They're work is so substandard - they don't even proofread it to catch easy misspellings! But they will glad take your money and waive some obscure clause in your face about it. My suggestion - don't walk - RUN!! So here's how this story continues... A couple of days after I post this review, I (finally!!) get a call from these guys offering to give me a full refund on what they had charged me. The want to part ways in peace, they say. So all I have to do is sign a document saying that I won't publicize my story. Well, as hard as it was, I had to reject their offer. And to be clear, we're talking about $1,500 that they owe me which now they admit that they owe me. But the only way I'm getting it is by keeping my mouth shut. So I ask you - if this was a legitimate company, with a legitimate service, would they have to blackmail me like this? Wouldn't they have contacted me months ago to offer this refund, which they agree I'm owed? Shame on them!

I found WebcreationUS online last year and thought the websites looked really good for the price. I…read morealso called one of the sites and they said they were satisfied. My site is a shopping cart site and it did take a little longer than I desired, but the end results were great. I don't think you can beat their pricing for what you get, so if you have the time they will get the job done. 99% of my contact was through e-mail and all of the techs and designers have always been very polite. Recently I had to call Luke for a bit of an emergency and thought I probably would not get an answer because it was the weekend. I received a call back within 30 min. Wow! Any problems that they may have with time I think could easily be resolved with possibly more techs. They have all been easy to talk to so if there is something that needs to be done you just need to communicate that to them. That said I would recommend them to others who have a limited budget and want a professional looking website that does the job.

I can't say enough about the company, its people or their leadership. First class all the way - at a fair price.

Not only were they unable to figure out the issue, they were extremely difficult to work with. My office manager found the owner of RAD through a social media post looking for local referrals. I have since hired RAD for monthly webpage maintenance and hosting. Pricing for their plans is very reasonable and affordable for any business.

Our past website company spent the last 6 months telling us that our website wasn't broken and there was nothing to fix even though we stopped receiving our client contact forms via email after previously receiving them via email. In less than 24 hours Mark fixed our broken website and we are once again receiving our contact forms via email. Mark was super honest and upfront about the process and the fact that it could take more than 24 hours which I appreciated it. We are a small business and having a working website is vital to our operations and having someone to partner with for our business needs who is honest and trustworthy is something vital as well. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone I know!
