He said he wanted to just double check the computer to see if that's really the problem and the other company was wrong. So Paul saved me almost 500 bucks and fixed it all within a couple days. Would highly recommend him and its better to support small businesses rather than some college kid at geek squad who has to follow a rule book from a company.

1 Star Review (if I could leave zero, I would): I took my…read moredaughter's MacBook Pro here for a repair. It needed a battery replacement and we had a very negative experience. I was led to believe the replacement part would be OEM, but later learned the parts come through Amazon, not Apple. After the repair, the trackpad no longer worked, even though it worked before. When I asked about it, I didn't receive a clear explanation or solution. Just B.S. and blaming it on us. In my opinion, this business is not equipped to handle Apple repairs, and I would not recommend bringing a MacBook or anything Apple here. We ended up making an appointment to take the computer to Apple directly to resolve the issue, which we wish we had done in the first place. The issue was getting an appointment for repair before I left town. Which is the case now, but it's handled. In law enforcement we have a saying for people like this; "If their lips are moving, they're lying."

I finally got tired of treating my laptop like something out of Jurassic Park, so I decided to have a professional take a look. It took the gentleman at the counter about two minutes to figure out what was wrong with my computer, explain it to me, and get a solution started! Turns out I need an original Toshiba charger, and they could order one for me right then. (Don't buy replacement chargers, it's not worth it!) I can finally use my laptop like a regular person, and it charges great. They were friendly, fast and solved my problem perfectly!

They have two locations, one in Chandler and the other in Mesa so I went to my Chandler location on a Saturday morning to see what the recommendation was in order to resolve my iMac which was a "power up" problem. The issue was a common problem that could be resolved, but it required a part that needed to be ordered and that would've taken me out of commission for a couple days. The tech checked over with the Mesa store and they identified having that particular hardware available so I quickly headed over to and spoke with the agent and explain the problem and issues that I was having and he to believe that that may be the root cause. They provided me what the cost and labor of the repair would be upfront and told me that they literally could have it done within the same day. I knew they had limited hours on Saturday but the fact that he said it could take anywhere from an hour to three hours let me know that they were willing to stay behind in order to accommodate me as some of the content that I need it was recently changed within the last 48 hours and not properly backed up (yeah that's my fault) While running a few errands I got a phone call letting me know that was the issue and that repair been completed. I quickly made my way over to for pick up. I'm back home and powering up my computer was no issue and everything is running just as it was previously the other day. One of the things I like about the Orchard is that they do have available equipment and hardware on hand to do the repairs that are needed but they also let you know about other alternatives that could be done if you're looking to upgrade or move in a different direction with your Mac. No pressure sales but informative. If you no longer part of AppleCare and have equipment I highly recommend using The Orchard as your first line of defense as they have been honest and forthcoming and great when it comes to repairs and they do work at a reasonable price for owning a Mac. Special thanks to Carl for keeping me in the loop, explaining it all and most importably, getting the work done in a timely manner!!! greatly apprecite it

I had bought an OEM video card but after opening the box and installing I notice the power cord wasn't correct. I was panicking because the big box store could't help me. I called around to different stores to see if they'd sell me the cord. Only Jason took time to talk with me. He said "Yes we could sell you the cord but it's better to bring in the computer so you get the right one" Well I did bring in my PC first thing on Saturday. Jason wasn't in but Simon said he'd take care of me. It turned out the first cord he brought out that he thought would work wouldn't when he opened up the case. So he got a second one which did. He only wanted $10 for it. I gave him the money and started to pick up the PC and he said, "Don't leave yet, let me bench check to make sure it worked. I don't want you to get home and it doesn't work". So he took the time to take it to the back bench to make sure it booted up correct. He also very politely told me that I had not used the on/off switch on the PSU so that when I got home I needed to turn it back on after plugging in the power cord. So only a $10 sale but I was treated like a huge business customer. Very glad I found this place and will recommend it to others if they are looking to buy a PC since they also had a few custom builds there for reasonable prices.
