. i don't care how many people tell you that they are good, that's probably them giving themselves good reviews! Truth is I wish I had found someone else! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM! read more

Be very, very careful of signing up with this company. The salesman was first class, but the developers fell far short. My design was for a simple author's website. Instead, I got FOUR months of frustration and broken promises. The site was to support my eBook series on Judas Iscariot, His Life and Times to begin distribution over the Christmas season. Pleas did not help in getting my site fully or correctly online. Four days before December 25th I am notified my website is online. Only one thing was wrong - the "Buy Now" icon had not been reinstalled. This is how they worked. Fix one thing, change or delete others. No means of delivering my eBook to readers meant wasting money to advertise to my over 13,700 LinkedIn connections and other ads planned. I am seeking legal help because the CEOs here in the US have refused to get involved. My advice: Look elsewhere. BC read more

In June of 2015, I signed a contract to develop two extensive websites with Webcreation US. I was impressed by my first customer experience with the sales representative, Ryan Schultz and without hesitancy signed the contract. I was assigned to Adam Lydall who was my Project Manager. During the process of having my website developed, the development team would send content to review with numerous bugs and errors. This was extremely frustrating. However, Adam always tried to resolve my concerns and meet my needs. At the beginning of 2019, I was reassigned to a different Project Manager, Sam McGee. Once the website was near completion and upgraded to the new server it completely crashed. This was a failure of Webcreation US as they did not update the website platform. Since this occurrence, I have struggled with Webcreation US to deliver a final viable product. They contracted to connect a marketplace through PayPal which they have been working on for approximately 2 years. I am continuously told by Sam McGee they are working on the Marketplace. To date, I have not received a final product nor am I given frequent updates. In addition, my second website that I contracted with them to develop has been completely lost. I made attempts to contact management, Luke Edwards, and never received a single response from him by e-mail or by telephone in regard to resolving this matter. At the present time, communication has been inconsistent. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service of this company. I do not recommend hiring Webcreation US for Website Development or management. Please save yourself trouble and hire another company. read more

I hired WebCreationsUS to do SEO for one of my business websites. From the very beginning they took an educational approach with no pushy sales pitches, which I appreciated. From there they increased the ranking of my website significantly in only a few months and for an incredibly good price. They were responsive and kept me up-to-date on how everything was progressing. They also spent time answering any and all questions I had about SEO as well as other things such as website design and Google Ads. I would recommend this company, especially for anyone just starting a new business. read more

Im stating my first business and this was the first time building a website. I've been in Sales/customer service my whole life and it not easy to pull the wool for my eyes. Webcreationus is undoubtedly a great company to work with. I called four web designing company and webcreationus interviewed the best. Ryan S. was my first contact, he didn't lie to me, pressure, nor try to up sell. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and everything that was promised came true. Sam M. the pilot was great , listen I'm not the easiest guy to work with, but Sam extremely patient and thorough and treated me like a person not a number. I was nervous about the whole building a website thing and I appreciate the consideration. Robert C. the designer the artist he is methodical and experienced. I would make a request and it was like he visualized what I was looking for instantly and put it in to application. The Writer for the company also assisted the process as well..It was a team effort at webcreationus I highly recommend this company. Ron H read more

If you are thinking of doing business with the is company, (specifically a e-commerce website) run as fast as you can away from the is company. The upfront fee is right at $1000. For this price a designer is suppose to design you a page. In the contract it clearly states UNLIMITED DESIGNS. We only received two designs. Neither of the designs were to our specifications or our liking. Once we expressed that we were not ok with the design, we received an email saying that the changes we were asking for could be done in the coding stages. This was said because in order to go to the coding stage you pay the second payment of $500 plus. Now any logical person would question why pay the second payment when I wasn't satisfied with the the first product. At this point we sent an email to the web designer, project manager and the supervisor explaining that we were not getting what we paid for. We needed a web page that was to our specification before moving to the next phase. It has now been two weeks and nobody (out of the three I emailed) has responded to the email. This company is a scam and it will not follow through with their promises and you can forget getting your initial $1000 back. Here we are 2 1/2 month and $1000 into doing business with WebcreationUS and we have nothing to show for it. Nothing but a bunch of broken promises. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking about doing business with them and DONT. Find someone else and do your research before paying anything upfront. This was very discouraging and now we are back to the drawing board looking for someone to design a e-commerce site for us. read more

