I don't think he has a bad day. He suggested I come in and take a look at samples. He showed me card stocks, rounded and square corners, silk and spot UV so I could see the differences. After a short meeting, I'd ordered 2,500 stylin' cards for less than 9 cents each. My last cards cost 33 cents each. Boy, has printing changed. He wanted the books printed quickly because he planned to use them for a course he organized that would start in less than a week. He needed help and because I make an amazing assistant and love to help people I offered to search for a company that would fulfill his dream. I immediately jumped on yelp and requested a quote from a dozen local print companies. When it comes to print jobs I like to work with locals so I can see and hold the work, plus I don't have to deal with shipping. Windward Graphics was the second one to respond to me. He gave me an estimate and said I could come in the next day by 5pm. Well I didn't get off of work till guess what time... yup 5pm. I yelp messaged him and asked if there was anyway to meet during the weekend. Mind you their office is closed on the weekends, but he said "I will be in for about an hour doing some maintenance work. Can you meet me during that time?" Absolutely! I arrive. He greets me at the door and apologizes for his messy look. He showed and explained to me the work that he can do. I showed him what we wanted. He quoted me $26. I said, "we want this entire thing in color though". He said "yes, I know. I can do that" Me: "AND the artwork on the front and back?!" Stanley: "yes and wire bound like you asked" Hallelujah! We found our guy. I was so excited. I immediately texted my friend the news. A couple days later my friend met with Stanley and viola! The journals are complete. They turned out exactly how we wished for a whole lot cheaper than the other 6 companies that quoted me. High quality low cost, plus stellar customer service, Score!! They have done our business's utility truck wrap, t-shirts, door magnets and perforated vinyl on a back window . But the purchase that stands out above it all is our most recent bus wrap. That is right - we purchased a school bus to wrap and -oh boy- it was a fixer upper project. We first attempted to do all of the body work ourselves. We got as far as cutting off the rub rails, removing the stop sign and over-sized front mirrors, taking out the bolts and attempting to smooth out the surface. The attempt to smooth out the surface ended up causing a not-so-smooth surface and we were in a bit of a time crunch. I took it to a body shop and felt helpless among the sales man quoting me over $2500 to make the body of the bus wrap-friendly. I called Sean at Fast Trac Designs and explained my predicament. Sean told me to stay right where I was at and he was going to come to me. Sean and Jody drove all the way out to the body shop where I had the bus for pricing. After they spoke to the rep at the body shop, they did some calculating and told me the price was way off from what they figured the cost to be and the shop probably just didn't want the job. They told me they knew just the body shop to take it too. I followed them to the body shop (Yes, they drove to another body shop during their work day so that I could conveniently follow them there) and was happily greeted by the owner of the shop. He made me feel like an old friend and quoted me 1/4 of the price that I was given by the previous body shop. I was then driven by Sean & Jody to their shop so I could wait for my husband to pick me up. Judy was very nice and showed me around the shop and kept me company until my ride arrived. The body work was finished in 2 days and Fast-Trac Designs picked up the bus for me and transported it back to their shop. They had it wrapped and ready in 3 days so I could have it in time for my weekend event. They met me on a Saturday morning when they are generally closed so that I could have it for my event. The impossible was finished in 1 week and it was all thanks to Fast Trac Designs going above and beyond to make miracles happen. I can not thank them enough. I called on Wednesday before noon and they picked it up that afternoon. By Friday I had my computer back and it's like it's new again. It has made a world of difference. You can't get any better service for the reasonable charge than Geeks Mobile.

Deon Lee Hanson then talked me into "upgrading" my network, telling me that my network was running on very old technology. So, I agreed to pay him for, and paid him, for this supposed "upgrade." While here to perform the supposed "upgrade," they shut down my computer and disconnected me from my network without telling me in advance. I was working on several documents at the time, all of which were lost and had to be redone because of this bonehead move. When I asked Deon Lee why they did this, he replied that he didn't know that I was here. Didn't know that I was here? I welcomed him at the door and have a glass enclosed office that looks directly into the area where our server closet is located. No honesty at all in my opinion. The "upgrade" has since turned into a disaster. EVERYTHING on my system and network runs slower than it did before Deon Lee Hanson touched anything. Our ability to maintain our workflow is even worse now. I asked Deon Lee for the money back that I paid for the repairs he never performed and the supposed "upgrade" that made my system worse. I needed the money back because now I am going to have to pay another IT firm to come in and fix this utter mess that Geeks Mobile created. Mr. Lee refused to refund my money. I now have to file a lawsuit. Folks, there are plenty of good mobile IT firms out there that are far, far better and more professional than this one. In my opinion, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are not talented and will not make things right when they mess up.
