WebCreations.US just completed a very needed redesign and technology update of my website. Paul and Maria listened to my goals, provided options for achieving them, and then made the creative changes needed to meet my goals. Most remarkable however, the turnaround was very impressive. I gave them my goals for the site and they sent me options for the redesign. The concept phase took only a couple of days and after that all the changes were made in one day, unless I sent them in on a Friday, in which case I received the changes back by Monday morning. Every aspect of the contract was fulfilled professionally. There was never a "I can't do it." And their replies were efficient. I put my requests in a numbered list and their replies were in bold at the end of each numbered item. A very helpful way of doing business. They did not try to confuse me with words or ignore my concerns. Finally, the design part was the easy part. The backend technology is the real unknown. The link to my website will not fully load the site. And after repeatedly messaging them still no response. Its been over two weeks and now i only get bad reviews due to my site not loading. Be very, very careful of signing up with this company. The salesman was first class, but the developers fell far short. My design was for a simple author's website. Instead, I got FOUR months of frustration and broken promises. The site was to support my eBook series on Judas Iscariot, His Life and Times to begin distribution over the Christmas season. Pleas did not help in getting my site fully or correctly online. Four days before December 25th I am notified my website is online. Only one thing was wrong - the "Buy Now" icon had not been reinstalled. This is how they worked. Fix one thing, change or delete others. No means of delivering my eBook to readers meant wasting money to advertise to my over 13,700 LinkedIn connections and other ads planned. I found WebcreationUS online last year and thought the websites looked really good for the price. I also called one of the sites and they said they were satisfied. My site is a shopping cart site and it did take a little longer than I desired, but the end results were great. I don't think you can beat their pricing for what you get, so if you have the time they will get the job done. 99% of my contact was through e-mail and all of the techs and designers have always been very polite. Recently I had to call Luke for a bit of an emergency and thought I probably would not get an answer because it was the weekend. I received a call back within 30 min. Wow! Any problems that they may have with time I think could easily be resolved with possibly more techs. They have all been easy to talk to so if there is something that needs to be done you just need to communicate that to them. In June of 2015, I signed a contract to develop two extensive websites with Webcreation US. I was impressed by my first customer experience with the sales representative, Ryan Schultz and without hesitancy signed the contract. I was assigned to Adam Lydall who was my Project Manager. During the process of having my website developed, the development team would send content to review with numerous bugs and errors. This was extremely frustrating. However, Adam always tried to resolve my concerns and meet my needs. At the beginning of 2019, I was reassigned to a different Project Manager, Sam McGee. Once the website was near completion and upgraded to the new server it completely crashed. This was a failure of Webcreation US as they did not update the website platform. Since this occurrence, I have struggled with Webcreation US to deliver a final viable product. They contracted to connect a marketplace through PayPal which they have been working on for approximately 2 years. I am continuously told by Sam McGee they are working on the Marketplace. To date, I have not received a final product nor am I given frequent updates. In addition, my second website that I contracted with them to develop has been completely lost. I made attempts to contact management, Luke Edwards, and never received a single response from him by e-mail or by telephone in regard to resolving this matter. At the present time, communication has been inconsistent. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service of this company. I do not recommend hiring Webcreation US for Website Development or management. Please save yourself trouble and hire another company. read more

If you are thinking of doing business with the is company, (specifically a e-commerce website) run as fast as you can away from the is company. The upfront fee is right at $1000. For this price a designer is suppose to design you a page. In the contract it clearly states UNLIMITED DESIGNS. We only received two designs. Neither of the designs were to our specifications or our liking. Once we expressed that we were not ok with the design, we received an email saying that the changes we were asking for could be done in the coding stages. This was said because in order to go to the coding stage you pay the second payment of $500 plus. Now any logical person would question why pay the second payment when I wasn't satisfied with the the first product. At this point we sent an email to the web designer, project manager and the supervisor explaining that we were not getting what we paid for. We needed a web page that was to our specification before moving to the next phase. It has now been two weeks and nobody (out of the three I emailed) has responded to the email. This company is a scam and it will not follow through with their promises and you can forget getting your initial $1000 back. Here we are 2 1/2 month and $1000 into doing business with WebcreationUS and we have nothing to show for it. Nothing but a bunch of broken promises. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking about doing business with them and DONT. Find someone else and do your research before paying anything upfront. This was very discouraging and now we are back to the drawing board looking for someone to design a e-commerce site for us. read more

They make you feel like you will have an in-house designer when in reality they outsource-- there were so many spelling errors on my page but my account manager at WebcreationsUS didn't care and didn't review the work before sending me drafts. So I spent a lot of time finding errors that the account manager should have caught. I gave very specific notes and feedback because I'm extremely picky. It's MY JOB to be picky and after we terminated the contract they told my boss that I was hard to work with. This only proved to my boss that I was doing my job and fighting for the best possible website for our business. Look them up on BBB.org (I wish I did), they have 7 complaints filed with the better business bureau! I hired WebCreationUS in March of 2013 to create an e-commerce website. I paid them $1500 (50% of the total project cost) deposit for the website design. I received a very specific contract and invoice that clearly itemized the product that I purchased. Over the course of six months I requested updates regarding the development of my website and they gave me excuse after excuse about why they had not done any work on my site. They were not requesting anything from me, they were just giving me a run around over and over again. I told WebCreationUS that I would file a complaint with the better business bureau if they did not begin working on my project. I ended up filing a complaint, WebCreationUS offered me half my deposit back as a resolution, which I declined because that was not a fair resolution; there is no reason for them to keep any money because they didn't do any work. Simplicity regarding functionality but extreme custom layout, user friendly interface and a Content Management System which would be smooth for us to manage.