We used Web Creation for SEO for our small business. As a start up we had zero visibility on google searches. Our Account Manager was great, never pushy and came across as actually wanting to help our business succeed from a marketing stand point. They performed and accomplished what they said they could do and we were pleased with the results. We plan on using them in the future for another campaign. read more

The sales people for this company are outstanding. It goes quickly down hill from there. The sales people never tell you that the work is out source to India. I was repeatedly asked for the same information. After 5 months of little progress I asked the company to refund part of my money and release what was done and what I had already paid for to me. What they offer was my domain name. 1100.00 for a domain name. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are a total scam. read more

Managing member allows bait and switch tactics. Take your money for service and don't provide it. Web site touts we work with clients until they are satisfied. Not so much. Submitted data a year after paying, they accepted the data, when they never followed up I called them and was told it was submitted too late. So much for working with clients at all. And the foolish managing member can't even defend their policies in writing, as if they have one. All talk read more

Look them up on BBB.org (I wish I did), they have 7 complaints filed with the better business bureau! I hired WebCreationUS in March of 2013 to create an e-commerce website. I paid them $1500 (50% of the total project cost) deposit for the website design. I received a very specific contract and invoice that clearly itemized the product that I purchased. Over the course of six months I requested updates regarding the development of my website and they gave me excuse after excuse about why they had not done any work on my site. They were not requesting anything from me, they were just giving me a run around over and over again. I told WebCreationUS that I would file a complaint with the better business bureau if they did not begin working on my project. I ended up filing a complaint, WebCreationUS offered me half my deposit back as a resolution, which I declined because that was not a fair resolution; there is no reason for them to keep any money because they didn't do any work. They never offered to do my project. That was the end of my experience, $1500 lost. read more

Zero stars. They are a nightmare to work with. They make you feel like you will have an in-house designer when in reality they outsource-- there were so many spelling errors on my page but my account manager at WebcreationsUS didn't care and didn't review the work before sending me drafts. So I spent a lot of time finding errors that the account manager should have caught. I gave very specific notes and feedback because I'm extremely picky. It's MY JOB to be picky and after we terminated the contract they told my boss that I was hard to work with. This only proved to my boss that I was doing my job and fighting for the best possible website for our business. It turns out that the best website could not be created by this horrendous and unprofessional company. read more

This was my first experience with building a site. Of course we had quite a few concerns going into the project but we knew what we wanted. Simplicity regarding functionality but extreme custom layout, user friendly interface and a Content Management System which would be smooth for us to manage. Well we encountered a few minor bumps along the way but once the task was completed I realized this should have been expected. My experience turned out to be pleasant and this company was always available and responded to all questions, issues etc. Beyond that WebCreationUs delivered us a site with great visual appeal and smooth functionality which is exactly what we wanted. Don't hesitate to hire this team. Projection to build site (fair as I didn't have a deadline) Customer service (Excellent) Project Manager (Superb) Communication (they over extended themselves for me/us.......I must've driven WebCreationUs crazy!------GOOD Communication) Site Design (5 stars outta 5 when considering cost and what was delivered--"WE LOVE") They'll be doing another for us within 8 months! read more

Working with WebCreationUS has been an extraordinarily positive experience for my company and also for me personally. They are able to seamlessly blend cutting-edge web design ability - both technically as well as artistically -- with first-class customer service in a most impressive combination of substance and style. I found them quite randomly in an on-line search, but immediately, from the first conversation with Ryan through my absolutely delightful partnerships with Adam as well as my designers Keith and Paul and the entire team, I have been supremely impressed. At every step of the process they surpassed my already-demanding expectations, and their never-ending patience with every question and request I had was truly remarkable. For over 25 years, I have collaborated with major corporations around the United States, including numerous Baldrige Quality Award winners, and WebCreationUS is as impressive as any of the other elite companies with which I have worked. The curiosity is that whereas they are so brilliant at what they do and how they do it, they are not as commonly known in the web design industry as some of the "big boys." That is sure to change; they are simply that good. I could not be happier. read more
